Make you no put head other side find out say you suppose remain for one side. Make you remain one side make you find out say you suppose diversify income. All these thing requires you having knowledge in all these things first before going into them. Me no get knowledge about Gold and so I no go jump up make I start my investment in Gold. I no talk say e no good to invest in gold but get the knowledge first.

Diversification no really mean say, person go dangle in Bitcoin, Altcoin, NFT and all those other categories to the online space o. When you Dey diversify, you need look aside too, you need Dey open to the fact that, these na things way exists within the online space. Na why I like the Gold idea way OP add for the thread. While en name Bitcoin, e add gold, person for add real estate, maybe entertainment or even try building materials, lights and the rest of them. These go make sure say, you stay relevant and if e happen say, one side no Dey really bring in profit, the other side go cover up. Na so them Dey take diversify.

Re: Do you want to be free of gambling forever?
by
Smartvirus
on 28/08/2025, 23:18:28 UTC
If you want to be free from gambling forever, I think the ball lies in your court but most times greed is what makes one unable to achieve that cause overtime they still fall back to the fact that they can't do away with gambling. But making that decision is better rather than having yourself drain up in addiction and loses.

Being free of gambling have never been the case with me, I haven’t thought of it and that’s mainly due to the fact that, I don’t consider myself an addict or see gambling to be a problem. I still have bad days at gambling but, it’s as much a part of the sports I support or fan and as such, they very much go together.

If you want to stay off gambling though, you’ve got to view it for the negativity it’s got on you while ignoring any positives to it and there, you might see reasons why you shouldn’t be gambling.

Liverpool vs Arsenal

Many are looking forward to this big match, and Liverpool should have a better chance of winning. Arsenal are currently dealing with injuries to several key players such as Saka, Odegaard, and Kai Havertz. It looks like these players will be absent in the upcoming match, which gives Liverpool, as the home team, a good opportunity to win.

What do you think? Is Arsenal still confident enough to hold Liverpool to a draw or even try to beat them?"

It’s funny you had to bring Kai Havertz in this, yeah his got some credibility in Arsenal but excuse me, I don’t find home to be a very inportant piece to the team. Saka is and would be missed in that game for sure. Still, I don’t think it’s a game where Liverpool would have it easy, not easy in fact, the best result that could come off this fixture is a draw. Liverpool doesn’t really look like the winning team but, it would be a lot of advantage for them in the league if they could manage it, win their first big match this reason.

I checked on Bitcoinity.org and they’ve got an active registry, updated on 27th of March, 2027. Though the site still shows that it’s on a maintenance break, I really didn’t know what was up about them though but, you OP javing to offer them 0.1BTC to list binance on their site, they must have been some real sh*t back in the day. It doesn’t really matter now should it all go down, there are several other sources for get Bitcoin or cryptocurrency related data today.

Re: Could AI Analyzing the Entire Bitcoin Blockchain Create a Surveillance Risk?
by

~snipe~

One thing I’ll say to you right now, go try it.

This is a hypothesis that you could try given the much AI have been known to do or archive in this present world. One thing I’ll tell you about this hypothesis is this,
AI isn’t getting any close to threatening Bitcoin’s decentralization. How do I know this? It’s because I just tried scanning an address on its transaction using AI and here is the response:

Quote
I'm not capable of accessing real-time financial information or specific transaction details. However, I can suggest some blockchain explorers that you can use to explore the transaction history of a Bitcoin address:

- Blockchain.com
- Blockchair.com
- Bitcoin.com

You can copy and paste the address into one of these websites to see the transaction history. From there, you can click on a specific transaction to see its details, including the sending address.

Please keep in mind that these services may have limitations or restrictions, and not all transaction details may be publicly available.

Even AI understands limitations and there is only so much that an AI can do, Bitcoin and Bitcoin transactions isn’t one of them.

Re: ⚽ EFL Carabao Cup 2024/25 Season

Grimsby shouldn't even be going 2 - 0 up against a team like Manchester United, this is a League two team for crying out loud. Things are turning from bad to worse in this team. This was a game that they were supposed to win without stress o the grounds that they used most of their first team players. I was even thinking that Manchester can actually get extra motivation from what has happened in their last two game, then use this one to save face but it's even worse now after this loss.

Why the hell mot?
They are a team that Manchester United just can’t beat, lol… many at times when we look at Manchester United, we seem to recall them from their old self, when Ferguson did manage the club. Well, that team is long dead now and every attempt to revive it has failed. They’ve tried several players, manager and even had CR7 return but, it didn’t work. Nothing is working at the club now and I’m not surprised seeing them lose to a team like Grimsby. I had the hunch they could lose, despite the 1.14 odd given to them by bookmakers.

Bankroll management is one way to check greed and stay off addiction.

