love the project, got a lot of zcoin, unfortunately Im in for the anonymity and not the tech
I downloaded the wallet, encrypted it but I cant figure out how to get my private keys....

Is thats the way to do it? And if so, how can I acess my Zcoin Wallet from a different computer?
This might be obvious and easy for every techie out there but me and a lot of others are lost...as I stated above I love the fundamentals about this project but in my opinion you need to step up your UI and Marketing game.
How is it possible that there aren't 10 tutorials on your homepage for newbies like me. There is one short vid about the wallet and a short faq section....

So, do you plan to increase the website security or just lend your bandwith to absorb DDoS attack? After the token sale ended, what we can do with Gladius token? I hope not just for trading.

So basically you dont need an own token, you just created one in order to raise easy money through an ICO?

If thats the case, this should be the number 1 topic in the crypto world. Once the SEC starts their hunt, there will be a lot of FUD in the crypto world...
The problem is manpower and resources though. There is not near enough to track each and every Bitcoin and crypto user. It takes hundreds of millions and tens of thousands of people to do this... way more than it is worth. Then you add the fact that each coin has its own configuration/setup... they are not identical and then we have others like Monero which are literally 100% anonymous and impossible to trace. I just don't see how governments will be able to get around these obstacles.

Monero wpuld pass the Hoewy Test anyway.Im worried about a lot of projects getting delisted on the big exchanges...if thats happen, there will be an altcoin breakdown like we havent seen before.

are there any discussions going on at bitcointalk about the SEC declaring tokens as security and therefore hinder trading those.
The SEC uses the so caled Howey Test to determine if a token is classified as a security.

It does. Makes so much sense to save medical records in a decentralized manner.
That's being said, it doesnt mean you should trust this projects

I keep wondering why they dont hire a couple of UX Deisgner and rework the landing page? Feels like 2002 when you vist no limit coin 
And spend some money on a image film and so on.
Really disapointed with the marketing strategy so far....no limit has such a big first mover advantage but apparrently they dont wanna take advantage of it.

In my oppinion the STOX team (https://www.stox.com/en/) has been great at marketing their ICO as well as communicating with their Community (for example telegram)
Totally agree with you on this one. Behind STOX is an already existing company. That's a huge plus imo. Same with OmiseGO.
i have never seen anyone aim for "mainstream" adoption. everyone is only aiming for having a higher price through hyping things up and getting a good pump going.

and so far the best advertising team that i have seen belongs to ethereum. they spent a lot of money on it too. with all the weird fake articles of news. with the seminars they start and all the social media stunts it has been the biggest one so far.

Well I agree with you on ETH. Most Top 30 coins are doing something right
But that'S just stresses my point. Get your name out there or never get to Top 50...This project either scam or dev very stupid. Blockchain is very bad to store data. Large data not possible to store on Blockchain. Also blockchain is opposite of private. All transactions is visible to everybody. This is what makes it a blockchain.
Do research before buying scam coin. We have many years projects figuring out decentralized data storage. siacoin, storjcoin, file coin figure out solutions to this problem. Factom project exist because blockchain is very bad at storing large data.
Trust me, I have masters in computer science. Or don't trust me and do research yourself.

Yes. What I've too realized is support from a strong team and or a large community makes any coin successful.
Just look for the frequency of posts in the forum and reddit subforum of a coin, you'll see it's future.

But beside that, a good salesforce is everything.
A lot of startups actually fail at selling their product. They overcome all the challenges in creating something useful, have an excellent team and so on. But their inexperience in selling and marketing is often times the end of story.
In the top 200 coins, I bet you find a lot of promising projects that would probably double or triple in price in a very short time, if there was more proactive marketing. And a lot of those coins actually need mainstream adoption in order to be sucessfull. So it's not a pump and dump, these coins need customer...think of all the gaming and marketplaces products out there. They will only succeed, if people actually start using them.

I'm convinced that beside an excellent working product, the marketing department is the most important thing for any cryptocurrency at this point in time. We are so far away from mainstream adoption, so companies need to get their name out there, explain their product and visions.
For example DASH is doing a very good job in getting its name on social media and so on.
Ten X woud be an other example. You can't miss Julian Hosp on Youtube these days. He is everywhere and advertising for their creditcard.
On Bitcointalk there are a lot of threads at the momemnt, complaining about why coin XY is undervalued, doesnt get the credit it deserves and so on. Most of the time it is because of a lack in marketing.
What are your favorite marketing teams? Which coins are doing a good job in getting their name out there?
