What is the famous saying....."If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen."

There are so many people crying about the recent of BTC that I'm frankly getting annoyed. You should know the risk involved in investing in crypto. If not, don't even waste your money. Go buy a CD that won't make more than the rate of inflation. Remember investing is literally legalized gambling. Treat it as such or don't even jump in the pool.

"Investing is legalized gambling"?
Although I understand your frustration, it is clear that you have a skewed vision as to what investing is.
Or perhaps you were just trying to make a point?

Investing is not a game of chance at all.
Through the analyzation of quantifiable metrics (GDP, Market economics, Cash flow, Interest and appreciation rates, etc) you can make fairly accurate predictions as to where money is going and what will be profitable.
Of course, it would be impossible to predict to the very dollar or cent and saying at specifically this time an asset will rise 12% in value is impossible too.
But if you educated yourself and continuously informed yourself with relevant data, you will see that your risk rate is DRASTICALLY reduced.

For crypto, it is more unpredictable because of the volatility, but even in speculative markets there is a wealth of information to analyze to make informed trading choices.

Those that are whining and complaining jumped in which get rich quick mentality, they are probably the types that are most suceptible to being scammed.
But those who say investing is gambling will never see their portfolio reach it's full potential.
I was making a point. There are a lot people out there that turn it into gambling by not doing their research and guessing more than using actual reason and confirmed data.

The Deedcoin public sales opens today at 12:00 pm EST!

For more information and to purchase tokens go to www.deedcoinlaunch.com.

To follow the progress and connect with us on Telegram go to https://t.me/Deedcoin

We want to thank all of the crypto community and our Deedcoin family for all the support you have given us!

You can also follow us on twitter: https://twitter.com/deedcoin
This token seems to be gaining a lot of momentum. It will be interesting to see how the sales phase goes. I'm definitely a fan of the concept too. It makes a lot of sense in the real estate market.  Homeowners are gaining back more control of the equity when they sell their homes.

Re: Deedcoin and AI Gaming partner to integrate real estate technology
by
Talkincrypto50

“The protocol with the game will be accessing information from standard real estate forms to answer customer questions.”

I think that is great that AI can be utilized to streamline mundane tasks and answer questions from customers and give them the ability to access documents to actually “see” the progress of the real estate transaction.  This eliminates playing “phone tag” with the broker or agent and have their question answered of “What is the status of the transaction?”  or “Where are we at in the deal?”

Interesting point. Think of the endless hours agents spend on their phones answering questions, listening to voicemails and returning calls. This looks like it could eliminate a lot of that.
These seems like a great partnership. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Re: Best ICO for April, 2018
by

Primarily in investing, I pay attention to reach the soft cap. I May miss the biggest bonus on the presale, but I'm sure the project starts. Accordingly, having studied it, there is an understanding of its implementation in the future, and hence the increase in the value of the token. Now I can recommend to consider the FLUX project, soft cap will be reached.
I like your line of thinking. It makes sense to me. You can definitely use this and still take advantage of common "dips" when tokens hit the exchanges. The bonuses are very tempting, but there is a lot more risk on the front end.

Which ICO will you recommend to be bought in April? I found out Ambit ICO (https://ambitmining.io/), and I am going to buy it. The projects looks very attractive. what do you think?
Big news on Deedcoin. They are currently ranked in the top 1% (#18) on ICOPointer. There are over 1,900 ICOs on the site. This is a very strong ranking on a credible site.

We would like to know what are the ICOs you are looking at in the coming months.

We have a large list at https://[Suspicious link removed]/2GSgl7s

Please feel free to look and let us know if we are missing any that we shouldn't.  Which ones would you like to see profiled?  What information?

We would appreciate your input.
Just saw some big news that Deedcoin's ranking went up to #18 out of over 1,900 ICOs listed on ICOPointer.

There are so many ICOs right now, which one do you recommend is a good ICO to invest
Find a product that you truly can believe in. The product has to make sense to you. I might soundl like captain obvious when I say that but I think investors try to overthink things sometimes. Ask yourself two questions 1) Does the product solve a widespread problem that affects a large percentage of the population 2) Is the product actually going to work in the real world. If you can't answer yes to these two questions there is no need to go further. You can drown yourself in the details of whitepapers, analyzing teams, etc. If the product doesn't have the ability to positively impact a large portion of the population it really won't succeed.

You should read white paper carefully, look through team, assess idea of the ico, whether it is innovative. For me it would be better to invest in several ICOs, the percentage of success will grow up.
I agree with idea of multiple ICOs to invest in. You can get in for not a lot money on most tokens. I think anyone can create a strong Whitepaper and spin it however they want like putting lipstick on a pig. I think the team is important, but the best team with a worthless product will not go anywhere. Is the product usable in the real world and does it solve a widespread problem? The answers to those two questions HAVE TO BE yes!

Scammed or not?
by
Talkincrypto50
on 04/04/2018, 17:39:49 UTC

It is crazy to see how these posts about being scammed get traction so fast. I would hate to be an ICO that has to try and deflect the FUD that comes out. It can literally crush an ICO. Oyster Pearl is in the middle of this scenario right now. They are really trying to refute the people that are accusing them and it sounds like the information might be false or misrepresented.  I guess it's like choosing an ICO to invest in. You have to try and divide truth from rumors.

I missed the dip the other day and am wondering if I should hold out for another dip or if the current prices are still decent. Mainly looking at litecoin and etherum. I also need coins regardless so I can exchange for other altcoins.
ETH definitely. I think I would stay away from Litecoin.

I also think the same with you, yesterday some say that eth and btc scam, I think it's ridiculous because he did a foolishness, do you think if someone cuts his hand with a knife then he will say the knife was shit?
And we all know that children shouldn't be allowed to handle knives, right?

Re: Am I late to the party?
by
Talkincrypto50
on 02/04/2018, 19:20:32 UTC
I feel so late to the party. Coins now are very expensive, like $5800 for Bitcoin and $345 for Ethereum... then $5 - $30 for other coins. I take a look at the blockchain explorers and see big holders of coins, for example some people have 1000+ bitcoin, a lot of people have 500,000+ ethereum. These people got the coins when they were 1 penny each, now I have to pay $500 for the same coin?

Why are the coins so expensive today? Can I go back in time and get them cheaper?

Even if I put in a lot of my money, I only get a fraction of what people were able to get 1 year ago. 1 year ago people got coins for 1 penny and stashed 100,000 coins for $1000, now I have to pay $1000 just for 1 coin?!? I feel so ripped off!

Also I knew about Bitcoin when it was $30, and I knew about Ethereum when it was $7! I was alive in these time periods and was looking online and reading about these things but it all flew by!

Am I too late to the party? Is it a good time to get buy today or should I find a way to time travel back in time?

My frustration is BIG.
The price of BTC and ETH are relative to the overall picture. Keep in mind BTC peaked at almost $20K so around $5K looks pretty attractive. Ethereum is just as solid and you can buy a lot more of it. If those numbers still scare you I would probably take a look at some ICOs. More risk involved but you can buy in for a few thousand and not get hurt too bad. Investing can definitely have its share of frustration.

Bitcoin Bouncing Back
by
Talkincrypto50
on 02/04/2018, 19:13:36 UTC
Sure we all have followed the recent dip of Bitcoin. But if you are a long hold investor it really should not worry you too much. Unless you bought at $15-$19K. I think if it drops below $5K there will be a strong run of buying it. Especially the investors that bought high but can still afford to buy more. What a fun crypto world we live in.
