This token is bound for the moon, but unfortunatelly people from some jurisdictions (like USA and China) are not able to participate.
Also some people can not go through KYC (you need to send documents to the devs, photo of your passport/ID and utility bill sent for your address).
Many people are disappointed they can not take part in this ICO and that they are missing huge gains.
Is there a solution? Yes there is.
Can you buy some tokens before they hit the exchanges despite you are from USA/China or can't go through KYC? Yes.
Explanation below.
1. First of all, do not trust anyone e-mailing you or contacting via PM. Cryptoworld is full of scammers. Always think before you act.
2. Prepare the amount of coins you are willing to invest (minimum 5 ETH). Also note that your will be buing coins at 300% ICO price (which is still good, when you compare it with the market caps of other projects and how high it can go).
There can be negotiations for bigger orders (20 ETH and more). Note that maximum investment is 200 ETH (rule applied by Hash Card team, not me).
3. Register on Bitrated.com - this is a platform when you can rate trustworthiness of people in crypto. There are many notable people there, like the Litecoin creator etc.
4. Contact me via PM and let's find each other on Bitrated. You can check my trustworthiness on the platform there if you want but it is not necessary, since we will be using escrow of your choice anyway.
You need to chose any highly rated person from the platform that you like- that person of your choice will be our escrow, someone who makes sure everything is fine and both sides are safe and not scammed.
5. You send your personal ETH address to the escrow (this is the address you want the Hasch Card token to be sent to).
6. I buy the tokens to you with my own ETH.
7. You send your ETH to the escrow who keeps them till I send you Hash Card tokens (within 24 hours).
8. When you confirm that you indeed got the tokens, escrow send ETH to me. This way both parties are safe - I can not run away with your ETH (it is kept by escrow till you get your tokens)
and you can not run away with the tokens (escrow gets your ETH before tokens are sent).
9. After successful deal both of us rate the deal on Bitrated to mark that it went good.

35k is the only correct answer for the Indorse forecast on Wings. This is the amount that was rised. The refunds are totally different thing. I agree that if they change this and say that any other answer is the rewarded one it will seem fishy. Perhaps they know someone who forecasted differently and want to change things because 35k is not in that persons favor? State that you are not trying to cheat users ASAP because this is shady now.

Once they confirm they will go ahead without token refunds and just send out eth to everyone I'm making an eth trader post don't care if it hurts my coin value the project is completely fucked anyway.
You should do it now! Write that half of the money was hacked (unless that was an inside job) and the other half is being held hostage, despite the fact it should be returned to investors if they want it.

I think a lot of drama is going with CoinDash coin before ICO many people have strong hope on this coin. But after the hack, they lost faith in the project because only God knows who changed the address. Many people kept a lot of faith in you but you made a big mistake without securing yourself.
I think people did not lose hope after the hack.
They have lost it after seing how incopetent the devs are with dealing with the hack.
Like literally every second post her told them what to do - launch a limited time rebuy of CDT token, burn the tokens/sell them/give them to the ones who decide to hold, proceed with the project.
And they have decided to run away with over 10 million USD (in current value) worth of ETH.

No, they are scammers. No limited time refund for white list is ultimate proof of that.

These are very difficult times for us. We obviously lost your confidence, we have been accused of being thieves and suffered thousands of personal insults. But regardless of that we are still here. We can't control your thoughts and believes but only ask you to hear us out. We did a mistake, a mistake that cost us dearly and damaged a work spreaded over almost an entire year. mentally speaking this is a blow that not everyone can handle but we are all still here trying to make things right. What exactly happened during the hack is still being investigated as we speak, both by cyber security authorities and private 3rd party hired by the company. when we will get the reports with the findings so does you.
We have considered several ways to continue from here. Unfortunately for some here, refunds are off the table. We currently hold approximately half of the amount that was contributed to the project. We are taking full responsibility of the situation and can't ignore some of the community that invested into the hacker address. Everyone will get the tokens they intended to get at first place. This is what we committed to do and this is what will happen. The exact distribution method is being finalized and hopefully announced today.
We were blessed with your support for almost a year. The last two days had been a nightmare for us and above all we lost your confidence. We are all here for the long run and are devoted to do whatever it takes to gain your trust again and protecting your contribution value.
No matter what the hack investigation will come up with, we obviously made a mistake securing our site during the sale. Our product is still intact and is still running. If you believed it before there is no real reason for it to stop now. If we want to fully recover we need you to stay with us and get this token its true value back again. The token price will fall only if you stop believing and hurry to get rid of it. so it is really up to you now.
Hopefully with your support we can put this unfortunate mistake behind and continue our journey.

Listen to your community once! You have our ETH! Let those who want a refund refund their CDT for ETH. Keep the rest ETH for the development. It is not like everyone will decide to use the option of buyback!!! After that give the coins do people who sent to the wrong address. Simple solution that is backed up by like almost everyone here and the only one that leaves you with both money and trust. Currently you have no trust and you will be damned in crypto community if you run away with people's ETH. Fix things now! The community is giving you simple solution that will give you both money and trust. If you are not scammers like many people are saying, simply do this.

You keep mentioning "What the community wants" but actually speaks from interest. The whitelist community is actually relatively small. small but very loud. As we said hundred of times now we are accounted for everybody, we can't give only some an opportunity to draw back and leave the others depending on their mercy.

I was not part of the white list. I can send you my e-mail and address as a proof. I have sent to the hacker and I am still waiting for the CDT. But I understood (as many others probably did!) that people on the white list should have the option to refund for the good sake of the project! By not allowing this you are simply losing any credibility left and making the situation worse for everyone, even those of us who sent to the hacker. Act accordingly, let them get refunded if they want to and proceed from there with the funds left (couple of million dollars should be enough!) and the regained trust.

