For not to lose their power on their economy, governors would not accept any external power. Decentralization means millions of investors and users who are not under control. I am agree with governors' thought at some scale. But it changes when I look to how governors use their power on their economy. They prefer to use this power on their behalf, not behalf of all citiziens. They make rich more rich and poor more poor. There is still a cast system in every country. By using traditional tools, it is nearly impossible to overcome this cast system. Bitcoin may not be the tool for it. I don't know exactly. All I know is it might be initiator for people to search for way out.
Tracking people is something that the government wants, and through the all the cryptocurrencies it is not 100% possible but at least they can.
They set laws for crypto people that should pass KYC if they want to convert the crypto into fiat and vise versa.
There are many factors that can cause a project to fail:
1) The team behind the project is not that adequate team and does not have the experience needed to run an ICO or the altcoin itself.
2) The project did start as a fun thing and it was not planned that it would go so good (like TRON) and then they started to think that hey we should be serious now.
And many other factor that I can't think of them as there are a lot.

Ten years are too far from now if we check the past ten years the we can remember that at that time BTC was being invented and ready for the experimental environment.
The idea of Bigg Hold is something that does correspondent to the idea of "Llong Hold" which is risky and I think that 20 USD cant automatically turn into 100k in 10years.
buying bitcoin at a low position can now be used as the best way, this will continue to grow for bitcoin. we know if the biggest sales position is held by bitcoin, so now buying bitcoin at a low price and holding it up to high prices can be used as the best moment.

Buying btc sometimes is late and sometimes it isn't because when all the people join to buy bitcoin I think this is the most unlikely point because the price's getting pumped and we should wait for a correction, after we see that the price has become very red and we see all charts falling down then I think this is the right moment to buy bitcoin, not only bitcoin but any other altcoin.

I was in your position many times before and I was not highly motivated when the price reached 1000 USD then 2000 USD because I thought that bitcoin reached the highest level and I was waiting for big crashes but this did not happened as much as I wanted and the price went too high and I was really really surprised by the time and the trend that was happening and we saw the price up to 20k USD which I gave up investing more at this high price, now it is different and 10-12k is pretty good.
If you are going to participate bounties, you need to be very careful. Projects may be risky, but it is ok. In the same time, there are a lot of fake ICOs, so beware!
There are always risks.I have selected projects very carefully,but some of them still haven't paid me.I can imagine the surprise of those who participated in the ico and still have not received their coins.The best way it to participate on the bounties and a lot of the giveaways that those ICOs companies offer to the public.
It is not always to join in the bounty to earn free tokens but sometimes they organize also the random people to win some tokens or some of their services for free.
trading you control what you do, and make your gains on your predictive ability!! bounty is also good you just have to be sure you on the right coin!! not to have worked for a shitty project which result to a waste of time
Yes, but in order to trade you need to have the initial capital and a large store of knowledge, and in order to earn the bounty need free time and accounts. I think this is the main factor because of which many people from not very developed countries decided to take the bounty.Both of them can be separated but it doesn't mean that we can't do both of them but I prefer these to people that have free time and are able to stay to computer checking the trading trends.
Even though it's too time consuming thing I think that bounty and trading can go together, so the earned tokens from the bounty can be used for trading and increase/decrease the amount of tokens.

I would not say that a project with a whitepaper is not a scam, history has shown us that there were lots of scam projectss that had a whitepaper, had a working prototype and still turned into a scam.
Even though there are legit people (without fake names, fake profile names/LinkedIn) there is still a risk that the project might turn to scam(partially) on every moment.

My insight about ethereum is likely about BTC
Ethereum has a large community and a very solid project and has made a reputation likely to btc
So im not surprised at all at the eth price soon it will recover as well
I lost more than 50 percentage of my all assets in altcoin but this does not mean that it will goes always like this down and down.
Sometimes i think that this is the price correction and within 1 week the prices will get corrected then they will start increasing, remember that the charts will be green very soon!
The main reason that I think price of the altcoins is decreasing is that there have been too much panic to the public when coinmarketcap removed some korea exchanges from the calculator which affected the overall price of each coin.

I think you can do both mate. You can use your capital for some trading activities and same time you can join bounty and airdrop campaigns. like signature twitter or youtube videos etc.
They dont want money from us while joining bounties.
You can earn very good money from bounty if you will choose right project. If you can not choose right result will be trash surely.
I've join only signature campaign as long as with avatar campaigns and I think that it is worthy if you have no other income and you are only focused on forum and checking for bounties that pay in tokens.
I prefer to see the token arriving every week or every months maybe and so not risking too much time and waiting a lot at the end of the bounty campaign for the tokens which may not arrive because the ICO wasn't successful or any other things which can affect thousands of participants into one bounty campaign, but sometimes I see that it worth if the ICOs were too successful.
Well, 6600 is a good zone to enter bitcoin and store in a long, now a great zone to buy, and then I think it will be possible to transfer to Ethereum due to the fact that more promising
The coin did not have that price for that long. It's a smart purchase if any investor decides on getting Bitcoin's.Not only BTC and ETH but choose also 5 other coins from page one or two in coinmarketcap.
There is some logic behind that, I'm still sophisticating and idea is like this, the more coins that have a small value those tokens have the potential to have an increase of 100% much faster than any other coin that has billions of market cap itself. Because of the increase from 1 cent to 2 isn't a big deal in the overall market cap but it is a big deal if you have invested 1,000 USD and you have doubled them within a short period of time.

