Re: Teenage exposure to gambling

I dont quite get how government can control or coordinate people, and force them not to spend more than they could.
The best, maybe the only, way they can prevent their citizens from being financially irresponsible is to educate them. You’d see a lot of insurance ads in our public roads and there are advertisements in the television as well. But again, this is only what they can do. It is still up to the citizens themselves if they will follow or not.

They will soon then realize how vital it is to be financially responsible when they suffer the consequences of their actions.

I absolutely agree with you that many gamblers, and especially young people under the age of majority do not have a sufficient level of education in the field of finance to manage their finances competently, including in gambling.
In my opinion, many states do not strive to improve the level of education of their citizens because it has always been easier to manage stupid people.
Maybe that is why the state does not interfere in this sphere, although it regulates it.
Parents should be aware of giving extra money to their children so that they do not get addicted to gambling and family awareness is more important than state awareness. Considering the state environment it is not at all easy for the government of the country to treat the people of most countries in this way. People can easily learn about the culture of neighboring countries and they have access to internet and cell phones which is a milestone for easy communication. Gamblers must be aware of their responsibilities to increase financial awareness when gambling, states or institutions do not have the right to interfere with your personal spending. You should set aside a weekly limit for gambling in order to manage your earnings and finances so that you don't overspend.

It is true that by limiting their pocket money, they can actually minimize gambling addiction for teenagers, as well as parental supervision of their patterns in socializing with friends who may be older than them, whether it has a positive or negative impact on our children, because children are our responsibility as parents, not other people or even the state, so the good and bad of children comes from the education of their biological parents.

It's hard to believe that hacking crimes are everywhere, but this is the reality, it is impossible to guess when this will all happen
This incident may have been completed but it is permissible to be vigilant,
Salute to Metawin for having a team that is fast in handling this problem very professionally, so that recovery is immediate and users do not feel excessively worried, hopefully there will be no other hacks at casinos and exchanges

Maybe you can add to it as what are you think we keep on coming back as if we are under the spell of this big casinos?
I don't think there's anything new, land-based gambling has been defeated by online gambling. I'm not sure land-based gambling still exists because technology has advanced and time has run out for daily work routines so there won't be time to go to existing casino locations.

Re: Why do men prefer watching football games in a view center or Beer parlor?
by
TribalBob
on 04/11/2024, 06:21:02 UTC
I personally prefer watching at a beer bar or a live match arena, where I think watching with friends or relatives is more fun than watching at home, where it feels more like when a goal is scored, there will be screams that can come out freely, which is different from watching at home.

In our world there are not so many free entertainment so everything has to be paid for and gambling is no exception. Those who believe that gambling is an easy way to make money initially has a wrong idea about this area of entertainment. Win in gambling of course you can, but always remember that the winnings are formed from the lost money other players, because gambling is a zero-sum game.
I agree with you on this matter, because that is the reality, the victory that exists is the money of those who are experiencing defeat, actually if you gamble responsibly and only for entertainment I think it is possible where individuals will control how long and how much money they have to spend on gambling in each game

Re: Dice is my easiest way of making money
by
TribalBob
on 02/11/2024, 21:21:12 UTC

10 days is just an arbitrary number but yes I am sure of one thing that if you keep betting on dice then you will lose your money eventually.
This is because of the house edge which is one way to tell that the number of bets you lose will mostly be more than the number of bets you win.

true what else in 10 days, I believe the bookies will overhaul the system every day so the chance of winning again should be very small, losses will probably happen more the next day and wins will come unpredictable because everything is based on luck

I'm amazed maybe he can win with an extraordinary amount, but if it's to inspire me I don't think so for me where in society gambling is a bad thing so as much as possible reduce gambling, don't have to chase things that are not in our luck

Re: Crypto casino that doesn't ask for KYC (documents) at withdrawal
by
TribalBob
on 01/11/2024, 21:17:47 UTC
For a casino not to request KYC information is almost impossible, only decentralized casinos, all casinos require KYC and that was something that was implemented in a mandatory way to ensure all privacy and with multiple excuses, such as security, so that they don't hack you, blah blah and blah, we all know that a casino can be hacked and they can steal, there is nothing safe there, if you look for a centralized casino without that requirement I would tell you that it is impossible at this point.
There are so many casinos that will not ask for KYC but at the long run, they will always ask for KYC even though it's a simple one that will will require you to submit your identity only without going as far as asking for proofs of location r nationality. Privacy is what we should ensure we stick to because it's not every casinos that we have to do KYC since their are many that will always sell our information to the  public and can be used against us in the future. Maybe the government may make this process more difficult for us in the future by the time they start fighting against decentralized casinos.

