Re: what makes a good trader?
by
Su-asa

Trading is easily said than done especially, for people who are not traders. What you read in theory is different from what you will experience in the market which is why you have to practice as you are learning the theory so that, you can have the experience of how the market works. Also is bad to trade 24hrs because that's another road to incur more losses. You should know when to trade and when not to, which is where patience and control of your emotions come in play. Only trade with the amount of money that you can afford to lose and don't be greedy.
That's correct mate, many people thinks that trading is easy until they try it. I actually know if a guy who says he knows a perfect strategy that he can use for trading which will give him some winning but the truth is that your strategy is not always guaranteed until you make the profits through it. However the market might be in your favor for awhile but trust me, some of the days you lose your capital.

Op, you have already said it all that these scammers targets are only the newbies because those that have stayed in the forum and other crypto space have enough knowledge to when someone is trying to scam the other person.
However when I was a newbie in the forum I also received few messages from newbies but I don't bother to reply them because some of them are just saying irrelevant things on my pm.

Corps does not have the rights to just search someone's property unless they have warrants for their search but I guess they do have warrants that's why they searched the man's vehicle and accidentally saw his seed phrase which was supposed to not be seen by a third party. However I believe the guy already knows that his assets is at risk, so he already knew that his crypto assets are no longer save anymore. So he should remove all of them from that wallet to a more private and secured one. Actually I believe that guy already have a backup seed phrase but don't know any other place to keep the other one except his vehicle

Well I saw the first thread that was created by another user before this one, while I was trying to comment on that thread before I could finish the thread has already been locked, maybe the op did or the moderator did I don't know.

Well what I wanted to say is that we all recognize Hhampuz as a better campaign manager and I believe most of us have worked with him before now including me and some of us are still working with him currently, but I don't see any point in creating thread on our local board discussing about his 9th year on the forum. I think we should just go to the original thread and discuss it..

I don't know the companies' revenues, but I know they're completely different businesses; both have their advantages and disadvantages. Of course, casinos are booming right now, even with greater visibility, but that doesn't mean they're better.
That's correct mate, you actually said what's already on my mind. The fact they they are business shows that they both have advantages and disadvantages. As the day continues to pass, the gamble industries continue to increase worldwide because more casino keeps in coming and gamblers are also multiplying everyday. So the more the gamblers increase, the more money they make.

First of all, like you ha e said already that you must never trust anyone from telegram, but I will include all social media platforms because these scammers are everywhere man. Sometime I actually imagine how they do these things and getting away with it. However no one is to be trusted on social media and your family members that are not with you too shouldn't be trusted because you might not know if their social media accounts have been hacked and the scammers is trying to use it to scam you.

I don't bother to check the transaction ID anymore because I guess the first comment have said it all. You ca not recover your crypto assets immediately the transactions have been confirmed and the funny thing is that it's not just about one configuration but multiple confirmations. So actually yuu just need to start over again but this time be more careful and don't listen to anyone you don't know.

Re: How do you invest small amounts outside of crypto?
by
Su-asa
on 22/07/2025, 20:17:30 UTC
Curious to hear how others manage small capital outside the crypto space.

What did you start with when you had limited funds?
Where do you park or grow your money now?
Any strategies or assets you'd recommend for someone starting small today?

Looking forward to learning from your experience.  Roll Eyes
If you are thinking of spending little capital outside the crypto space then be sure to use the capital to pay for a skill that pays off later in the future. Owing Bitcoin with little capital won't get you better profits, so it's better pay for a course that can better your life towards the web3 industry.
Actually that's right because currently, with the way the economy is hard and still getting harder almost every single day, I'm sure that one need to get a better skills instead of thinking of what to do with that small and limited funds in their account. Although it's not even guaranteed of becoming successful with the skills they know, but getting it is more important than just thinking of what to do with it. The important thing about this economy is just get something doing and maybe the future might be a little bit easy.

Re: Have you been addicted to gambling in the past.
by
Su-asa
on 22/07/2025, 20:05:18 UTC
This question is for those gamblers that were once addicted to gambling and was able to come out from addiction.

How did you go about it?

Was someone there to help you out or you took the bold step all alone?

How long did your addiction last?

What's your best advice to gamblers fighting with addiction?

