This is an excellent question.  Anyone know if the facility is still on the face of the earth?  Did a nearby fertilizer plant explode and wipe it out?  Just the strangest thing (if they're really trying to come back online) is to not have any information being posted?

Don't forget the time you have to spend configuring, finding a pool, exchanging coins, tending the 'cloud' you've created and a whole bunch of other things I don't care to do anymore.

I just take my btc.... put it into my account at Scrypt.CC?ref=baagt and it pays me more btc, every 10 minutes.  Not only that, the average is still at about .5% profit a day.

Rising difficulty?  That's the BEAUTY of this operation as it's mining the most profitable scrypt coins of the moment, up to 5 at a time.  Difficulties for each coin are always different and changes in profitability and network hash rates means that there will almost always be a few profitable coins of the moment.  Instead of being tied to a single coin, the rise in difficulty is a much longer path when spread over multiple coins and this setup takes good advantage of that for you.

Deposits are smooth now, no complaints all day. Withdrawals have been issue free for a few days as well.  Things are looking smooth and work progresses on the new site face.

Fortunately, someone over at Scc saved my buttocks and I've been making a steady average of .5% a day on what I used to have invested at CEX.  TheRue is very good at explaining "Bad Maths" and when you combine the BTC difficulty with the CEX business model and the really poor attitudes of Admin and staff... it was a no brainer to dump what I had at CEX and go to Scc.

It's vaugely like CEX where you buy mining shares and can trade them on the site's exchange.  That's about where the similarity ends though.  Scc has software that analyzes the profitability of the top 40+ Scrypt coins every 60 seconds and actively mines the top 3-5 coins.  The coins are exchanged and you're paid in btc... every 10 minutes. NO MORE LOSING PROFITS TO MAINTENANCE FEES!  Since it's scrypt coins, the blocks come in at several per second so there's never a long, money sucking, wait between blocks.  The variability of scrypt coins and the fact there are multiples of them at any time... increases the profitability for a much longer time than any single coin can provide.  Just Awesome!

Any service that is mining a single coin has this same issue.  You can switch to LTC mining operations but the rise in difficulty is still there, just slower than for BTC.  The real money these days?  It's in Multi-Mining Scrypt coins!

SyncSAm...  That's a VERY good point.  I would also caution people to be aware of sites that exists to just harvest your e-mails and that it's a GREAT idea to use a completely different password for every account you log into online.  There's currently a huge number of brute force login attacks going on at wordpress sites, e-mail hosts and mining related sites. 
Once a username/password is found they'll attack tons of places to find out where else you've used that username password and steal whatever they can.

BE AWARE!  BE SMART!  And remember... Don't MINE AND DRIVE!  The difficulty gets in your eyes. (J/K) Lol

DEPOSITS at 98%!
Yeah... I was hoping for 100% today but there's a small timing issue. Some deposits are taking up to 3hrs to enter the system properly.  Should you happen to get a hung deposit with at least 5 confirmations, please put in a support ticket and Admin will manually push that through.

WITHDRAWALS at 100%
There shouldn't be any issues with the withdrawal system and everyone reports a smooth ride now.  

MISSING SUPPORT TICKETS!
Admin was looking at wading through thousands of support tickets for deposits and withdrawals that would be processed fine when the system was up and running.  Instead of taking a few days to go through them, the entire system was dumped of all tickets.

PLEASE... if you had a ticket that was in the system and the issue is still unresolved... submit a new ticket with as detailed a subject line as possible.

Panic is over... prices are back to normal   

WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals are working 100%   Anyone with continued withdrawal issues, please put in a support ticket and Admin will process it when online.

DEPOSITS
Deposits are working at 98%   Apparently there's a small timing issue and a few deposits are taking around 3hrs to complete.  Should you have 5 confirmations and no deposit, please put in a ticket for Admin and they'll push that through for you.

Admin and the team have been putting in a lot of extra hours due to the DDOS issues and the recent blockchain.info issues.  The DDOS protection has been increased and the site has been nice and snappy most of the day now.

The new site face is being worked on again and the end of beta is tentatively scheduled for Monday again.  Yaaaay!

(Quick Example: When you put up an order to buy khs... you also have to figure in the mining losses that order will take in while waiting to complete)

Been on there 2 months now, about.

Deposits and withdrawals were just peachy up until Blockchain.info had their little snafu.  Scc is off their API now and using an in-house solution for withdrawals and deposits.  Withdrawals are 100%.  The new Deposit api is at 98% with a few deposits taking an extra 3hrs to get processed.

Should you get 5 confirmations on a deposit... please put in a support ticket for Admin and they'll process it when they're online.  Should go through in about 3 hours if they're not online though.

