Dude pls don't be so dependent. Instead of hanging around in the c-cex chat you should do some research. The dev has made clear statements about the developement:

had ended perhaps the best thing to do is limit the POW

It is all written in the OP and in the following posts by the admin. You can also see it in the block explorer.
80% of coins that have less than 4mil pow are doing very well
while 75% of all those with more than that are not doing well or are dead

But I have another question myself for a more experienced member: What does 'Value out' means in the explorer? For example I have at block 2287 a value out of 750000 or at block 2283 there is 508,849.36278606 value out. Where do these values come from?
For a block, it's the sum of the value out of its transactions.Block 2283 has 4 transactions, but since it was generated through Proof Of Stake, the coinbase transaction (the first) is empty, the second is the stake plus fees, the last two others are fund transfers.
It's the pool/miner/wallet that extracted it, if that pool isn't "tagged" in the explorer, it falls under "Unknown".
I've now tagged DedicatedPool, CoinKing & TradeMyBit, so there are only 18% unknown now.
If you happen to know a pool that is mining XAN, let me know, and if there is enough info, I'll tag it, and its blocks will no longer be categorized under "unknown"!

This should be the POW blocks... look at the reward. Although the reward is not always 250,000 but sometimes higher. See my question above.

Relax. POS is 'stealing' POW blocks already. Block 2880 coming - next reward halving coming.

So one can say that because of POS the block reward has already halved.
Have a look at the block explorer. It shows you how the blocks are created - by POW or by POS. We are currently in the stage between block 1440 and 2880. The block reward is 250.000 per POW block. This would be 360 mill coins for 1440 blocks if there was only POW. But the half of these blocks are not POW but POS - which gives much less overall reward.
You can also check the total amount of coins. There should be 930 mill right now. But we have only 684 mill at the moment. I hope I could help you. So everyone who wants less total coins should start staking.

Maybe the dev will reveal some awesome promises/whitepaper/roadmap on day 5, 6 or 7 to pump and dump his instamined stash, who else here is in on the plan?
