I read an article that detailed how DOGE cost of maintenance is higher than any other coin. I don't know how credible it was, but the gist of the passage is that because so many DOGEcoins come into existence so quickly, the coin will basically be fighting crippling inflation all the way up.
But even as I type that I'm not sure I believe it. It was written by a Quark supporter after all
Due to Dogecoin's fast block schedule, its cost of maintenance halves every two months. It's already down to $360,000 from $720,000 previously, and will fall to $180,000 in April. It's quickly becoming sustainable.

Re: ROTFLMAO New Dorian Bitcoin slogan: "Bitcoin: it has lots of buttery taste!"
Watch the Amazon sales of those cookies skyrocket lol! I can hardly resist myself...
Well, you could buy an Amazon gift card at Gyft and then use it to buy those cookies... you'd be using Bitcoin to buy a product recommended by Satoshi himself!
It will be eventually confirmed? I really hope soon, been allready too damn long. Will try to educate the customers in the future but untill then im stuck ....
You can try to re-spend the output. Send it to another address that you control and include a fee large enough to compensate miners for both transactions.
If any miners have implemented the "child pays for parent" concept, they may confirm both transactions at once to get the fee from the second transaction.
Honestly, I don't think any mining pools have implemented the concept yet. I really think they should. It would provide increased income for the pool and would solve problems like this.
Unfortunately, I don't think this is a great idea. It creates a moral hazard where senders don't include fees with the expectation that the recipient will make another transaction with a lot of fees if they really want the coins that badly.
"...be fearful when others are greedy and greedy only when others are fearful." Warren Buffet
In other words: Be greedy now!
Not too much though. I think I was a bit too greedy expecting it to fall under $400 last night. I've only bought about half the bitcoins I intended to buy during this dip, and it would really suck if it never went below $500 again.
