Re: How does a perfect Bounty Campaign looks like?

The keys for this are:

1. Experienced bounty manager
2. Responsible team
3. Very potential project
4. Adequate preparations

Btw we will have a bounty and airdrop in about one month. You can take a look at it here

Thanks for your feedback.

It depends on few things like who is managing the campaign, their history, whitepaper, team and project development. It is also important that you don't have to wait too long after campaign is finished but you won't have to if you sign up for the right one.

Thats what i have seen in different ICO, IEO projects. Many complain that they have to wait really long to receiver their Bounties

Livestream with ICO Team to build trust.
by
Stage3
on 19/07/2019, 19:18:02 UTC
Would you trust a project more, if the founders of the team would do a Livestream where investors can ask questions?.

Like Q&A ? Right now i believe almost nobody has done it and i think it would be a nice way to interact with the Founders team to build trust.

Looking forward for your feedback

Perhaps, for now, it will be more IEO when compared to an ICO project. IEO and ICO like will compete and of course, this will give us the option to determine a good project. For now, I prefer IEO because the sales system can redirect US checks. So we know the sales developments about the coin.

I do believe this competition will lead to more accurate projects and better funding rounds in general. Competition can increase quality what do you think ?

There are still  projects that still goes for ICO because they need funds to get their project listed in a good exchange to do IEO and they want more awareness on their project, but if you analyze, it's hard to keep up doing ICO because investors now had a low trust on projects that does ICO.

Dont they do a pre ICO do cover the costs of a IEO ?

Here is my opinion.

1. The biggest problem with ICO is that it is not monitored by any third parties. Basically, anyone can launch an ICO, as long as you have a white paper to convince investors to put funds to your company.
On the other hand, IEO is a very, if not entirely, different model. While both ICO and IEO share the similar rationales of Initial Public Offering (IPO). In an IEO, an exchange is an administrator.

2. Comparing to ICO, the risk of IEO is much lower for both the project team and contributors. On the customer's side, not only will the exchange help them review the projects and filter out scams, but it also provides better liquidity for trading afterward as a large user base is already guaranteed. The exchange will also offer a convenient platform for contributors to manage their funds as all assets can be stored in the exchange account instead of different wallet addresses.

3. For months we’ve prepared and kept test-running our IEO platform. Now, we’re proud to announce that our IEO platform, OK Jumpstart, will be launching very soon. We aim to incubate high potential projects and support early entrepreneurs with this new platform. By saving them time and resources for getting listed on exchanges, project teams will be able to focus on project development and community management.

If you think to invest in IEO I suggest you some.

1.GlobalChainZ
2.Moozicore
3.AIGO Protocol

Thank you for your response. Well the only thing i would consider a disadvantage for an IEO is, that the exchanges want to do a profit so they might not analyse as proper as we hope.
Could you please send me a message i would like to discuss how your platforms does IEOs and what costs are involved.

Cheers

IEO and ICO. Currently both are becoming a hot conversation, two ways crowdfunding is the most famous project. Even the IEO is predicted to be able to set aside the ICO. Basically, both the IEO and ICO have their own advantages and disadvantages. But for me, I would prefer the IEO where the listing is already on the exchange, provided that the chosen exchange is a good and reliable exchange.

May i ask you for a deeper analysis what advantages you see in the ICO & IEO and what disadvantages.

Well, by coincidence I started a similar discussion here today: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=67.0

And no, decentralisation should be the goal. You are right that there are many scams in ICOs, but they can easily be told by the many red flags they have. Red flags such as: unknown team and advisers, a poorly written whitepaper, a use case that doesn't make sense and so on.
I wonder how much IEOs really make investing safer, after all it is in the interest of an exchange to approve as many projects as possible for maximum profit.
If you could hold an IEO on a decentralised platform I think that would be better.

Thank you for your feedback. I have wrote that article as i am a Co-Founder and Social Media Manager of Stag3. We currently still finish the whitepaper and the website & of course i am faced with the question where to old the funding rounds.

your point of maximum profit is exactly right and that is one of the reason i am not sure how long that will last.

- not much happening yet but soon all the updates will follow.

