Re: What if Zuckerberg paid us a share of FB advertising revenue?
by

I like your idea and it could be a unique selling method for a new social media site. However, as long as enough people are willing to spend their time there for free, why would the operator of such sites decide to give anything to the contributors? Another problem is to determine how much a certain account has to receive depending on the value it has contributed. And then the risk of fake accounts will surely increase.

Re: How to earn altcoin every days?
by
Tenderino
on 15/05/2018, 21:26:39 UTC
There are many ways people earning in altcoin in regular basis. What is your methods for earning in altcoin?

Trading?
Airdrop?
Bounty?
Others?

My method to earn free coins is Airdrops and bounties. Airdrops are quickest way but you get less than from bounty. Bounty takes more time to do but on another hand you earn a lot more. Trading need skills and other ways are slow, for example faucets.
OP should have worded the title of his thread better, because you can earn altcoins with a lot of things. So the key question is how much can you realistically earn with certain methods and that is why the title should name a minimum amount. Airdrops are in most cases not really worthful and same is valid for faucets. Trading does not only need skills, but also a substantial available amount of money to make it profitable.

Airdrops are usually an advertisement method to draw attention to the coin and make it more famous. But in general it is clear that marketing often lies and there is also the saying that if something is free, in most cases it is nothing. So if people think they made a good catch it is likely their false strategy to become a successful crypto coin holder.

Beginning of January would have been indeed a good time to sell and make a break. But this was anyway an exceptional downswing and recently the market has recovered. if you have such a huge amount avalable, I would leave the already high priced coins and try my luck again with several low priced altcoins. Alternatively and depending on your skills you could also start your own ICO project.

Re: Consensus 2018 what's the impact to crypto market?

If I remember correctly, the first bitcoin summits were in the US and helped to make it more famous and was the first country who made laws about it like legalizing crypto currency exchanges, but unfortunately at the same time taking fees and taxes. However, these summits were surely milestones and the current summit will surely help to let crypto currencies flourish further.

Re: Day Trading Crypto. Need HELP

I can tell you one thing in general and based on my experience in my life so far, if someone knows for sure how he can make money with day trading, he will not post it publicly and for free so the competition for him will increase and he will probably make less money. If you or other day traders win money, then other day traders have to lose money. If you are looking for a good investment, then you need to spend your time and research about low priced and promising altcoins with huge potential of price increases.

Re: Austin City Hopes Blockchain Helps to End Homelessness

Your thread title claims that blockchain helps to end homelessness, but in reality it only helps to protect the identity of homeless people? Please explain how blockchain helps to end homelessness? How will the blockchain technology bring homes for people who have none? Soon people will claim that blockchain technology makes it possible for humans to fly.

Re: 7 REASONS WHY: which one are you?

Is there a poll available or how do you know that most people use it because transfers are anonymous? Practically, especially if you pay services or goods with it, in most cases you are not anonymous, that is why I am wondering. I love to use crypto currencies because I am happy if I can transfer value without the involvement of banks and their fiat robbery system. Cheesy

Africa has a huge potential of what? If someone makes such a headline, I would like to see an explanation with your own words and not just one sentence and a link. The link indicates you speak about a huge potential in relation to crypto currencies? I know Africa as a third world continent and highly doubt it has a huge potential in relation to crypto currencies. However, feel free to convince me otherwise?

Re: Why is crypto making the world go crazy?
by
Tenderino
on 14/05/2018, 01:41:48 UTC
Most people are crazy for cryptos because they already made a huge win or want to copy the access of others and are therefore willing to sell their whole property. Because you can make the best winning rate only with crypto currencies and why do you want to invest in something with maybe 5% winning rates per year while you can make hundreds percent?

Re: Cryptocurrency is unsupported: is it true or is it a myth?
by
Tenderino
on 14/05/2018, 01:26:40 UTC
If bitcoin is unsupported, then I clearly prefer unsupported crypto currency because in this case unsupported means it has the highest value from all available currencies worldwide. The huge value difference between officially supported and unsupported coins also confirms that the official currencies are a value robbing system, otherwise its value would be not that low compared to unsupported coins like bitcoin.

Re: Investing in Bitcoin? Advantages and Disadvantages
by
Tenderino
on 14/05/2018, 01:19:13 UTC
The biggest disadvantage investing in bitcoin is because the price is already very high and to reach huge winning rates like in previous years is almost impossible. Therefore it is clearly a better option to invest in other and low priced altcoin projects with the potential of highly increasing prices and winning rates. For using bitcoin as a payment method the current price is of course irrelevant.

Zimbabwe banning all crypto currency activity will be the end of crypto currencies worldwide and everyone should sell now as soon as possible! Cheesy

Wait, who is Zimbabwe? I heard Zimbabwe has the most specialized internet crime police and we can expect that many citizens will be arrested soon because they will get catched using anonymous and decentralized crypto currency systems on their pcs and in the internet. Cheesy

Honestly, no one cares what Zimbabwe declares.

Re: How would you explain a bounty campaign to a beginner?
by
Tenderino
on 13/05/2018, 14:01:09 UTC
Is it really required to explain how a bounty campaign works? The poster is paid to make posts while wearing the signature and if required an avatar. The conditions of the marketing campaign are stated in the OP of the bounty campaign manager. If someone is not able to understand these very basics, then he should stay away and safe the bitcointalk community from reading his posts.

If you have such a huge number of users reachable it does indeed make sense to create its own coin. But why do you refer to their traffic in 2008? We need to know the traffic after it turned out that they sold the data of its users? This coin might will become some kind of a spy coin! Cheesy

Re: Bitcoin making alts useless
by
Tenderino
on 12/05/2018, 00:17:45 UTC
Whatever bitcoin is or will become, it will not make alts useless because they have still their function for certain areas. While I agree that many alts if not most are simply useless for the majority of the people. However, everyone has the right to try his luck with his coin. Do you think bitcoin ATMs are an argument for bitcoin? In my opinion not, because we should try to get away from the fiat system and ATMs converting crypto coins to fiat will not assist it.

Re: which coin safe for trading?
by
Tenderino
on 12/05/2018, 00:10:54 UTC
Nothing is safe in a worldwide and decentralized crypto currency market. It would be also new for me that trading is safe, because if you win money with trading, then someone else must lose it. However, if you like long term trading I suggest to do it with new and low priced coins, because they have the option to do the same like bitcoin did. But if the price of a coin is already in the height of $ thousands, it is of course difficult to reach high winning rates.

In my opinion it is absolutely normal that a decentralized and worldwide market will regularly fluctuate. You can not have freedom and regulated prices at the same time. Considering this circumstance and if you are an investor, it might make sense to invest in new and low priced coins. Because low priced coins have a mathematically higher potential to fluctuate up than a coin that already costs $ thousands.

Re: let us promote BITCOIN

Let us promote bitcoin or crypto currencies in general is a good idea. Smiley  So I suggest to create a foundation to where everyone who want to support bitcoin can send a donation and then this money will be used to pay advertisement in the public press. This will surely help to let bitcoin become more famous and price should increase again thereafter.

Re: Government and Bitcoin
by
Tenderino
on 11/05/2018, 23:43:06 UTC
Governments simply do not understand bitcoin and cryptocurrency technologies. It is difficult to find competent persons in these matters.
In what country do you live to make such a statement? It must be a banana republic, because most countries know very well about the blockchain and crypto currency technology. If not, they can hire whatever experts they like.

Governments trust very well the blockchain technology and some governments already consider to introduce its own coin based on blockchain technology. But most governments do not like the decentralized and private crypto coins, because they reduce their tax revenue.