It's a timing issue that they're sure they'll get fixed tomorrow.

Meanwhile, work has once again begun on the new site-face, I'm to start work @4hrs/day on Monday, regardless of the end of Beta or not, and the team and Admin are hopeful that things will be launched by then.

Until I'm not hungry regularly... I'll still be looking for referrals to help me out up here in the mountains.  If you've bee hanging off creating an account before, now's the time to get in on the fun and profits. Check the address you sent it to perhaps?

Just made a bad withdrawal myself to an invalid btc address.  Will have to wait till Admin is around to get it fixed.  

Meanwhile, if you sent in the support tickets when all the deposit/withdrawals were being worked on you'll need to put in a new one.  Simply not enough staff to deal with the thousands of tickets that were put in for deposits and withdrawals that were just waiting, not stuck.

p.s. Haven't heard anyone complaining about btc being completely gone yet, just delayed or something wrong with the transaction. 

Admin has offered a tour to anyone interested, sucks that it's in Brazil or I'd have already gone.

It takes a lot more work to set up multiple exchanges for multiple scrypt coins than it does to dump to exchanges, convert to btc and withdraw to pay.

Not really... the place is owned by a company in Curitiba Brazil named MKT Tecnologia da Informação, go look it up.  Marcelo is Admin and it's his project (and buttocks if it fails).


It's great isn't it?  It's usually more!  Scrypt.cc?ref=baagt is only about 5% of the operation of the parent company.  Mining profits reflect what you would get with a larger hashrate pulling in more blocks and you as a part of that pool.   Add to that the multi-coin switching software that mines the most profitable 3-5 scrypt coins of the moment and you get an average of about .5% a day in profits.


If your "Some People" pulled their calculations from the onsite Calculator... it doesn't do averages and only gives you the exact profits for the minute you're using it.  I've seen that range from over 21 satoshi's per KHS every 10 minutes down to 3 satoshis per KHS per ten minutes.  Since the coin switching software makes an analysis on all the coins every 60 seconds according to profitablility, it's been amazing how nice that average has been.

If you'd planned (and budgeted) for a beta with a couple hundred to maybe a few thousand users and ended up with many more thousands than you'd planned for...  Would YOU post up pictures so the thousands of people waiting on them could sign up right away?

Deleted Tickets!
The ticket system is being clogged with support tickets for deposits that are already set to be deposited with the new system.  Once the new system is in place and functioning properly, all the deposits will go through as they should.

Once the system is up and running properly and all deposits have gone through, PLEASE send in a support ticket at that time for any deposits that are still hung in the system.  They will be processed manually.  

Appreciate your patience, Admin is sure they'll be finished and I'm giving them an extra day, just to be sure.

Ok, you may have read my updates in other threads, not sure....

Admin came on this morning and they rebooted the website and announced that deposits should be 100% today. (Brazil time)

Again, much thanks and appreciation for everyone's understanding and patience during the last few days.  A lot of extra unplanned work has been done and work on connecting up the new site-face should continue shortly.

For BitCoin or any other 'single-coin' mining operation, this is very true. 

Difficulty rises on a single popular coin lead to the results your calculator shows.  Scrypt.cc?ref=baagt is currently analyzing the profitability of over 40 profitable scrypt coins every 60 seconds and mines the most profitable 3-5 coins of the moment.   

The varying difficulties, current exchange rate and other variables are all considered before mining a coin.  Pretty keen piece of software actually.  Would love to take an up close and personal look at it.

Because of the nature of the market and so many coins, the profitability for the shares you purchase have a much better payout for a much longer time than if they were tied to any one specific coin/network.

Medium and possibly long term, awesome investment.

Some of you may have noticed that recent deposits are still having an issue.

Admin came online earlier and stated that they were going to be at 100% on withdrawals and deposits today and I'm personally giving them an extra day, just to make sure. 

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. Admin was not on chat yesterday so that he could focus on the task at hand, except for the brief msgs earlier they're doing the same today.

In other news, due to the recent issues with the sites connected to blockchain.info and other btc related events.... the price of btc is deliciously low!  Buy now if you have the opportunity, it's just going to go back up to at least pre-panic prices.

It's been a bit, the price of KHS is higher, the payouts are averaging .5% a day for the entire 6-8 weeks I've been there now.

Blockchain.info and massive DDOS attacks have delayed the end of beta and launch of the new site.

Personally?  I'm loving it!

New deposit api was put in yesterday after the blockchain.info api snafu for 2 days... looks like they're having just a bit of an issue getting up and running, to be expected.

New site design is finished and as soon as deposits are back up and running Admin says they'll be focusing on bringing it online.