If you are able to manage your bankroll, knowing just how much you want to keep on your account at certain times, how much you intend to gamble with and how much you are willing to lose in a game, you’ve got a lot in check with that simple strategy.

You wouldn’t be addicted easily because, you’ve got total control over everything.

Re: Bitcoin will be the world's next reserve currency?
by
Smartvirus
on 27/08/2025, 18:20:35 UTC
What I think is that if bitcoin continue to remain a deflationary coin and if the price continue to rise, more countries will make it to be part of their reserves. I think it will compete with gold and probably later compete with dollar. Just that time is important, people needs to be patient as this may take years or decades.

From the much I’ve had to read on this, most of the nations that are buying into the idea of Bitcoin for a reserve currency, they take the initiative out of the fact that, its price continues to rise and wants to use it for a means to take profit and cut in on national debt if that sounds about right. Well, that doesn’t say much on how they value or try to improve the development of Bitcoin. It doesn’t feel so good with me but, we could bite for now.
Bitcoin already is competing with gold but, we wouldn’t find these nations not having their foot in what is backed or within their centralized systems.

Re: What happens when there is no more Bitcoin available to buy?
by
Smartvirus
on 27/08/2025, 18:13:49 UTC
What happens when there is no more Bitcoin available to buy?

The price of Bitcoin would jump so high that only big nations could afford it. One of them would buy it all, and then burn it all, and that would be that for Bitcoin.

What we could agree on here is that, the price of Bitcoin would go so high because, that’s the only way it could serve the world population that would be so demanding of it. Not because they want to hodl it but, because they want to circulate it for the purpose it was intended and that would be realizing the Satoshi Nakamoto dream of a decentralized digital currency.

While a nation buying it all and burning it is horse sh*t, it doesn’t solve the national debt which they’ve all been hooked on especially, America.

Bitcoin might just ease them of having to print fiat over and over and increase price of Bitcoin gives value to the say denomination. There you have it, happy!

Liverpool have equalized the goal on the 88th minutes to balance the scoreline 2-2. Newcastle looks stronger playing with ten men than when they were initially playing with 11 men. They have been aggressive in this second half and they were able to work out two goals from nothing.

Newcastle you meant.
I couldn’t believe my eyes when they got that equalizer, they pressed high with their 10 men team and you could tell they were out to share points with Liverpool. Too bad they couldn’t hold it after they got it. With barely seconds on the clock, whistle in hand, Salah and Ngumoha were able to come up with that last minute goal that Liverpool needed so bad. It would have been such a disappointment for Liverpool to have not been able to take all 3 points from this game while playing against 10 men.

Re: Bitcoin will enter $130k by August.

on 25/08/2025, 20:45:27 UTC

Base on the graphical explanation of bitcoin market performance for this month so far, you can see from my chart, how far we have been to the way it has been performing since the beginning of this month of August to where it is today, I doubt it there is still more hope for us in meeting up this month,
From what I've seen, Bitcoin's price also dropped to $110,000 today, indicating that market conditions for Bitcoin are starting to become a bit sluggish, so a continuation of the bull run is unlikely to occur by the end of this month.

Are we still hoping on a fast paced bullrun like we experienced in the previous season?
I don’t see that being the case for Bitcoin at this $100k-125k price range. What we would have is what we’re are already experiencing as it is, a gradual increase and dump with nothing aggressive to it.

We have few days to the months end, I can’t say I’m expecting any surprises from Bitcoin but, it’s very unlikely that we would be getting past $125k price for this month. The bear moves would likely continue into first week of September.

There is no chance of Newcastle United getting a come back from this, no win and no equalizer for them. They had such a good start and got themselves in the worst spot with the Anthony Gordon’s red card. Liverpool is just going to keep exerting more and more pressure till they seal the game in a Newcastle 1:2 or 3 Liverpool scoreline.
Going forward, Newcastle United is going to face some difficult games as they wouldn’t be missing just Isak on the pitch but,Anthony Gordon as well whom had become a central piece for the team to function. Wouldn’t be taking them on a bet for a while.

Every website has a uniqueness and it's in its domain names. It's the standard that no two websites can ever have the same domain name, and same site extension name. so you may only need to check the URL and note suspicious ones.

This is indeed true and as true as it is, people have never stopped falling victim. I recall a thread here somewhere, asking users to spot the difference between 2 domain names and I tell you, it was the most difficult one I’ve seen ever.

There was literally no difference as, this domain names were said to use both Latin alphabets and English in its formation where the similar characters were utilized.

Now, you wouldn’t login on this site by inputting the characters yourself so, they are promoted by links. That’s the more reason why, it’s important you don’t depend on links to login some of your favorite sites, type in the characters yourself.

