Why is TKEY mining profitable now?

As you know, with approximately every 2000 blocks solved, the difficulty of the TKEY network is corrected, meaning the mining process becomes harder and, as some users start to believe, less profitable.
Of course, if we consider this issue from the purely economical point of view, when the only thing that matters is the frequency of the reward, we cannot say you are wrong here.But, is Tkeycoin mining a ‘bad business’, indeed? Let's figure it out.
100 TKEY is the reward per block.Approximately every 10 minutes, 1-3 new blocks are solved in the network. By the way, you can get an increased reward for solving a block, as the block transaction fees are added to your standard 100 TKEY.At the moment, there are about 50,000 users in the network.
It should be noted that not all of them are engaged in active mining, because ‘everything has become more difficult’, ‘I have nothing but empty brackets’, ‘no reward so far’, ‘it’s a waste of time’ etc. If we consider this fact when assessing the current competition, it will turn out that the number of TKEY miners is by an order of magnitude smaller than 50,000. It means that your odds of getting the reward are still pretty good, aren't they?

And the new level is possible thanks to the Docker containerization that divides an application into different components according to its functions. The main advantages of the technology are speed and lightness. It requires much fewer resources and time to create new containers than in the case of a virtual machine.
Each container is a separate micro-service, thus updating and scaling of the Docker-based app is easier and much safer in synchronization and bugs terms. Containers encapsulate vital technical details so that it can easily be used on different OC at once. Moreover, they meet the highest standards.
Finally, containerization improves the security of the app since it isolates each container processes so that they are not able to affect each other. It is a vital feature in terms of unwanted actions, unsuccessful update, and different types of network crashes.
We highly recommend all macOS and Linux users to update to the new versions; they are just better.
And for experienced miners, the great reason to update is a fully-functional Tkeycoin Daemon (Tkeycoind) that now supports 'as service' launch (start-stop-restart).

Due to the increasing number of frauds related to WIF, we have decided to offer you a short guide to help protect your funds even if you have lost your WIF. We will also cover some security measures that have not been mentioned before.
First of all, you need to be aware that you only need your WIF for transferring the funds you have purchased to your local Tkeycoin wallet. We do not recommend using WIF as a primary tool for safeguarding your funds, since you have wallet.dat. file which was developed with this purpose in mind.
Wallet.dat may be seen as you wallet in a nutshell - it stores all the basic wallet-related info, so you can easily restore the access to your funds even if your WIF is destroyed in a catastrophe, stolen or lost. Or, which is more likely, in case your hardware fails.
How to use WIF?
Install a local Tkeycoin wallet on your computer;
Import WIF by following the instructions here (https://tkeycoin.com/en/getstarted/guides/index.html);
Generate a new address and copy it (https://tkeycoin.com/en/getstarted/guides/index.html#3);
Transfer your funds to the address you receive. (For this, see See the section ‘How to send your funds’ here https://tkeycoin.com/en/getstarted/guides/index.html#4). We recommend you to use only the addresses that are newly-generated, forgetting about the very existence of WIF and the address initially associated with it);5
Create a backup of your wallet.dat file and save it on an separate USB-drive. So, what is the first thing to pay attention to?

Receive tab
In this section, you can request some amount of TKEY, generate a new address for your wallet and then use it for mining or receiving funds. Also, you can divide your funds here. In this section, you can also view a list of the previously generated addresses with corresponding labels, messages and the amounts requested.
Label
Label are visible only to you and serve for more convenient transactions display and your Tkeycoin wallet funds segmentation. You can set a label both for receiving and sending funds. Labels are useful as they allow you to set unique names for all your addresses. For example, you can set the label “Alex” for one of your addresses and send this address to Alex. Every time when Alex sends you money, you will see this name in the list of your transactions.
Also, you can create an “ASUS Mining” label and generate an individual address for the ASUS laptop you use for Tkeycoin mining. Every time your laptop receives a reward, you will see it in your transactions. Labels can be used for a variety of purposes, limited only by your own imagination and needs.
Message
This tool allows you to make your Tkeycoin network transaction even more unique. You can enter some message when requesting payments from other users. Like labels, messages are visible only to you. The senders of funds cannot see them, even when they open a URI link.
URI
If you are a really advanced internet user, this tool will seem very familiar to you - many experienced users remember magnet links in torrents, IRC chat rooms and other clients. In Tkeycoin wallet, URI is a link that automatically redirects you to the Send tab, where the address of the sender and the amount to be sent are indicated. To open the link go to File - Open URI.
Such links are extremely useful if you are unwilling to reveal your personal data or want to quickly request Tkeycoins for one of your addresses. You just send the link to the sender in the format

