Я не пытаюсь защищать этого пользователя, его судьба мне безразлична, как впринципе и каждого на этом форуме. Но я не вижу прям уж такого преступления или "хитрожопости" в том что человек выполнил работу быстрее.
Никакая это не норма, представьте, что вы забронировали какое-то задание, потратили время на его выполнение и кто-то очень "хитрый" запостил его раньше вас. В русской локали нет недостатка как в заданиях, так и в темах для самостоятельных переводов. Поэтому нет никаких поводов поступать непорядочно и перебивать чью-то работу.

Лично я ничего плохого в этом не вижу. Согласитесь, если бы я "обиделся" это было бы глупо.
2. Почему я поставил мерит - перевод выполнен и туториал сделанный качественно и хорошо.
Вывод: все относительно честно и справедливо.

Right now yes it is still recommended to invest right now since there's no bull run happening. I'm assuming that bull run when 2020 enter.
Well, I wouldnt be in a hurry yet, well, or at least I didnt panic buy everything that is possible. I think we will see below 10 thousand, I believe that the price will go down to around 9.2k. So the moment is definitely not missed and in the near future, in my opinion, there will be a good chance to buy bitcoin.
