Just checking in once again. When will support be available to take care of the disabled accounts situation? Hopefully not until August? This matter is quite important.
My account has been disabled since October of last year, and this is after C-Cex pretty much stole thousands of dollars of crypto from my account before disabling it.
I've had an open ticket for several months, but C-Cex has pretty much been on "vacation" for half of those months until now.
Needless to say, this exchange is extremely unprofessional; just read through the hundreds of pages here to read the many horror stories that users have experienced throughout them.
It sounds to me like you won't be gaining access to your account any time soon, mate. Sorry for the bad news
One can always hope not but always a lesson to not putting, and leaving, all your eggs into one basket, yes?

Shit got shady as F*ck if you remember when "Yuri" ditched all iGotSpots coins when IGS called him out !
These guys basically stole users funds back in Dec 2017-Jan 2018, hundreds of tx's labeled as PAID that were never sent through the blockchain, many users had the same problem and are still missing BTC Deposits from there even after sending support tickets, support then flags them as having been paid and does nothing about it, at the same time they also removed their trading graph intervals (Hours/Days/Weeks) and replaced it with a 24-Hour graph only that is absolutely pointless as you can't see previous days trade/price/volume history before that...

I think that ASIC is not a problem. Actually the more SHA, the cheaper ASIC mining will become in the long run, meaning everyone can participate eventually.
So the more oldschool power hungry ASIC machinery there is the more cheaper it will become to run

just so you know, don't try and transfer alot of tomorrow at one time. i have lost about 100k tmrw in the last few days with lost transactions.

You should at least post the source code before the pre-ico rounds and not months after that. How can you guarantee the investors that you will not run away with their money? And it seems that you are a group of developers, so it's not that difficult to publish your source code.
And who here gives guarantees?