You can copy URI, Address, Label or Message - just right-click on the address you need and select the item you want to copy. You can also delete an address from the list using the Delete button. However, you will keep receiving funds to a remote address, and seeing the corresponding notifications in your wallet.

As you know, in recent weeks a whole host of various news and rumors have appeared around the Tkeycoin project, both negative and positive. Not all of them were 100% truthful, some never had anything to do with reality, and all the rest really carried the truth and insiders to the masses. In this text we will talk about the last group - we will tell you all the nearest plans and current deals of the Tkeycoin project.
Let's start with one of the most important events which is APA-2019. Many of you have not fully understand the scale and significance of this event, so let’s speak again how a speech at the Asian Parliamentary Assembly is beneficial and important for our project. First of all, TKEY DMCC was the only company that was invited to the meeting as experts, and we were the only ones who spoke at it too. Our delegation not only managed to convey a number of ideas to improve modern financial systems but also managed to demonstrate Tkeycoin products at the state level and receive quite broad feedback from parliamentarians.
In particular, preliminary agreements were reached on launching demo projects using Tkeycoin at the state level in a number of APA member countries. This means that the government itself will indirectly urge people in the country to use our technologies, we will have support on the state level and will implement our solutions to the main structures of a country.
In addition, the state level entering means increased regulation and attention to the quality of the solutions being developed. The speech of Maxim Yakimov, a TKEY CEO, was the only business presentation in the APA agenda,
among discussions of the previously adopted resolutions, proposing amendments and ratifications
of agreements. No doubt, this fact reflects the importance of the issue for the development of society,
business, and the state in general. The event was attended by delegates from the national parliaments of the APA
member states (today the assembly includes 58 states, with 42 permanent member states and 16 observer states,
as well as 9 major international organizations). The inter-parliamentary meeting speaker was Alexey Lyashchenko,
a member of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market.
During the meeting, discussions were held about the prospects of creating and developing a digital environment
for a number of key areas of domestic and global markets, and eliminating existing constraints for innovative technological
solutions capable of increasing the efficiency of interaction between the actors of various industries and decision makers,
both on domestic and international levels.
The discussions were attended by the representatives of the senior management of TKEY group of companies Pavel Yakimov
(the Director of Information Technologies) and Maxim Yakimov. They suggested ways to develop a digital infrastructure that
would combat money laundering, and also outlined open investment platforms, security and data exchange systems based on TKEY distributed solutions.
The parliamentarians agreed that innovative technologies are extremely important for meeting urgent needs of society and
improving economic and social situation of citizens. These provisions will be included in the resolution as a series of amendments and be discussed at the next APA meeting.
The APA delegates were informed that a blockchain-based digital environment can make economic and financial relations in the market more transparent and trustworthy.
It should open up new opportunities for investors, allowing countries not only to attract investment sufficient to eradicate poverty, but also to re-configure the economy
and communications structure, make a number of industries more competitive and, as a result, to improve the quality of people's everyday life. Currently, the creation
and maintenance of property rights registry is a governmental prerogative. The government controls the finances of businesses and individual citizens, supports a huge
bureaucracy for inspecting it and, what is more important, can change the rules of this game unilaterally the fact that does not encourage investors and thus reduce
money flow from their side. To change this situation, governments have to remove some unnecessary legal restrictions, guarantee due protection of information about
the subjects assets, and give them an access to market institutions, tools for economic disputes settlement and basic elements of financial infrastructure banking products,
insurance etc. Under these conditions, not only medium and small business will thrive, but the financial assets of each individual will start working for the better economy.
Blockchain helps ensure the reliability and accessibility of such an infrastructure, eliminate unnecessary intermediaries and reduce the cost of money transfers that workers
send home from abroad. And, as we know, in many developing countries the state of the economy is dependent on those transfers.
The information presented in the report, as well as arguments exchanged during the discussions,
were met by the majority of the APA participants with interest and attention. In an informal setting,
the leaders of the TKEY group had a talk with some representatives of the countries interested in
developing a digital economy, discussed the issues related to the implementation of blockchain systems
at the state level, and made preliminary agreements about pilot projects, setting the stage for further cooperation.
Now, TKEY is making the final tests of the Tkeycoin digital financial ecosystem (DFE), aimed at reducing the
cost of domestic and cross-border money transactions. In future, these transactions may be made without
any interaction with banking institutions and government agencies.
In short, the Tkeycoin ecosystem may be seen as a model of the financial system of the future,
which in due course can become a solid foundation for new market relations between representatives

