The transaction fee for sending Bitcoins is CRAZY! https://bitcoinfees.info/ Over 5$ for EVERY TRANSACTION??? How should Bitcoin go mainstream with SUCH HIGH FEES???
If I want to pay for a 5$ coffee with Bitcoins, then I have to pay THE SAME AMOUNT FOR FEES!!!
Let's make a Bitcoin fee list:
You pay for something worth 5$ in Bitcoin: 100% fee
You pay for something worth 10$ in Bitcoin: 50% fee
You pay for something worth 20$ in Bitcoin: 25% fee
You pay for something worth 40$ in Bitcoin: 12,5% fee
You pay for something worth 50$ in Bitcoin: 10% fee
You pay for something worth 100$ in Bitcoin: 5% fee
Isn't this INSANE??? What if just double the current amount of people use Bitcoin? Then the transaction fees will DOUBLE TOO!!!
The question that we have to ask us is: Why should we use Bitcoin rather then Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash, Monero, Stellar Lumens etc.?
The only reason why so many people are using Bitcoins and not other coins is, that the Bitcoin price increases the most and they make money with it! Do you agree with me guys?
And also, the confirmation time is OVER 30 MINUTES! So when I send a merchant Bitcoins, it isn't certain that he actually gets them! No confirmation = NOT SECURE!
I don't understand why Satoshi Nakamoto made the block size to only 1 mb and the block time to 10 minutes! Couldn't he just calculate, how much the transaction fees will cost with ~30 million people using Bitcoin? And why should merchants accept a crypto currency, with INSANE fees and SLOW confirmations? For low amounts, no confirmation isn't that bad, but for big amounts like phones, it's a BIG RISK! The confirmation time should be AS FAST AS POSSIBLE and the fees AS LOW AS POSSIBLE for mass market adoption! But that isn't the case for Bitcoin...... GO IOTA, GOOO!
PS: Why doesn't the Bitcoin network just increase the block size to 1 TB and change the block time to 30 seconds??? (Or just make it like Litecoin?) (Or make it Proof of Stake?)

I want to share information about my account in Coinbase, I have more than 700 BTC which I could not pull the funds are there, already more than one month I did not get an answer from the support, all answered by robots each email reply, my account position is currently frozen condition, I could only see the contents of the balance but could not do transactions, I've been thinking if this continues without the news this week, I will report the company's coin base to the FBI, CIA, USA investigation for committing fraud 700 BTC to me.
WHY ARE YOU USING A WEB WALLET WITH SO MUCH BITCOINS?? Nope never tried it, ill keep with Electrum wallet.
Just to be warned there are alot of wallet scams, so be carefull what you choose, maybe someone else can help you further

It's exactly how you described it, you still can receive funds into your old addresses however it's highly recommended to use the new addresses, It's mostly a privacy matter so people will find hard time to link everything back to you.

I found a iOS wallet called "Alta Wallet" (a desktop wallet is available too), which supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Dogecoin, has a built in exchange and you can create multiple wallets (not just multiple addresses) So you can have like a wallet called "mining" with BTC, ETH, LTC etc. and a wallet called "donations" with BTC, ETH, LTC etc. and you can easily switch between them!

I took a look at Alta Wallet just to see if the wallet is good and or legit. Unfortunately that app isn't open source so there's no way for me or some people to know if they're doing something fishy or not. I honestly can't recommend it since this is the first time I've heard of that app, so maybe think twice into sending/importing all your bitcoins to that wallet. I think the chances of it being a scam is low though.
Take note that multi-currency wallets I think are usually(in my opinion) less secure compared to wallets that support only one cryptocurrency. Just a heads up. Try out Copay on your iOS device. It's the bitcoin wallet I've been using since forever; it also has multiple-wallet support like you described, and it's open source, so we know for sure nothing fishy is going on in that wallet.

I dont know about Jaxx, I use Electrum myself and soon a cold storage.
Always doublecheck you're receiving adress when you are making a transaction.
Well i didn't noticed that my "receive" adress changes automaticly, but i can change it myself, if im correct you get serveral receiving adresses you can use for different goals. Anyhow it doesnt really matter. Just Always double check if the adress you are sending to is the right one. Mistakes can't be reversed when its on the blockchain.

Yes the address change every time when you receive e payment, is for your security, with this metod nobody can trace your movements and cant steal your btc or others criptos
Only private keys are the same
But with any old address you can still receive payments

It depends on the type of wallet. I think in Electrum you recieve your coins in different addresses each time and you can also export the seed (hash of words), whereas with Bitcoin Core's HD wallet you can't do any of that. I don't know the exact details of why, but that's how it works.
I was just worried, because I didn't find any Ethereum iOS wallet, where you can manually make multiple addresses, like with Bitcoin and the Mycelium or Bitpay wallet...
Well, then I will use the Jaxx wallet... (The best crypto wallet for iOS!)

ImToken seems to work pretty well with all erc20 tokens, nice and easy to use.
BTCC also released a Bitcoin Wallet: Mobi, search for it on the app store.

I actually tested it, just before I've read your post...
It isn't possible though, to create multiple addresses, but I will ask him on Github, if he could add this feature...

I think you can try tos start by using the jaxx wallet and that will give you a chance to create multiple address, but remember to keep your data. That based on the blockchain application. it is not web wallet. I don't think, this is possible...
And for Ethereum?
I know 3 pretty good wallets for iOS.imToken - The best one for Ethereum IMO.
Jaxx - an okay alternative. Not my favorite, but it supports other coins other than ETH.
Ethers Wallet - never used. found in a reddit thread some time ago.
