I really do not see how GAW/Josh can be solvent as a business. With BTC so low now and XPY always floundering and falling atm. How can he possibly meet all his obligations to his community, let alone any investors and then the buy back that is planned. Some pages back I remember Suchmoon posted a list of dates that was supposed to take place (announcements, new features etc) I wonder how those are coming along? There is so much littered around pertaining to paycoin its hard to track it all lol. I suppose the new Op is a great record of all this... what a gawsome mess though.

Well I can't complain as GAW keeps delivering me a profit who would of thought that you could buy paycoin for 1 cent then send it to cryptsy and sell it for $2 a 200% profit. Lucky me I suppose, first I get the $20 pay base price on day 1 and then I get the 1 cent price. I have never had so much fun. Just a shame the XPY hot wallet run out before I could get all of mt XPY out. Oh well have to be happy with a 4 BTC profit in 30 minutes.

I also know of three people who woke up this morning just to find out they have a total of 118 BTC now missing from their "Paybase" accounts. Personally, I have no idea why anyone would have that much crypto sitting anywhere outside their own PC or cold storage, but that is a moot point at this stage.

So the story is that he had planned to speak earlier today, and to announce PayFlash at that time.
Then the event was cancelled because PayFlash hadn't passed QA, and "we will not release software that does not pass QA." As if he couldn't hold a Q&A if PayFlash wasn't live.
Then a few hours later PayFlash is released. It conveniently passed QA very shortly after it gave Josh an excuse to chicken out.
Then PayFlash causes a flash crash of XPY on the paybase site.
And PayFlash turns out just to just be a facade round Gyft. GAW sells XPY (at a bad exchange rate) for BTC.
And obviously GAW has no bots that balance demand between Paybase and other exchanges, or else the PayFlash crash wouldn't have happened.
XPY was $0.09 a minute or two ago on paybase. Now paybase is down (Cloudflare error 520). Awesome QA as always from GAW.
All in all, quite a day for Josh.

Legal or not, it was obviously too good to be true. If illegal it will take time and effort to get anyone to do anything about it. You are much better going through life recognizing that stuff like this is too good to be true and not giving them your money.
i cashed out ages ago when i saw the red flags. ie when i believed it was too good to be true. i just noted this after i read someone on hashbase reporting free hashlet gone to confirm. 3cents a day was nothing but it shows they are packing mining up. notice on champions that craig no longer exists on prime or solo but he does on staking? he either completely converted over or ran. or it was a fake gaw account

Well, it's another case of false advertisement... Unless something in their ToS was violated.. But that has been changed so much no one knows what it is and it's likely null and void in any court room.
just checked my old account. removing of the hashlet was done as well as funds outstanding to cash out from the free hashlet. btc outstanding as 0.00000000btc when a month ago it was 30 cents worth i think. so they are also erasing what they owe you from the free hashlet. thats theft as well. GAWSOME!!!

Now..go take a deep breath and try to understand that this is still a free market. If i manage to get out of this at more than the current crap rate, it will be due to good timing, and perhaps the only good to have come out of my experience in XPY.

Do you need help? NO. You have 1,000 xpy that you can sell. That is lie # 1. Are you're plans to dump? YES. So asking people to help you to avoid dumpers is lie #2. Gaw appears to already be in a liquidation mode of some sort,,, and now this attempt to create a "retirement plan" out their paycoin holders and name it the Honors Program, (sounds convincing enough lol) even then it seems there will be some kind of a lengthy red tape sign up enrollment... this just gets better every day

One idea. Use this Honors program to quill all the law suits, and make the "problem" clients who might actually sue them go away. Then once things have quieted on that front, either continue scamming or shield themselves in bankruptcy, depending on how things go.
Oh yeah. Fully expect the TOS for the buy back to include forfeiting your rights to sue them and put you at the back of the line behind any other creditors.
