Re: 500casino 500play.com SCAM SITE

The owner of 500 casino has an account in Bitcointalk, but he isn't active in the forum. Perhaps, we don't need him in this case as UserU has already stepped in here.

The user was unlocked after the investigation concluded and he was able to withdraw everything.
Unfortunately, this is a necessary thing sometimes and the user was informed of that from the beginning. I don’t know why he chose to do this, but he does talk badly about Casinos pretty often in his CG account.

We asked for an extended response from our sports provider, you can read it below.

Moreover, the Stake bets you provided were LIVE bets. All your LIVE bets made on 500 were settled just fine as well.

You know very well what you were doing, and I find this charade pretty sad.

Hello,

We have received a wrong odds/void bet instruction for that market from our Sportsbook provider and we handled it accordingly. I'm sorry if you think it was valid, but we disagree.

Please, refer to our Terms of Service:

3.1. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel any bet made on obviously “bad” odds, switched odds or a bet made after an event has started.

He doesn't have any screenshots because what he's saying is untrue.

There is no locked balance in his account, and his withdrawals are unlocked. However, we terminated his account because of threats and bad behavior. I did give him the benefit of the doubt and warned him a couple of times to stop, yet he didn't.

Just a small part of the conversation. He's a problematic user that honestly should stay away from gambling.

PS: Yes, he did manage to "reserve" the monthly bonus, but he can't claim it because he's banned and well, rewards are for accounts in good standing.

Well, this is awkward. After you guys asked, I figured there's no harm in double checking all the bans and it looks like this particular user got caught in the crossfire.

His activity is very much synced with the fraudulent activity we've been fighting, but he's not part of any organized group as far as I can tell, therefore this wouldn't be a justification for a harsh ban.

We've reinstated his account and credited him for the win.

--

@Betesports : I've also added an additional $100 reward in your account as an extra apology for the trouble.
However, please note that this kind of betting pattern is subject to limitation and monitoring usually so I can't promise you'll have a flawless experience in the long run.

I think that much better if you just return their main deposit

We're not malicious, I understand the reasoning behind it, but we did it once and look where it got us. These organized groups won't stop unless there's a real risk of them losing money.

> I think the one user here that is complaining about the limitation may be part of that group

No, he's fine Smiley

> if a user was not really part of the fraudulent betting on fix match but placed a bet on the match not knowing it, will he still be a suspect

We track a lot of data and patterns. It's almost impossible to be flagged with abusers if you're not one of them

We have identified and tracked an organized group of Russian betting accounts a couple of days ago. They were bypassing betting limitations with multiple accounts.
We banned about 10 accounts and let them withdraw their deposits.

The next day, they came back with 20+ accounts and did the same thing over again.

Our antifraud is complex and I can't go in details on how it works and what information we analyze because they would learn how to protect themselves better next time. We are also a participating member of the Esports Integrity Commission and have access to backchannel data about matches and betting patterns. Betting on fixed matches is fraudulent and a massive red flag.

Also, registering multiple accounts to dodge the betting limitations is a severe breach of the ToS.

Everyone is acting hurt and causing a scene because they got caught and they have money locked in the accounts. Unfortunately, this will serve as a tough lesson and as a deterrent to think twice before you attempt something like this next time.

We've revised the minimum BTC withdraw limit to 25000 BUX ($15).
You should be able to withdraw BTC if you wish.

We've significantly lessened our restrictions, there should be no problems going forward.
Anyone that participates in any of our challenges will essentially be whitelisted for basic crypto withdraws.

I just want to add that we'll be making Crypto withdraws available to everyone pretty soon.
KYC is not required for crypto most of the time, unless you hit some limits or red flags, but for anyone selected for the signature campaign we'll just whitelist you automatically so there's nothing to worry about.

Apparently I missed a bunch of notifications regarding this thread, but UserU seems to get things covered properly. He's an experienced user of CSGO500 and definitely knows his stuff Smiley

Two additions I want to make to what's being discussed:

1. Yes, the user count is real. There's a lot of users that come by just to watch the matches, or watch other people play. We have a tight community.
2. For Support, you can e-mail support@csgo500.com, but it's also faster and more convenient to click the Support icon in the bottom right and open up a ticket faster.

Thanks for clarifying that. I was curious about this since the withdrawal fees are different based on the payment method just like other crypto gambling sites. Am happy with the low withdrawal fees that you guys are charging.

Several new competitive sites lack in this aspect since their deposit and withdrawal fees are way higher than optimal fees. Also, minimal wagering requirements for withdrawal purpose is a huge plus point in my opinion.

You can see the fee you will be paying on your Withdraw page.
Deposits are free.

We subsidize 100% of ETH Withdraw fees (Up to $2) and 50% of BTC withdraw fees for the moment.

I just deposited a few bucks which is right above the minimum and tried to claim the "bitcointalk" voucher worth 10,000 Bux. It was still available to my surprise Grin Normally, limited bonus like that are claimed on the first day.

There's still 39 claims left.

A rebranding is planned for next year, but we have so much brand awareness and clout with "CSGO500" that it's going to be terribly hard to rebrand without losing a lot.

I knew about this site before since I dabbled with skin gambling sometime back and won some useful stuff. Adding cryptocurrencies as a payment option is a great call op.

I would like to know if we can withdraw our balance in the form of crypto if we deposit FIAT or skins. Some sites allow this while others only allow same deposit and withdrawal methods which is why I am curious about this.

Hey Haunebu,

Yes, you are allowed to withdraw your winnings in any form.

However, take note that only deposits via credit/ debit cards have to be wagered beforehand as an anti-fraud measure.

I would like to clarify this a bit.

At the moment you're free to withdraw fiat deposits as crypto if you want, but please don't use CSGO500 as a crypto exchange. We're not licensed to do that and we actively look for users who are trying to circumvent our restrictions in that regard.

The code has 42 uses left, so not a lot of people claimed it.

We've just never thought to have "official" presence on BTC forums. Usually there's always a user that creates a thread for us (like it happened on other forum), but perhaps we should've considered BitcoinTalk Smiley

I'm glad you're liking the raffle and the website. We've put a significant amount of work into it during 2020 and we have very nice plans for 2021.

Enjoy!

I checked your website at the time it's under a quick maintenance as I said above but that's been resolved.

Anyway, this is not an issue but how about a little promotion like deposit bonus for new players like us? As you can read from previous comments, not many here knew about your platform despite operating since 2016.

We don't have a deposit bonus mechanism for select users yet, but anyone that has an account can redeem the code "BITCOINTALK" (top right of the deposit page) and they'll get 10.000 BUX added to their balance (~$6).
The code has 50 uses - Enjoy.

I was just curious if I deposit in Cryptocurrency and win on their games would I be able to withdraw it

You have made a good concern about withdrawal because this is important. The mode of withdrawal, minimum and maximum to withdraw is good to know because some gambling sites do have conditions for such.

Every unverified user has a daily limit of 2M BUX per day (around $1.2k in real money deposits or $1.14k in crypto). Limits can be lifted by submitting KYC information.
If you max out your limits a lot of times, we may perform enhanced due diligence on you and ask you to submit some information.

There are no limits for virtual items (skins, vouchers, gift cards, games, etc).

And yes, we do pay our winners, obviously.