in the end they ask for KYC  Grin
even though it is basic KYC I think we also have to be careful in this matter, so it is better to play on one site or a few sites that do KYC not on all gambling sites
because KYC is currently very vulnerable to fraud and data sales for bad things and even harm the data owner

Re: Crypto Gambling : How it works / pros and cons!! Gamble responsibly.
by

on 01/11/2024, 20:53:33 UTC
Really? Are you for real? You think we are bunch of babies here who don't know or understand what crypto gambling is all about? Or how it works?

Please, next time, avoid creating topic or thread like this, it's so boring to read, having to read a long text of what I already know makes me feel so bored and sleepy, if you can't come up with an interesting topic, please refrain from creating one, it's not a do or die affair, you can participate in discussion on other topics.

And beside, why do I have a feeling that this post was copied from somewhere?
Who the hell do you think you are?Huh? This deserves to be topic of the year!!!

All jokes aside, this topic while it may be pretty crude and lack tons of info, it's at least semi informative. I wouldn't sticky it, but the OP is sorta trying. Most people get 3 tags and are gone forever.
Lol 😁 I get your point boss, and you right after, what I said is by personal opinion, and I don't mean it to appear like I don't have regard for the newbies whom what the op shared may appear informative to, it's just that I don't usually see alot of gambling newbies around here any way, and someone like myself who is already an OG in gambling dont find posts like this informative in any way, as it's simply is exactly telling me what I already know of, nothing new to learn.

And on the part of op still posting even with his red tags, it's commendable really, but only if he or she actually composed this post by him or her self, as I initially said, I still believe he copied it from somewhere and did some minor changes.
calm down friend, there is nothing wrong with beginners giving input, everything is valid, and if it is true that he copied and developed it, it can be said that he had the intention to provide information, only he did not understand the rule that if you copy a quote you must provide a reference link. Hopefully in the future OP will be more careful so that the labels do not increase in number  Grin

Re: 5 Things You Need to do After a Big Win.
by
TribalBob
on 31/10/2024, 21:25:14 UTC
I understand that 'BIG' means different to different individuals. Here by 'BIG' I mean life-changing money (bigger than 20x of your monthly income).

1. Let the money sit in your bank account (wallet) for at least one month. It will allow you to settle down your heightened emotions. Just let the amount sit and do not do anything with it for at least one month.
2. Go on a low-cost, week-long vacation with your family and friends (do not tell anybody about your winnings; do not boast) immediately. It will help you make your relationships stronger and will certainly help in doing step 1.
3. Do not change your lifestyle immediately, as it will help you to remain disciplined, which will eventually help you out to earn even more.
4. Consult a certified financial consultant and invest in a diversified portfolio other than gambling, probably for the long term, at least 80% of your winnings.
5. If your winnings are even greater and allow you to quit your job, then use your time to learn finance.

If you have any suggestions feel free to addon.

option no 5 is highly discouraged where I strongly refuse to quit my job. because even though there is a big win, I think it is better to keep working because gambling is not a safe place to earn money like we work in the real world, big wins will eventually run out even if we manage the money

If the government cares, then government revenue will decrease, this will have a chain effect, and has positive and negative sides, maybe the government has chosen the best option for them even though unilaterally they ignore their people a little.

care about what this is, as far as I know the government has optimized the appeal to prohibit gambling, and the government has also blocked gambling sites, if you say the government doesn't care that's very wrong, for countries that are anti-gambling everything has been maximized to minimize their citizens' addiction to gambling

Re: Do you think you could turn $1k bankroll to $10k in a year?
by
TribalBob
on 30/10/2024, 12:54:24 UTC
I personally will not be able to change 1000$ into 10k$ in 1 year, moreover I am not a professional gambler
This challenge only applies to players that are professional in terms of betting, in sports, and maybe also in other gambling games, maybe in betting here it takes a step by step, not all at once, and be willing to accept the risk of losing

