This is my situation
I paid on feb 11 through bank wire, and according to the bank they have my money since feb 13.
Payment was confirmed by Angela last week

Saturday, February 22, 2014   Location   Time
1   Shipment information received    SHENZHEN - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC

I have the "tracking number" since Saturday,  yesterday i asked jack why the packgage still wasn't in dhl's hands, he told me that they had some problems with dhl, and for this reason the package would be picked up on Monday.
If in 24 hours the package isn't show as being moving
I will ask for a refund

update : my order has been shipped  Smiley (feb 24)

How you managed to get the tracking number?
I have called to dhl - nothing coming.
Asked from Jack many many many times last pm from friday:
"if send by bank transfer, my team has finished the payment confirm for payment before Feb15. the the package is on the way."

But nothing. No confirmation of payment from Agela or any one no tracking nothing.

I have got every time answer from Jack  which is great, but it doesn't help if problem remains unsoved. I trust this goes fine, but need also some action. Im sorry for my impatience. Please confirm my wire, send tracking or give estimated shipping date, thanks!

EDIT: paid by wire 10th feb

send an email to Angela , if she does't answer try again.

Dhl tracking still says "shipment information received", which means that they don't actually have the package.

Jack said 2 things:
1) the units would be shipped before feb 20, otherwise he would give a refund.
2) the units thanks to a phantomatic would be able to hash at 500khash

None of them turned out to be true, and those were the reasons that made me order this things

I have send a mail to new mailaddress, because I'm not on the list.

Ben

I emailed the address as well. I have send the bank transfer transaction details on four separate occasions without anyone bothering to look them up. What the hell!

Same situation
I have send the bank transfer transaction details to the previous email adress on feb 11, and today another email to the new one.

No response so far

Beastly are you able to dual mine, and is it stable now?  Also could you tell use how much power just one cell is using mining only scrypt.  I dont have a controller and I posted earlier in the thread that when connected to my PC one unit is drawing 45 watts while only mining scrypt.  Do you know if this issue has been addressed in  the update.  Also I was under the impression that the new software had to be loaded on each unit, not the controller?  Thanks in advanced for the info.

You can't load new firmware on the consumer units (notice the absence of the white switch we have on the dev units) you can only update the controller firmware. The current firmware I have only used for scrypt but will try dualmining when I get home. I understand it works but didn't look into it. The current software it will work but not show you the output you need to look at your pool. The devices draw 7 watts in scrypt mode by to cpuminer on the computer doesn't have the ability to turn off the power to the sha cores that is why you are experiencing the high power usage. I don't think the controller has that issue.

Just to make sure I understand, the firmware that provides the 500khash rate from a single unit is for the controller, not the device itself?  So the devices that the rest of us get aren't going to be capable of any more than 300khash when connected to PC?

Cpuminer has the option to clock at 800 the same as the controller so yes you will be able to achieve the same hashrate. I have stably clocked up to 900 on devices fine.
So what is the hashrate at 900 Mhz?