As my title says a lot. I would like to know if there are more forum like bitcointalk. Give me your 5 crypto forum you know

If there is another forum like Bitcointalk, nope, you wouldn’t find any forum like Bitcointalk. This forum remains the one place where you would find like minds as well as those that are out to spread FUD but, don’t always get to do that successfully as many here knows better.

Contents here are more authentic given how the forum doesn’t take kindly with plagiarism and you find a lot of authenticity in what is discussed here.
Users here are very enthusiastic and really active as compared to anywhere else.

If there are other crypto forums,
Yea and one of those is Altcointalk, it does its bit but, not as much like we have here.

I am not expecting much from Salah; I am thinking Liverpool will likely lose that game.

Did anyone use their TC chip this week? From another fantasy group I am in, it was in the discussion that someone triple-captained on Timber, like TIMBER of all players!!!

My Palmer auto sub got me only 1 shitty point, have Gakpo and Salah ( C) left to play. I need Salah brace, Gakpo assist and a goal to heal!

You got a point a least, I’m looking at my team and all I see is 0 pointers all through, auto sub wouldn’t do no good to my team. Ended up with the worst team of all time. Either way, I’m still looking up to Salah and Ekitike to give me those points I’m longing for to light up this GW, this is so not the start I expected and it’s sadly what I’m getting. Don’t want to take too much of it and hope to adjust my team to what I would want of it by GW4.

Re: We're experiencing the least volatile Bitcoin bull market ever.
by
Smartvirus
on 24/08/2025, 19:47:01 UTC
The current value is at 1,7 for the 30-day volatility and 1,78 for the 60-day volatility. And the record low still is from 2023, when the 30-day value fell to 0,77, similar to the value of gold.

Bull markets and early bear markets were very volatile in the past due to FOMO and panic phases. The only bull market when similar values were achieved was the late crypto winter 2015/2016, when prices started to rise again. But as you can see in the graph, the volatility back then spiked regularly to 4 or even 5%. This is not the case in 2024 anymore, we only saw briefly 3% in the 30-day volatility in August, after the dip down into the 50k area.

This has a lot to do with the current price of Bitcoin. Back then in 2015/2016, Bitcoin was well around an affordable range for a whole Bitcoin and as such, investors weren’t too skeptical to think that they were risking more for an over priced asset. According to Bitbo charts, Bitcoin in 2015 started off with a price ranged $314.95k, had its highest price for at $463.87k and its lowest price at $165.07k while ending the year well above $430.08k. Now this was a price mark that investors could easily jump at as opposed to the value we have it in today which is within the $100k - 125k range.
Despite the progress in adoption, it still raises some skepticism in the minds of investors.

Man City lost 2–0 at home to Tottenham.
Man City created many goal-scoring opportunities but couldn’t convert any.
There was a big mistake by James Trafford on the second goal, which really affected Man City’s morale.

Tottenham only had 2 or 3 chances, they converted them into goals.
Sometimes, no matter what you do, it just doesn’t work. Man City suffered their first defeat in the second match.

I think we’ve got to appreciate the ingenuity of the Tottenham manager Thomas Frank. His found best means to utilize the assets his got and his getting results off them. How else will someone explain Tottenham coming to the Etihad and getting away with all 3 points without Manchester City managing to come off with a consolation goal. It was amazing how Spurs managed to put Manchester City in a spot today. Pep was greatly disappointed at his line up and before he could react to any major changes, it was too late for him. Spurs was already 2 goals up and they had a solid defense to help hold it.

Re: Portuguese League - Liga Portugal 2025/26
by
Smartvirus
on 23/08/2025, 23:43:23 UTC
Here is the list of games for this weekend, for the 3rd round:

MATCH DAY 3:
23.08 17:00 CD Nacional vs Sporting Clube de Portugal
23.08 19:30 FC Arouca vs Rio Ave FC
23.08 19:30 Sport Lisboa e Benfica vs CD Tondela
24.08 14:30 FC Famalicão vs Gil Vicente FC
24.08 17:00 FC Porto vs Casa Pia AC
24.08 19:30 Sporting Clube de Braga vs AVS

Sporting wins
Arouca or draw
Benfica wins
Famalicão or draw
Porto wins
Braga wins

These are very easy games with good odds, but since they're top teams against bottom teams, it's relatively easy to bet. But anything can happen at the start.

Can’t say for good odds but if the games were easy, I could go with that for Sporting CP.  Didn’t start the game with them but, I joined up later in the first half and to have seen that they conceived an early go, I knew they would come back to win in the end. Though they played better in the first half, they couldn’t manage to get a goal but, the case was much more different in the second half. They got an early second half goal and after their second goal was disallowed in the second half, they soon figured out that the best way to beat the goalkeeper was to shoot from outside the box and soon got 4 goals all scored in the second half. It was a spectacle.