С18 по 21 апреля состоялось очередное заседание Постоянного комитета
по экономике и устойчивому развитию Азиатской парламентской ассамблеи (АПА),
где был представлен доклад группы IT-компаний TKEY о необходимости и перспективах
комплексной цифровизации основных государственных институтов и сфер социально-экономической деятельности.
В ряду согласований ранее принятых резолюций, внесения поправок и ратификаций соглашений,
выступление Гендиректора TKEY Максима Якимова в формате доклада было единственным,
включённым в повестку мероприятия, что отразило значимость рассматриваемого вопроса для развития общества,
бизнеса, государства в целом. На заседании присутствовали делегаты от национальных Парламентов стран-участниц АПА,
куда сегодня входят 58 государств 42 постоянных члена и 16 наблюдателей, а так же 9 крупных международных организаций.
Спикером межпарламентской встречи стал Член Комитета Госдумы РФ пофинансовому рынку Алексей Вадимович Лященко.
В ходе заседания прошли обсуждения возможности формирования цифровой среды в ряде
ключевых направлений внутреннего и глобального рынков, устранения существующих ограничений
для инновационных технологических решений, способных повысить эффективность взаимодействия субъектов
разных отраслей и компетенций на государственном и международном уровне.
В дискуссиях приняли участие представители руководства группы компаний TKEY Якимов Павел
(директор по информационным технологиям) и Якимов Максим, которые предложили варианты создания
цифровой инфраструктуры для борьбы с отмыванием денег, открытых площадок для инвесторов,
систем безопасности и обмена данными на основе собственных распределенных систем TKEY.
Парламентарии согласились с тем, что новые прорывные технологии крайне важны и необходимы
для удовлетворения потребностей общества в плане улучшения экономического и социального положения граждан.
Эти моменты в виде поправок войдут в резолюцию, которая будет обсуждаться на следующей встрече АПА.
До делегатов АПА была донесена информация о том, что цифровая экономика на базе блокчейн технологии способна сделать
хозяйственные и финансовые отношения на рынке прозрачными и защищёнными. Это, в свою очередь, откроет новые возможности
для инвесторов, позволит странам не только привлекать достаточный объём инвестиций на искоренение бедности, но и изменит
конфигурацию экономики, структуру коммуникаций, сделает конкурентоспособными целые отрасли, будет способствовать повышению
качества повседневной жизни людей. Пока же создание и поддержание реестров прав собственности прерогатива государства,
которое осуществляет контроль над финансами бизнеса и граждан, содержит массу инспектирующих структур и имеет возможность
в одностороннем порядке менять «правила игры», что не добавляет доверия инвесторам и служит препятствием для инвестиций.
Чтобы изменить положение дел, государству нужно снять ряд лишних правовых ограничений, гарантировать защиту информации
об активах субъекта, и при этом открыть ему доступ к рыночным институтам, механизмам независимого решения хозяйственных споров,
базовым элементам финансовой инфраструктуры: банковским продуктам, страхованию и т.п. В этих условиях не только средний и мелкий бизнес,
но и «капитал» каждого человека начнёт работать на благо экономики. Блокчейн позволяет обеспечить надежность и доступность такого рода
инфраструктуры, избавить от посредников и удешевить стоимость денежных переводов, которые зарубежные диаспоры отправляют домой,
определяя состояние экономики многих развивающихся стран.。
Приведенная в докладе информация, а так же доводы и аргументы, представленные в обсуждениях, были восприняты

