I would rather go for an IEO instead of the traditional ICO. IEO provides you more liquidity and an assurance that you will get what you invested on. But IEO's still have some risks and it being quite exclusive. Micro Token Offerings are becoming a thing now in where you can get a private sales-like price on coins that are already in the exchange. A good alternative for you to participate on any fundraising events but it still requires knowledge for you to not get rekt.

The top trusted exchanges that you can look into are Binance, BitMax, etc. but I would say that I kinda feel your opinion with ICO vs IEO. Even some of my friends don't want to touch ICO's anymore and would rather go with IEO since it provides more security/assurance to their investors. An upcoming IEO I've seen is more decentralized than EOS and has good use cases to be used by major projects due to its scalability, security, and blockchain functionality. And in terms of promising projects, it's always good to read comments here and get to know everyone's best practice in terms of identifying what a winner is. Checking their team, roadmap, community is always the top ones I look at.

How will this work? Will this be in a mobile app or just pc?

For the past week, BTC dropped as low as 9.1k and I feel like that's the last we'll see it go in the 9k mark. But 10k is still a level where you can buy it, this might be the dip too! As an investor, I also look for other things, not just BTC, ETH, etc. This new offering offers you a 50% dc on coins if you win their lottery system, it's a good gamble. In my opinion, IEO's are being more trusted by all because of what happened with ICO's from the previous years where a lot of the projects turning out to be scams, even other investors prefer participating in an IEO rather than an ICO tbh. But at the same time, there are setbacks with some IEO's such as it being expensive to join in at minimum and risk is still there. This new offering, however, is designed to mitigate the problems associated with IEOs and deliver the improved solution using a separate ecosystem which offer discounted tokens at a much lower risk than that associated with IEOs.

Yes, I definitely love the vision around it and I think that this is the future of security softwares