I've got such experience like it wasn't an easy encounter it's like being possessed by a demon that drain you both physically and spiritually without your notice you will always see it as fun and means of making money but deep down it is killing you and if you don't realize yourself on time to make right believe you will definitely regret it, to me I think getting addicted to gambling is not just ordinary there are somethings attached to it that's why I will always advise people to gamble responsibly or they live to regret it.
I think there's nothing spiritual about gamble addiction, everything is just your mindset, if you gamble with the intention of making money whereby you are not gambling responsibly, I'm sure that you will actually end up as an addict gambler. It's very important to always risk what you can afford to lose and just gamble for fun and enjoy it, if you actually want to make money money, there are other means where you can get paid but in gamble it's hard to make money through it because it's not guaranteed and all games are based on luck and not strategy.

Re: Why some countries gamble more than the others?
by
Su-asa
on 22/07/2025, 19:53:52 UTC
Is it fair to assume that a better economy and a solid framework will make people gamble more but be addicted less? This is the source, by the way.
Personally, I always think that countries with smaller economy tends to gamble more because people over there with government that provide less for it's citizens tries to escape poverty through gambling so I feel that it's not fair to assume that, instead it's better we make a rigorous research about cause of gambling ins different countries and why some gamble more then come up with the real issue then we can avoid making assumptions.
That's correct mate, many developing countries are beginning to think that gamble is the only easiest source whereby they can get or become rich quickly through gambling. However, a gamblers might become lucky and get some winning that might change his life but trust me when I say that it's not guaranteed, but it's obvious that some gamblers actually believe that they can escape being low on cash when they gamble.

This is why it's important to understand that constant gamblers cannot win the house, you would have simply taken your profits and opt out. But the thing about winning is that it's going to put you in that drive to keep gambling. It's better to win and not gamble again if you can because you would get to maximize your profits and minimize your losses. There's a chance that if you keep gambling you would lose more of your profits

Re: How can you enjoy the game when you are losing?
by
Su-asa
on 21/07/2025, 22:05:56 UTC
The main of gambling should be to enjoy the game and winning should be as a bonus but we prioritize our expectations more so we end up getting disappointed when. We lose. Gambling is a game of luck, this alone makes it very uncertain, losing when gambling is taken too seriously it won't be enjoyed. Stake what you can afford to lose and don't expect too much. It's better to fix your mind on losing to reduce your expectations

I haven't dealt with gambling addiction because I don't gamble to make money. People try to use gambling as a source of income are the ones that get addicted to Gambling the most. One way to get rid of gambling addiction is to limit the time you spend doing it, this is drastically going to change how you approach gambling. Even if you don't get the results immediately with time you would start adapting to the changes

Re: gambling in strict countries
by
Su-asa
on 20/07/2025, 22:58:47 UTC
i saw a post here once asking about whether banning gambling will actually solve some problems. well even with gambling deemed illegal, it has not completely disappeared from a country. for example, in north korea gambling is illegal for its citizens.

but there are still gambling events that take place most often organized by some authorities or really rich and powerful people. i guess that making gambling illegal is just a way to make it less accessible to the general public but the rich always finds a way.

there was even a case where north koreans are targeting foreigners and selling them their own made gambling platforms. North Korean IT workers created and sold thousands of illegal gambling websites to South Korean criminals to raise billions of dollars

keep in mind that gambling is also illegal in south korea. so my point is, everyone eventually finds a way.

I'm surprised that people gambled In a country like north Korea having a lot of strict laws. This shows that banning gambling doesn't really root out the situation, even though they try to control it this way there are still lots of people that would find a way to gamble because they are addicted to it. They can approach gambling addiction by giving a helping hand to their citizens to develop themselves and maybe provide jobs

Re: If you had infinite money, would you still gamble?
by
Su-asa
on 20/07/2025, 22:38:23 UTC
Having infinite money means gambling more for someone that actually gambles for fun but for a gambler that chases Profit they would be no need to gamble again if he already has an infinite amount of money. As a gambler that just likes to gamble for fun having an infinite amount of money would make gambling easier because you can keep gambling without worrying about the amounts of money you are losing

Re: How quickly do you forget a loss
by
Su-asa
on 20/07/2025, 22:08:32 UTC
It all depends on the type of mindset you have towards gambling, if you are the type that stakes responsibly and just gamble for fun then you wouldn't have a problem with forgetting your losses. You would only have a problem with this whenever you lose a significant amount of money. This is why it's important for gamblers to stake within their means, forgetting about small amounts is very easy

Re: Visited physical casinos to have real life experience and guess what?
by
Su-asa
on 19/07/2025, 20:33:11 UTC
The reason why most people go to the physical casino or game center is actually because of the fun there's, like you said, good music was ongoing and a lot of people were also there interacting with each other and that makes it more fun. I haven't gone to the physical casino before but I have gambled in a normal betting store where gamblers mostly play virtual sport games and it's also fun.