Re: Why they need a license if bitcon is not money?
by

In cases where the casino may get hacked and kyc documents stolen, in most cases, we can't completely put all the blame them because believe it or not, every business sometimes go through issues no matter the type of issue.
As long as the casinos follow the proper data protection measures required by regulators, they can’t be blamed. But if they don’t, then they should face complaints and possible lawsuits. This is part of the risk we take when entrusting them with our data through KYC requirements. To minimize that risk, we have to be selective in choosing the right casino to play with, and that is to stick to reputable ones, as they usually have stronger security measures in place.

true if we do KYC means we are sure that the casino we choose is the best and does have a good reputation, if there is a kidnapping incident or one that aims to thwart our victory, it can be said that an unfair casino does not want to experience losses by issuing a large jackpot,
a casino that provides a jackpot must have thought about everything and it can be said that giving a jackpot is a reward for players who have been loyal to playing, but it is given randomly and if the jackpot can come out, it means that it is indeed the luck of the winner

Based of his explanation, (Virtual Account) number. Most people who are using (Virtual Number) is the people who want to do spam activity, quite simple cause they need to send bulk messages with so many accounts. Using a virtual number to be used for a service who have money activity is crazy Grin do these people realize, most of virtual number can be sold to not only one person ?

There always have some chance some of these virtual number provider customer will get the same number, and trying to login the account each other.

virtual number, is this the same as a physical number like the one we buy at a cellphone counter, or what, sorry I just found out that there is a virtual number
as far as I know if a telephone number can only be issued 1 x if it is still active there will be no printing with the same number, even if it happens the owner reports that there is a problem with the number he owns such as being lost, and the owner of the number still wants to use the number with the terms and conditions given by the provider

Re: What casino offer the most lucrative bonus on their halloween event?
by
TribalBob
on 28/10/2024, 20:39:24 UTC

Stake will definitely come up with some of those bonuses and not only for Halloween alone but also even during the Christmas and other celebration that comes along the year, but ultimately if you are looking for a jumbo offer's in this Halloween is to look out for new casinos, but also you should be ready to abide with some of the rules and conditions that comes along with such free offers and bonuses.

Yea that's actually another way to search for those casino whom offer bonus during special events. Sometimes when though they might not announce it officially they can also host such events on their casinos and only players whom use them often will most likely get a chance to see them. Most to the ones I've played on, just kind of add like a theme to their website in most important occasions and then probably a bonus for their players who meet a certain target during that period of the offer..

true, not only gambling in online games also only adds hollowen icons without any bonuses, even if there are regular bonuses for new players who join any game platform, for loyal players only free withdrawal fees nothing more, but it all comes back to casino management whether they give bonuses or not, but in reality they only change the appearance without any bonuses

Re: Do you care about what people say about you gambling?
by
TribalBob
on 27/10/2024, 15:05:00 UTC
It's not anyone's business whether you gamble or not, unless you have a family and you have to feed your kids and care about them in many other ways, like buying books for them, smartphones and stuff. First provide them with everything they need and only then you can gamble because it is likely that you will lose money and losing to gambling is not a good excuse for not buying for your kids what they need.

There is some truth in what you said, where we ourselves are responsible for our families, not other people, but at least if there is constructive criticism, it is not wrong for us to listen to it, for matters of implementing it, that is a secondary matter in my opinion, at least we respect the person we are talking to as long as he does not corner us at the lowest point in a situation

just a game how he works together with the team to score goals, and the celebration he makes when scoring goals
the rest if it's for the club I don't think there is any because as we know the club tries to find the best players from the best, if our idol is sold or transferred from the club just take it positively that our idol is no longer worthy of playing at the previous club

Re: Is this bankruptcy, insolvency or stingyness?
by

on 26/10/2024, 15:59:41 UTC
They are known to be the richest club in the EPL, so I don't know why they are pleading for Manchester City to support them by accommodating their players in the flight.

Ratcliffe's have done many things in the recent past as cost-cutting measures and probably they didn't want to pay for a private jet just for two players but it's some insane level to take the cost-cutting. Roll Eyes

Many sources reported that the incident is true.

For a private jet it might be too expensive but there are other planes available, if they both take a commercial plane I don't think it will reduce the credibility of a club, if it is indeed a savings, but if they fail to go it means being stingy and not wanting to lose out
