You are assuming the control nodes run the public client. I doubt any code changes need to be made at all.
Actually, I'm assuming the trusted nodes aren't running the publicly-released source because that's what RealSolid said; if they were, then they'd be just as happy to let him convert the entire 12 million SC trustfund balances into spendable coins as any other node.Because they already run new code with the amount restriction in it? Since RS controls the control nodes and the control nodes control the block chain and the block chain controls the currency, RS controls the currency. At a whim, he could undo transactions and lock wallet addresses out of the system.

You can "undo" transaction in EVERY cryptocurrency by overwriting a block by remining it, nothing new here. But how would to lock out a wallet? No proof? That's your usual way, accusations and then post some excuse or "It has alreay been proven.", but no facts
I knew you wouldn't take on the challenge as you are well aware that someone, maybe me has a huge wallet of SC2. I'm telling you right now I am building up a wallet to a million SC2 and anticipate on being there in the next 2-3 months on the outside. At that time I will totally debunk the statement that anyone can be a trusted node.

We heared that multiple times in the past from you. But the promised SC2 crash or network death didn't happen. I think we all will be very disappointed (again) when your predictions predictions/promises won't happen

Just use the new client to send your coins to a new wallet. Leave the dust spam in your old wallet and throw the wallet away and forget that you actually own those coins because they are worthless anyways.

No, the correct status is "nearly-GG-level"
As terrytibbs said, this won't totally fix the problem, as the spammer can still write his transactions into blocks he finds himself. But it should reduce the network congestion of propagating these spammy transactions and reduce the number of blocks that contain these transactions.
But you can also check the transactions in the blocks and discard the block if 1+ transactions are not ok.
The difficulty won't drop, because miners with less than 1M SC can't mine trusted blocks. So it hasn't any effect on the actual blocks/time. You can decide to not mine SC, and the difficulty will drop a little bit.

Yep, they are not related. You can't affect the difficulty by trying to mine/not mine trusted blocks, because you can't solve one withouth 1M SC, it doesn't matter if you stop the miner on even blocks or not. So you can only affect the SC difficulty by mining/not mining odd blocks. But you can stop the miner on even blocks and switch to some other chain until the trusted block is solved.
SC2 has a special difficulty algorithm that allows for vast decreases in difficulty per 360 blocks (~200%) but only small increases (~14%). It seems that this could be exploited by using a script that does the following:
1.) Mines SC2 when ((number of blocks / 360) % 2 == 0), that is, every other difficulty difficulty adjustment period.
2.) Mines BTC when ((number of blocks / 360) % 2 != 0). This would allow you to use your cards for BTC in the meantime.
If a large number of people use such a script, for example 90% of the miners, the difficulty will quickly drop to what it would be if only 10% of the network were mining. This would maximize return per watt for people mining SC2, yielding bitcoin when they aren't mining SC2.

A seller accepting 0-confirm sales is vulnerable to a Finney attack but given the staggering amount of hashing power required to even attempt that nobody is going to spend $80,000 to build a hashing farm to double spend a 1BTC copy of angry birds.
No, but they will transfer hundreds of thousands of LTC into exchanges, sell it and withdraw, then rewrite the chain. But true, it's not worth for small business amounts to wait hours for lot of confirmations.
2) 1M SC is worthless. 51% control of the control money is 100% control over the network.
Something similar applies also to the other chains: 51% hashpower means 100% control over the network.
