So is this "investigation" included CryptoNote team or just Bytecoin team only ? The title will probably do some negative effect on Monero and other legit CN coins, many people will misunderstand that all CN coins are scam.

I think monero is currently lacking public exposure. We need to raise volume in other exchanges in order to drive more interest, many users haven't acknowledged about Monero. Why don't people just shift their trading activity to Mintpal to build volume there ?, Monero has only 2 BTC daily at Mintpal. Adding to Cryptsy should be a must, Cryptsy is crappy now, but still has big loyal customer base.

Sounds true. I've heard exchanges operate each coin's wallet in a separate server and it would be only the server containing VRC wallet got compromised. If hacker was able to compromise all wallets, he would take Bitcoin only, why would he take a random shitcoin?

Did the attacker sold all the VRC right away and withdraw BTC? Or did he just send VRC to his own wallet?

I own both XMR and BBR but i'm more optimistic about XMR. For each 5 dollars invested in CryptoNote i have 4 in XMR and 1 in BBR. Historical data showed that other CN coins also got pumped everytime XMR got pumped.

The only thing i dislike about BBR is the name. They had a name contest but i don't know why they came up new name "Boolberry", it sounds even more stupid than previous name "Honeypenny".

are you serious ? Why would i have to buy if i can solo mine it easily with even my laptop ? Even the cryptonote team will give away a lot of coins.

You seem to love quoting AnonyMint so much. He also said that masternode/supernode idea of Darkcoin and XC is fundamentally flawed.

All those masternodes/steath address/dark wallet aren't ultimate solutions for privacy problem. Most of the coins based on Bitcoin protocol, we can't have real anonymity unless the protocol is re-written completely, i.e. we need privacy at protocol level.

Nope, the more important thing is volume. This coin is losing volume, without more significant amount of Bitcoin poured to market, the rising is just temporary.
