What is the point of your comment? Civic is way ahead of Stratis. If your post is meant to spread FUD, maybe it's best if you remove it.
I do not agree at all, we're talking about a (potential) competitor. It is not FUD at all, is knowing the environment you're investing in.
STRATIS is still developing the Proof of Concept.. CIVIC already being used by lot of websites for authentication. no comparison. STRATIS will follow CIVIC in this field

Pre sale it's always cheaper. It is a form of bonus for early investors. As in 99% ICO.

Pre-Sale should be at most 20%-30% cheaper than ICO. it makes no sense that ICO price is 117% higher than Pre-ICO.

These guys have just totally changed their entire plan. First is was going to be securing ownership on the blockchain with a secondary phase regarding AI. They were still trying to get their crap together a week before the ICO. Eth gained and they didn't adjust their price per token. Absolutely slaughtered during an interview with coin interview. Hey, we haven't totally changed everything, we just rebranded to focus more on the Decentralized Energy component based on community feedback that it was more interesting and valuable than a registry application.
To make the Decentralized energy functionality work an asset registry is still required at the foundational level. We will have a TestNet demo released in the upcoming weeks to demonstrate the design and functionality of the DApp.
what innovation will your project bring to Blockchain? apart from issuing tokens on Ethereum (which everyone is doing at the moment) what has this project got to do with Blockchain? you need funds for infrastructure then go to bank and ask for a loan with collateral. why do you want to issue tokens on blockchain?

Everyone wants in. This cap will be reached easily in the first 30 minutes. TheDAO rises half of this amount and Ethereum was like 36x cheaper back then, so in terms of ETH collected TheDAO has risen even more.
You should look at USD price, not at quantity of ETH.

Most people do not look at USD price. We simply hold some amount of ETH and will invest some of it no matter if the price is X or Y. Someone decided to send 50 ETH, someone 5 and someone 500 and how it is priced that day is not that important. I think devs understand that and that's why it is capped in ETH and not in USD.
actually if 1 eth is $6 usd vs 1 eth being $364 usd is a huge difference and people look at the price in USD...If 1 eth is $50,000 usd would Bancor still ask for $500 per coin? Is 1 of their coin worth $500 usd then...
This 100 per eth ratio is not smart move for investors. It needs to be at least 500 - 1000 while ethereum is trading at $360 usd. Buying in a 50 cents and below is not bad.. it is not smart to price these coins so high at $3.60 USD initially because investors can get burned. You should be looking out for investors because you will be able to fund yourself the same rather or not you give out 100 coins vs 500 per eth.
1 BNT = 3.5$ (350 Mil. USD market Cap) looks like a good deal only for Bancor team to buy in ICO themselves and dump on sheep for quick money.

when you talk about dividends, what profits do you expects in future from sales when the software is ready? how long do you expect will it take for full release for commercial uses?
My goal is to get about 250 customers who pay about $13,90 a month. But could be bigger, everybody who has a website is potential customers. We want to get linkbuilding available for everyone. The costs of running the tool are relative low, to profits would be good.
I am hiring a webdeveloper right now to speed things up. I have a talk this week or next week, but it's hard to tell now when the full release will take place. I expect in 2/3 months.
so that makes it roughly 521.25$ in dividends every month for distribution to 85,500 Assets (15%). at 1 Asset = 10NXT @ 1400sat and btc rate = 1150$, that translates to roughly 27 months ROI. isnt it a bit too much considering you are asking funds for startup and there is no clear incentive to hold your assets for that long just to get an equal return? am i missing something? what is the business for investors that you have worked out before starting this ICO?

well, i didnt subtract turnover cost because i assumed it to be ZERO to calculate best possible ROI. i also took the assumption that the software will start generating revenue from day1 with 250 subscriptions.
so as per my understanding, it can only make business case for web developers who need to use LinkBuilding frequently.
