Is it necessary to pay some susucoin when writing something in susu blockchain?
You will just need to pay a small transaction fee based on the sized of your input data.

A quick update:

Many users have been asking for more information about susucoin. Thereore, we have now opened an official wiki page for susucoin. Please visit here:
https://wiki.susukino.com/

Some people have asked who the cartoon character is. Her name is Susuko. You can find information about Susuko here:
https://susukino.com/who-is-susuko.html

We have begun archiving speech the past few days and will be rolling out more integration and an easy-to-use API soon.

The first 512kb OPT_RETURN transaction has been mined earlier:
`f7cf392ed1764b0ac68a266c7d10498f7d1016c72b24bbf2a4ca08e8e095f16d`

The message contained within is:
```Welcome to Susucoin data storage. This is one of the first messages, if not the first one, that is 512 bytes long. Remember, that whatever you put here, stays forever! Please keep that in mind. This message was formed to prove, that there will be no fork needed to include such long messages in the blockchain, because those messages aren't invalid, they are just non-standard. Will 512 be enough,though? Will SUMO be such a good form of compression, that it will suffice? Let's hope so! --Anonymous Western Anon```
We are improving the blockchain explorer to allow native message viewing capabilities, but its still under development - will announce here when it is ready.
The SUMO protocol white paper should be published this week with information about how we plan to structure archiving thoughts on the blockchain.
An english-language FAQ is coming soon, along with some more information about our mission and project goals.
Indeed susu is doing well for a new coin. I love the 1 block diff regeneration.
The 1 block diff regeneration really is working very well and should scale up with growth easily due to the strenghts of the LWMA.
We are currently finishing up the implementation details and specifications of the susucoin blockchain text archiving system, codenamed SUMO. After SUMO is ready, we will be forking susucoin to a 512 byte OPT_RETURN to accommodate the extended functionality provided by SUMO.
Susucoin's official blockchain explorer is coming soon too.
OK out of hospital now. Will continue with getting Susucoin setup and launched properly. Sorry for the delay. If no more trouble, then launch time should be about 24 hours from now. I will announce the exact time later in this thread.
We will be restarting susucoin tentatively this coming weekend with the sha256 algorithm. New setup is currently undergoing comprehensive testing to make sure pool mining will work correctly without hiccups.
Due to a large amount of the initial blocks being orphaned due to a bug in the susucoin core wallet, I am planning to reset the susucoin genesis block and start over. I will pre-announce the start of mining here after testing is complete. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I think this is the best way to proceed for the best long-term development and maintenance of susucoin.
Instead of hard forking to a slower target spacing, I decided to build more full nodes on vps around the world. With improved latency we should have better connectivity and in theory that should help us prevent seeing so many orphans while pool mining.
I have setup a discord server if anybody wants to join and ask me questions.
Ive been thinking about this all day. There are many orphaned blocks from miners in pools. It seems to be a network latency issue. The target spacing is currently set to 2 minutes. If the target spacing is changed to 5 minutes, it should fix the latency issue with pools not syncing properly within the 2 minute target space. Tomorrow I will setup some more seed nodes around the world, and update the source code for a 5 minute target spacing. I have made an issue on the susucoin-project github for this.
This morning with a fresh mind, I think I found the problem with the mining pools. There was a typo in my seed node's susucoin.conf file. The port number was set incorrectly, overriding the default of 9432. It is set correctly now, and in theory should work correctly with pools now.
Please let me know if there are still any problems with mining. Sorry for all the trouble yesterday.
Do we need to recompile the code to get this fixed or just a restart of the daemon would do? Please let us know what do we need to do from the pool end?  We are getting all orphan blocks as of now...
Restarting the daemon should just work.
What's this, a no fuss coin?
ill be checking if the claimed partnership is true. or this is just another coin trying to survive from very few miners of this coin?
Sure thing. I am not hyping the coin as of now because I would prefer to work out any bugs in the basic systems before making any announcements.
If all goes well, I will put out the press release on Friday.
Cheers.