IEO vs ICO my opinion, tell me yours
by

For those that have been around in the Cryptocurrency market for a pretty long time the question to invest in IEOs or ICOs has been the main discussion point in 2019.
For some especially on “bitcointalk” it is clear that they won't invest in IEO anymore. After I have followed lots of discussion on bitcointalk i realized that people have moved on. It is a clear that people invest in IEOs as the platforms will evaluate the projects and give the investor the feeling of security.
Nevertheless i have observed a trend. The numbers in the ICO market have been declining but stayed fairly stable in 2019. The main reason for moving on to IEOs was the astonishing amount of scams that had flooded the market, since it was easy to make a lot of money.
This move to IEOs has something good. I believe that as harder it gets to hold an ICO as more the projects have to do to convince potential investors. Scammers want easy money and my hope is that the ICO market will come back slowly. Projects that will hold an ICO have to invest more time to convince people.
I sadly had to accept that those who scammed investors destroyed the dream of projects with little money that have great ideas. To hold an ICO and build a community of investors around it is a great way to fund your project without going to big VC firms. Unfortunately those you scammed investors destroyed the ICO market till now and it will take a lot of time to recover.
I have accepted that IEOs are currently the way to fund a project. The only thing that worries me is the power we give those exchanges. Is it really god idea to give that much power to exchanges in the cryptomarket.
Please let me know your thoughts. I am looking forward to good feedback & discussions.

Uhive team always gives answers like this if asked about bounty that has been completed, I think that the bounty which has been done is not considered by UHIVE team.
https://i.imgur.com/V67mjag.png
https://i.imgur.com/j4FapRP.png

UHIVE team had not given the rights of the bounty participants until now, even said that if someone of bounty participant want to be paid a fee should do something else that is totally new from the bounty.

UHIVE seems to be deceiving bounty participants with answers like this in their main telegram group chat https://t.me/uhivesocial.

UHIVE must keep their promises to pay reward for the work of the bounty participants who had worked from April 3, 2018 which will initially be completed around July 2018 but extended until September 16, 2018. But until now it seems that the rewards for bounty participants are not given as UHIVE promises.

This is not good for the crypto world which has lately experienced a decline in the level of trust from the community and public due to the many frauds and scam Project.

Please UHIVE team response in this thread to clarify.

Do you know if they reached their target ? or how much they raised ?

Social Media APP based on the blockchain
by
Stage3
on 07/07/2019, 10:58:20 UTC
I am currently working on a Social Media App (Stag3) which is in the planning stage.

Would a Social Media app that reduces the amount of Information you give away interest you?.

An app where you can share photos and have fun enjoy your time?

Based on all the privacy issues from Facebook and all the personal data that is collected I am trying to find out what the bitcointalk community thinks about

a Social Media app that reduces the data taken from the user to the least amount possible.

Let me know your thoughts

Hi !! I think it's a good bet to bet on social networks. And in my opinion, you'd be better off developing the app on Nuls Blockchain. Check Nuls.io

Visiting all profiles from the team via LinkedIn is also an effective way to find out whether he has the ability or not to manage a project. if there is a team profile that is suspicious or cannot be accessed, we should leave the project.

your are making a good point.

Thanks

In my opinion, a good team of a project can be considered a good team when they meet at least these criteria:
1. They are professional on their fields
2. They have experienced to do similar case projects or others with certain experiences.
3. They have a good track record previously to ensure us as the investors that they are real, not scammers.
I think those three criteria will really help us to pick the project and believe on the team.

And if I may add, they are not for get-rich-quick easy scheme but they have the intentions of really achieving their deliverables for the project. They might have the experience but their dedication to the project might be absent. And the dedication and passion of a particular team will only be seen by time.

I may add that the passion can already be seen in the pre phase. The difference to a get-rich-quick easy is, that those people dont show their personality, address of the business or far more their personal information.

Hello Bitcointalk Community,

I would like to know from your point of view as an investor how a Team needs to look to get convinced.

Apart from the idear of the project I would be glad to get to know your opinion how a perfect Team looks like.

The reason behind this question is, that some teams have 3-4 members and others show off with 20.

I am looking forward to a good discussion.

Cheers

Your Stag3 Team
Firstly, no project team is perfect but what the crypto investors like the most in team of a project is honesty (either concern the project or tram profile information), togetherness and interaction with the investors about new update (this make investors believe the project team actually treat them kindly). However, this is why a lot of people support ETH.

Thanks for your response. You nailed exactly the values i want for the Stag3 ICO. Their must be a energized team behind it.
