But there is a catch.BTC38 is chinese exchange,they have DOGE/CNY trade pair.You can convert DOGE to CNY and CNY to BTC but cant withdraw BTC or LTCs due to PBOC decision.
What is special with Doge by the way? If 1 doge becomes 1 usd then market cap will grow to 100 billion usd which is possible but too early to say.
Doge's getting pumped because Chinese exchanges blocked bitcoin and litecoin withdrawals, but allow doge withdrawals. Doge is an exit route from those Chinese exchanges.

The latest Lisk client v0.3.4 has been released, and is now available for download via our downloads server. This version is a mandatory update, and is being released due to a critical transaction signature malleability issue found in the ed25519 implementation previously used by Lisk. Please note, in order to protect the network, all active delegates were patched prior to this release.