We have a right to present our platform like this, since we have not only created a unique version of blockchain, but also developed a range of products based on our own innovations. Perhaps, it would be appropriate to compare us with Apple, the best-selling gadgets of this company featuring perfect coherence of software and hardware solutions.
Just think of it - we develop our own blockchain, our own cryptocurrency, our Tkeycoin payment platform, our desktop wallets, our mobile apps, our web wallet, our blockchain explorer, our cryptocurrency exchange, our payment gateway, a number of banking solutions, our mining software, our hardware wallets... And this is hardly a complete list!
This comprehensive approach gives us a hefty advantage over other platforms, since we develop and synchronize everything ourselves, without outsourcing anything to third parties. Meanwhile, we accurately study the long-term experience of global hi-tech leaders like Microsoft or Apple, and analyze existing Bitcoin, DASH, Litecoin and Ethereum solutions to adapt the most successful of them for our needs. Of course, this approach means that sometimes we have to slightly shift the previously announced deadlines. It’s logical - a complicated work is always less predictable than a simple one.

We have already announced the official Tkeycoin network release date - April 5, 2019. The days are passing by and the release date is getting closer, meaning it’s high time to talk about the mining of TKEY cryptocurrency.
The first publication on the subject is already available on our Facebook page (just in case you missed it). We talked about the PoW algorithm, Bitcoin mining history and mining hardware evolution, Tkeycoin mining features etc. The article was really informative, and we recommend you to read (or re-read) it before you start the second part.
Today we will talk about some mining issues that we haven’t yet mentioned. Let’s start with SHA-256 algorithm, as it will be also used for Tkeycoin mining. It stands for Secure Hashing Algorithm, developed by The US National Security Service. The main advantage of this algorithm is its ability to efficiently compress data and the zero probability of collisions. In simple words, SHA-256 is safe, quick and universal.
According to the US law, SHA-256 may be used by both individuals and commercial organizations. It is not surprising that SHA-256 was applied to cryptocurrencies - this algorithm allows to encrypt any amount of data, converting it into a compact line of cryptographic hash. It is very important for mining, as miners can encrypt all the transactions in one block, producing an output hash value of the fixed size. When miners manage to find the right hash, the block is considered solved and is added to the blockchain. This is exactly how cryptocurrencies are mined.
As the process is actually based on random guessing, miners with more computing power are the first to find the right hash. As we have already mentioned, SHA-256-based mining is possible with CPUs, GPUs and ASICs. And if the first 2 options (processors and video cards respectively) are familiar to everyone, the third one may be confusing both for beginners and experienced miners.
ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) is a type of hardware customized for a specific computer task. ASIC miners are suitable only for cryptocurrency mining. They use the circuits specifically created for efficient solving of hash puzzles. Even ASIC physical design meets the basic needs of mining - for example, they normally have very efficient cooling systems.
ASICs pay off pretty quickly, feature less energy consumption (compared with GPU analogs) and bigger hashrates. Also, as we have already said, they are provided with better cooling systems. Naturally, this type of mining hardware has its drawbacks, too. For instance, you can only use it for mining one or several cryptocurrencies, based on a certain algorithm. Besides, ASICs are fast to become obsolete. But, despite all this, they are normally a profitable investment.
To mine Tkeycoin you may use a wide variety of ASICs by Bitmain (Antminer S9, S11, T15), DragonMint T1, Ebang Communication, WhatsMiner M3 etc. It’s important to note that you will also be able to mine TKEY cryptocurrency with already ‘obsolete’ hardware, because in our case the network difficulty will be comparable with the early stages of Bitcoin existence. We will publish more details and numbers soon, after we have tested the network and made the preliminary calculations.
Anyway, you still have enough time for choosing your mining hardware, as ASIC and GPU mining will be unavailable during the first month of the network existence. Our team will need a certain amount of time for public network testing and tuning. Until this process is over, it will only be possible to mine Tkeycoin using PCs, laptops and smartphones.
As soon as we have completed all the necessary tests and stabilized the mining process, all the users will become able to mine the coins with ASICs, cloud-mining services, and GPU rigs - whatever option they prefer or can afford. For your convenience, we will also release a special mining profitability calculator that will help you choose the perfect hardware for your needs, resources and desired profit level. Until then you may use for this purpose any of the dozens calculators already available online.
About mining pools. As we mentioned earlier, we will start an official Tkeycoin mining pool that will let TKEY miners unite their computing powers. Besides, we plan to publish the source code, thus allowing thousands of enthusiasts worldwide to create their own pools for Tkeycoin mining.
In conclusion, there will be no limits for Tkeycoin mining. So far, we have received a lot of questions concerning this issue. No, there will not be any limits (like 3000 coins or whatever). Tkeycoin mining will be available for anyone, we mean it.

