Except I said this when they were announcing the ICO without a White Paper.. then they put out an 8 page useless piece of shit... nothing has changed.. you can hold as long as you want... this project nor it's "paid to look good during the ICO only" team members never had an intention of doing anything with this project.  The main team members have left the U.S. and will not be returning.  You can't even wipe your ass with those tokens.

1. What rights do the token give you?  A discount on their platform.  How many people who got sucked into this will be selling their property here - NO ONE???

2. What is the "use of funds" - doesn't take more than $500K to build a top end platform - this one can be done for $200K.  What are they doing with the rest of the money¿ "Marketing" is a nice word for "pocketing" the money.

3. Do you know what a "company" search is?  They are a Delaware corp. .. 2 foreign girls on the company... a Delaware offshore, throw away corp.?? Learn about how that works.

4. What plans do they have - NONE.  No entry strategy.  They are going to be GLOBAL... ok... I am going to open a GLOBAL PANCAKE HOUSE and everyone in the world is going to come eat there... it's going to be huge.

These are just some of the MANY, MANY pitfalls of this project.  But then again, you are a paid advertiser just like the ENTIRE team they PAID just to make the project look good on the surface.  None of these people will actually participate or add value to the "project".

Anyone, let me know if you want real advice.  There are some good projects out there but they will hold water under tough scrutiny.  It is easy to see this one doesn't.

There is another project that is like yours but they make use of blockchain technology, couldn't I already invest in Kexgill without this project?  You say how many times Kexgill is so great a company, why aren't the founders using their own money from their established business? You want to take OUR money to build more property for yourselves and on top take a big commission???

I will try again looking at it from their perspective because I am not sure I explained very well.  What I am confused about is I am sending from a Bitcoin account that is not tied at all to the Waves account.

If I am running an ICO and 3 people tell me they will send 5 BTC and then give me a Waves address to send their tokens.

What happens if I only receive 2 payments of 5 BTC, how do I know "who" made the payment? (or who is the one who "did not" make the payment?)

It's exciting  but very confusing

Thanks.  What I don't understand though is they take BTC/WAVES/ETH and they only require I enter a Waves wallet.  If I send from my BTC, how will they know it was "me".  I don't know if I am explaining so I will give example.

Ex. - 

3 people sign up and say they will send 1 BTC and then give their email and a Waves address (to receive their token/dividend).
Then only 2 people send 1 BTC.  How do they know "which" 2 to return the coins to?
(or what if I am the one who did not send the BTC and I claim that I was the one who sent it from "x" address?)

I want to invest in one but it is a little nerve racking for me to send BTC when I can't understand how I can confirm it was my payment.

I asked what are you doing DIFFERENTLY?  You responded by telling me you provide student housing... which is EXACTLY what every one of those companies I listed do (as well as 100 more).  So you are providing the EXACT SAME service as every other student housing company... ok... got it.

I think a better question is:  What is Kexcoin doing differently than the 1.000 other companies that offer student housing investment?

I can't see any difference between you and Emerging Property/Select Property/Knight Frank/Knight Knox/or the other 100 companies in the UK that offer student housing investment EXCEPT with THEM - 1. Investors have FCA security 2. Investors actually own the unit

P.S. - You described your coin as a "commodity" earlier.  I hope you have registered with the FCA.  Have you?  What you are selling is a security and you must register with the FCA.  I think you are in over your head.  I'm not trying to jump all over you and I know first hand it can be very difficult to please people with new projects but this would be a better project for Housecrowd or Housers (traditional crowdfunding) as the people would feel more secure you are not just trying some unregulated side step to take money.  If you are just trying to do a project and don't really have the means.  God bless you!  But then again you should have the means if your company/owners have been in business for 40 years and are successful.  All very confusing 

Thanks.  Got it    So it's just about regulations?  Are the wallets/addresses still shown the same as if I made a direct transfer?  For example, if you and I made a transfer I would see your address... if you sent to/from Coinbase do I still see your address?  I have never made a transaction yet so I don't really understand this stuff yet.

Coinbase is just what I have but what about others like Coinpayments or are they all the same?

Can one of you tech savvy guys tell me why ICO's don't use services like Coinbase to accept funds for their ICO's?

I see in my account where I could add a shopping cart to my website to take payments in many different coins (the same way I would add a Paypal cart) and that takes about 5 minutes.  Why don't these guys just use one of these services and they could accept just about any coin?

Does it have to do with the audit process? (i.e. wallet numbers are not the same with a service?)

It catches me that Kexgill Ltd. and Kexcoin Ltd. are two completely separate entities.  Do you admit there is no legal repercussion for Kexgill Ltd. if your Kexcoin project fails to do what you say you will do?  What ties you into Kexgill?  In other words, you are a U.K. Limited company which only costs a few pound and an hour to incorporate.  If I send you money and you run away, is there any legal regulation under U.K. guidelines for your ICO?

Your project is not utilising blockchain technology in any form so I believe the "why ICO" is a valid point.  I'm still on the fence here so I hope it works out.     But the way these ICO's are going I think it will still work out for you.  Good luck 

Except it's true what he said about the registration.  That was not there because I checked your site when he made the original post. Why did you act like he was wrong?  Why can't you answer any of the questions instead of always saying the information is somewhere else?  The point of a forum is to interact, not to deter, isn't it?  Your project is one of the first I am visiting so we are all not experts.  A straight forward answer would make me much more comfortable with your project than "ignoring" people.  IMHO.