Let's contact all the exchanges and ask them not list this scam token. I have already sent mails to Liqui, Bittrex and Poloniex. The more people do this the greater chance they will not list it (but they have probably already figured out that this is a scam and will not be listing it anyway). Devs run away with our money and didn't offer option of buyback? Let's destroy their project!
Wait until they give clarification on it because already they mentioned that they will distribute the token to the people even who deposited to Hackers address. May be there is a chance for them to prove themselves by making a good trading platform. Let's wait and see how things are going to be.

Also I guess even if I haven't send those mails, the exchanges after visiting this thread crossed this coin from their lists already. Even Etherdelta that is listing all the Ethereum tokens hasn't listed CDT.
Remember the devs are holding remaining 50% tokens. We do not want them to dump them. Making sure that every exchange knows it is a scam is our priority now if they decided not to offer optional buyback.

2. White list would get possibility of instant refund (which they might agree to or they might keep their tokens) that would instantly boost confidence in the project and make CDT valuable and priced above the ICO. Those who sent to the scammy address would get CDT that would be valued above the ICO. Everyone would profit and everyone would be happy.

I agree if they offered a refund to whitelisters they could restore confidence.
People should also not forget that although coindash are 100% to blame for the website hack people who send ETH to the fake address should have had a it more foresight to check that they were sending to a real contract address rather than just blindly FOMO into it.
They should meet both sides halfway by giving the scammed people their tokens and offering a refund to whitelisters, this is the best chance of preserving the token value

So the devs are holding people's ETH hostage and have yet not released CDT rebuy contract? It someone has Reddit account post it in r/ethtrader. Newbie accounts can not post there.

One is people who invested in the white contract (through white list, because they were selected from the community, or because the got the ICO address from someone else). Second group is people who got scammed (because they trusted the Slackbot and send on the wrong address or because they have used wrong address provided by hacker on the hacked webiste, without even checking if it is contract address and not wallet address).
2. Yes, devs had poor security of both Slack and website. But scammed people didn't even check when they are sending the funds.
3. Devs decided to be kind enough to send free tokens even to those people who were vistims of the scams (I understand only the website scam, not the Slack scam, but who knows). Also the people who sent the ETH to the right address might have an option to send their tokens back and get refunded (probably only some people will use this possibility, the rest will not).
Situation is really simple. This mess could be fixed in matter of hours. Scammed people would be grateful that despite they deserved nothing for their mistake of not checking where they are sengidn, they would be sending token anyway. And white list people who sent the coins to the right address would feel secure that if they want they can keep the coins or return them (preferably for a limited time). Devs can either destroy those coins or issue another round of sale, whichever they prefer. Everyone is happy, confidence in project rises. Of course some trolls are trying to make a chaos here. And devs for unknown reason are not communicating with the community instead of simply implement the above solution, which is the only fair and natural solution here. Let's hope they will fix this ASAP and we can move on to actual development of the project.

1) Get your shitty little community managers to be active in times like these. Social media, blogs, aswell as forums. Investors need reassurance, our questions answered, and quite frankly your community team need to do their work.
2) Set up a smart contract where whitelist participants send their CDT tokens to get their ETH back. After all, it's their ETH, so give them the option and provide it to the rightful owners. It's only fair in this sort of situation.
3) BURN all CDT tokens that have been refunded.
4) Minimise your dev fund, and provide extra bonuses to those who sent it to the fake address. With the extra bonus aswell as the burning of the tokens, this will help weight out the negatives and hopefully provide a stable, if not, profitable outcome for those holding CDT.
5) Fire your security team.
6) Stop being so greedy and listen to your community, without your investors you'd be nothing.

We understand that at current state for must of you, your support and trust in us are practically not existing. All we can do now is try and gain that trust back again and we will do our best efforts to achieve that. Please understand that this is not a simple case as many got hurt in different ways. We currently don't believe that handing refunds to some while others get nothing is the right thing to do. We need more time, we understand this is something difficult to hear right now but we still don't want to rush things now and regret later on.
One last point, there have been many malicious accusations here, we are all taking the blame and understand your frustration and just want to point out that we are unite and in this together. None of the team acted at any point at his own and thus should not be blamed for the entire misfortunate events.

If you are trying to imply that you will not be providing a contract to refund the white list investors that want a refund you are basically stealing their money.
Stop fucking around. Give money back to the people that sent it to you through the white list. And then take care about the ones who send their ETH to the hacker without even checking that they were sending to wallet address and not to contract adress.

Do they even have a social media person there? Coindash, wake the fuck up! Set up the whitelist refund contract for those who want out and continue the journey with the rest. This must be one of the worst handled crisis situations in crypto ever. Is it so difficult to set a date/method for white list refund and post it here ASAP and stop this madness?

Why the fuck haven't they refunded that whitlist yet? Come one, devs, every hour delay is harming your project and annoys people like us who want to hold to our coins (when we get them from you). Let them get refunded and stop spoiling the project further.

Guys we hope to receive deep understanding today about the way the hacker succeeded to bypass our site security, as soon as we will get those final answers we will deliver them to you.
Make no mistakes we are devastated by the lost of funds however we still got enough ETH to produce a great project. The most important thing for us to do now is gain the community trust again. We are devoted now more then ever to do whatever it takes to secure your contribution and compensate everyone that participate. We need you to help us do that.
we are going to give everyone their CDT tokens. how when and where will be out as soon as we figure out all the details. There are many options how to do it and it is something that needs to be executed carefully, we do not want to do things quick now and be sorry later.
There are forms going around collecting all of your contribution details, please help us get those forms as quickly as possible so we can continue the process. As those google forms are controlled by few members on the team from different time zones the have different urls but they are effectively the same one.