Definitely, you have noticed that the block reward is rather high. This decision is directly linked to our intention to stimulate the development and growth of the cryptocurrency market. Besides, this measure will allow to stabilize and strengthen the TKEY price after the coin’s listing on the exchange.
Higher reward means bigger number of miners, more activity in the network and faster TKEY price growth. Simple, isn’t it?

As promised, we start a series of articles about Tkeycoin mining and mining hardware. We will try to explain the process in detail and reply all the questions, if they arise. We kindly ask you not to ignore those publications and carefully read the info we provide.
To understand how mining process works in general, it is better to start with the basics. The pioneer here was the good old Bitcoin, which started to be mined back in 2009. The BTC mining technology did not really change during these 8 years - the process is still based on the Proof-Of-Work (PoW) principle and uses SHA-256 hashing algorithm.
By the way, Proof-Of-Work (PoW) existed long before the cryptocurrencies emerged, its main purpose being to create special math puzzles that required certain amount of time and resources to be solved. PoW was used to protect websites of DDOS-attacks and massive spam. In 2009 PoW was chosen by Satoshi Nakamoto for the nascent Bitcoin network, and in a few years it was already being used by millions of people for making good money.
How PoW algorithm works? The miner gets a certain math puzzle that requires spending computing power to be solved. Finding solution is a random guessing process, therefore the more computing power a miner possesses, the faster he will find the solution. The first miner to come up with the solution (to get a resulting hash) receives a certain amount of BTC as a reward for solving the block. The less lucky participants get their fraction of reward, too. It’s rather simple.
PoW principle may be compared to a class work, the teacher saying that the first student to solve the puzzle will get an A. Miners are like kids competing for an A (BTC reward). The computing power spent in the process is the amount of intellectual efforts the kids make to find the decision. Finally, the kid who comes up with the solution, gets the reward. The same happens in the Bitcoin network, though the puzzle difficulty level and the reward are different.
It looks rather simple. Naturally, millions of people all over the world soon got the idea and started to mine Bitcoins. As a result, once simple process started to get more and more complicated. There was a time, when you could mine Bitcoins with CPUs, using your home or office PC. At this stage few people knew about BTC - by the end of 2009 there were just a few hundreds of miners in the world. But the situation was changing quickly, and in the next year GPU-mining started. GPUs were faster to find the solution, and they were also cheaper, featuring the better value for money. In September 2010 GPU-mining went mainstream. A lot of people became suddenly aware that mining BTC was really profitable, therefore the number of miners increased greatly.
In the same month the first BTC mining pool was launched. In a matter of months the price of BTC skyrocketed from $1 to $20. Naturally, the difficulty of mining increased too - by November 2010 it reached 1 000 000 (compared with 10 000 in the end of 2009). In 2013 the price of BTC passed the $1000 mark. The first ASICs (customized mining hardware) emerged, meaning revolutionary changes for the market.
(We will talk about them in the next part of ‘TKEY mining explained’).
These days BTC mining is by far less available and profitable than it used to be. Solo mining hardly makes any sense now. If back in 2010 you could mine BTC with an normal home PC, now you need a powerful GPU-rig or the support of a mining pool to get some considerable profit. It is caused by such factors as the increased network difficulty, block reward reduction and fast mining hardware evolution. Originally, the reward for a block solved was 50BTC, now it’s just 12,5 BTC. The network difficulty increased from 10 000 in 2009 to 6 379 265 451 411 at the moment. And most of you are well-aware of the price of up-to-date mining hardware.
Why we are talking about all this? Why we dwell in detail on the Bitcoin mining? And who is Satoshi Nakamoto?
Actually, it all this makes sense if we consider the Bitcoin situation with the Tkeycoin network current state.
Mining Tkeycoin, as well as it was at the early stages of BTC history, will be really available to many, and you will be able to mine TKEY using your smartphone or a rather outdated home or office PC. You do not need to invest into costly mining hardware to get your share of TKEYs. We declared that TKEY mining will be accessible for almost everyone, and we meant it.
As you know from experience, the progress is unstoppable, therefore TKEY mining difficulty will inevitably grow with time, too. But, according to our experts, you won’t have to worry about it over the next 3 years or so.
For TKEY mining we use the updated and modified version of the PoW algorithm called mPoW. The basic principle is the same: the miners have a puzzle to solve, and get the reward when they succeed. But it’s important to know, that our protocol is free from many typical problems that plague the classical PoW. For instance,
Due to modular realization, selfish mining is made impossible;
Due to the network specific architecture, 51% Attack and Double Spending are made impossible;
mPoW-based mining is much less power-consuming;
The network is immune to quantum attacks.
Currently, the BTC-mining is not so decentralized as it was meant to be initially. Over 65% of Bitcoin hash power is now distributed between 5 major pools. Theoretically, they can make 51% attack on the network any time soon.
On the contrary, the Tkeycoin network is completely decentralized. No monopolies will interfere with your solo mining at home, using an ordinary PC.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE1ST AND THE 2ND STAGE OF FILE TRANSFER APPLICATION RECEIVING?
As we informed you before, the process of receiving applications for fund transfer to the decentralized Tkeycoin network will be split into 2 stages. In this text we will explain you the difference between these 2 stages.
1st stage
The first stage, as we mentioned earlier, will last since March 18 to March 31, 2019. During those two weeks all the Tkeycoin users will be able to exchange their TCD coins for fully functional TKEY cryptocurrency (1 TCD = 1 TKEY). In other words, the amount of TKEYs you will receive will be equal to the amount of TCDs you possess.
The advantages of the 1st stage are many. First, up to March 31 you will have the opportunity to go down to Tkeycoin history, becoming part of our genesis block. The records related to your funds will be stored in the very first block of the TKEY blockchain. The achievement to be proud of!
Dont forget that apart from having great historical value, the genesis block is also the most safe and secure block of the network. If the info about your funds is recorded in this block you add an extra protection level to your assets.
The 1st stage applicants will receive other important advantages, too. As soon as the network is launched, they will be able to mine Tkeycoin cryptocurrency, trade it on exchanges, transfer it, sell it and do a lot of other things with it. The advantages of the second stage are few. First, it will last considerably longer than the 1st one. Due to this fact your application is likely to be processed more slowly than before.