Today BTC remains the leader and the real king among all modern cryptocurrencies. This is a reliable investment in the long run. After all, even after prices fall with time, BTC will certainly restore its position. Therefore, investors value BTC for profitable and reliable investments, which has a positive effect on the price of a coin.
However, lots people may end up being very surprised at the price of bitcoin not dropping any further and even end up increasing after fork. The truth is that these forks are going to be worst than some shitcoin, and the people will gladly dump them for mostly bitcoin knowing that would surge price the more before we now end up having another correction after then.
Those who invested more than a year ago and earlier will say that the price had changed a lot and for good because the profit if selling now is very high, but those who bought recently will say that the bitcoin price is very low (comparing to 20k)
I'm still participating on facebook bounty campaign and I still didn't get ban for posting ICO in groups, pages and on my wall, I don't know the others but it's perfectly safe to post everything about ICO maybe they are doin git random or if they received a report that is the time that they will take action.
Facebook can ban those ICOs and other that seems very suspicion ICOs and is not safe for the crypto environment, but I do not see any reason by should they ban bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency ads that has to do with these, when we have seen clearly that CEO of Facebook is highly interested in crypto but wants to manipulate the own market by creating a new coin.
Yes, coins seems likely. But if I will use clear math then I make next decision (for me). From $16 till $350-300 it needs to 20x. From $200 till $1400 it needs 7x. Who have more growth potential? Try to make own research with calculator 
You are really right, and I also assume that this is empty talk and the topic does not make sense, because everyone understands and knows what potential awaits ethereum. The fact is that $ 1,400 for ethereum is not the limit and is expected to be several times more in the future.Ethereum is one of my favourite for many reasons including the fact of fast confirmation time, the mining process even though they are planning for a long time to switch from Proof Of Work (POW) to Proof Of Stake (POS) but they haven't decided when this is going to happen yet, but 1 ETH at ~$900 and 8 NEO are the ideal combination.
Price went from $190 to $99 within two weeks which I think that the price of NEO is unstable and isn't highly recommended to invest even though it has a good potential to get increased because it is listed as the #6 coin in the coinmarketcap and always the attention of the new investors and the old traders.
Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?
If you sell, then everyone will benefit from it. If you hold, then only you will win. Do not panic and be patient as AtlasBitcoin crashed multiple times within a week and this shows an instability in the market, really i don't know what to do, the price today increased a little bit, I see the graph have turned up a bit but it is still too low, so except of holding I don't see any other option in this because to sell at this stage it really hurts because we had many chances to sell at 20k and we resist because we hoped for a better and a higher price but seems that those were gold days for us which may never come again.

It is not enough for you to have to have so many coins, but for you to be able to give proper monitoring to the coins you are holding.
If you feel you can follow up all the coins you have, then so be it.

From my perspective I think that we should support top altcoins because they make the transaction going smoother and much faster and much cheaper, check stellar check ripple, how not to use them when the transaction fees are near 0 (like bitcoin in its beginning) but now bitcoin fees have become expensive (at the moment $10+ but few weeks ago it was up to around 50-100 or more in USD). I personally do support top altcoins, there are many good projects and there are many copy paste coins, shitcoin without a roadmap or a imaginary team etc.

the bigger coins (eth, ltc, btc, ...) will give you 'guaranteed' profits, probably about x10 returns, but some of the smaller ones or current ICOs can easily get x50, all they needs is a good partner or some media coverage
I would rather take a big risk and investing all of my money into Bitcoin I believe this crypto coin. By looking at its great performance for few past months, all of my doubts are very clear now. Define has $8,000 and still people say that it is just the beginning.
I also believe that we are just getting started and a lot of many surprises are still waiting for us.
Bitcoin has proved itself to be the best investment tool in the past and will remain this way.
13.5BTC is really a huge amount nowadays to but you made a good decision maybe it has been a long time that I have not heard or seen that such a huge amount of money is being traded from users here in forum or any other guy that I know which unfortunately deal only on deal under 1 bitcoin.
If you want my suggestion then I would suggest to split the budget and try the altcoin too, it maybe sounds unfamiliar to you but the altcoins is a huge market and with a high potential to earn a good profit but also to loose as there are many many project that are pretty good that have added many features that bitcoin does not have.

I invested in Tron when the price was around 20cents and it was around ATH and didn't hear about this coin in the past which I think i would invest more and at much cheaper price. After I made my big investment I think that the price went -50% which this disappointed me a lot as it was increasing pretty good. Investing now when the charts are red and price is keeping decreasing is best moment, today I've seen that tron is keeping increasing a bit time by the time, seems people are buying again after the huge drop in the past few days.
This is a roller coaster ride we just need to be patient. Eventually it will rise up again and then it's time to take profit in it. Patience is the key here and HODL. The market is in a down trend and it obviously should be in a decline. Last year there was a huge growth in crypto and a downward trend is necessary for crypto to grow steadily. Just be patient for a while and wait until the market gets stable.
If there were no red color then there will not be any green. There are lots of coins in the market and the people are spread into the project and it isn't like before were people were focused into the bitcoin and few other top altcoins, now the people search for new opportunities and invest into different project and the money is spread wider into these coins.