✔ You DO NOT transfer TCD not into fiat money. Neither you transfer it to EXMO exchange. You convert your coins from your beta-wallet to fully functional TKEY cryptocurrency. After the network release you will be able to trade on the exchange, move your funds and do a lot of other things;
✔ Funds transfer can only be made by submitting an application in the Funds Transfer section. It cannot be made any other way. If you are suggested alternative methods, it means you are dealing with a fraud;
✔ We strongly recommend you to carefully read ALL the info available on the Funds transfer page before you submit your application;
✔ If you care about your funds security, please, follow the instruction to protect your keys.txt file. Never inform anyone (including Tkeycoin team members) about the contents of this file. Otherwise you funds can be stolen or irretrievably lost;
✔ You are recommended to submit your application using your PC or laptop for security reasons;
✔ You may transfer to the decentralized network any amount of TCD you have in your account. There are no amount limitations;
✔ After you submit your application, the TCDs you had in your account disappear. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL and meant to be this way. Now your funds are transferred to the Tkeycoin genesis block;
✔ All the applications submitted on the first stage will be processed before March 31, 2019. The applications submitted on the second stage will be processed before May 25, 2019;
✔ If you submit your application on the first stage, you will go down in history and become part of the Tkeycoin genesis block, meaning your funds will be stored in the safest block of the blockchain, and you will be one of the first users to enjoy the benefits of our products;
✔ You will be able to buy TCD coins on tkeycoin.market up to the platform release and exchange listing. The exchange rate is 1 TCD = 1 USD, no bonuses are available;
✔ If you decide to buy more coins before the exchange listing starts, your new funds will appear in TCD format. The application form will become available to you again, and you will have to submit another file transfer application. The same applies to the funds you receive from your referrals;
