Will US Investors who provided the executed accredited investor form, pay in ETH, and display their passport with selfie receive their EVN tokens immediately? Thanks.

We just want to get out in front of the Hacked.com article that came out today that doesn't paint envion in the best light.

The author tried to threaten and extort us.  I don't think he was happy with the results.  You are all welcome to see the evidence of this that was posted to Telegram as it happened (so you can easily find the record of it to show it's not a doctored image)

You can draw your own conclusions.

Yeah, the article wasn't the best for image. I'm curious about that Florida video story. I'd love some clarification on what that was all about as I can't figure it out.
The only concern that I shared with the Hacked author was that I have also have been asking the same set and I haven't heard answers yet. I've asked questions twice here on the largest crypto-currency and once Telegram (see my questions on this page above). I was also asking about the partnerships and supply chain so maybe that's why I didn't get a response.

No matter. Big 4 audit should qualm scam fears. I don't think you can fake that?

hm, English in not my mother tongue, but i don't necessarily see that the guy pressures you. Didn't he just ask for a proof of facts? Or I misunderstood something

Lifelong English speaker here. That wording from the author is quite aggressive. While it's not necessarily threatening, it is highly unprofessional.

Hi Envion. I posted these questions on the previous page but they were passed on. They're pretty basic but I just wanted a little more clarification on a few items.

1) Can you clarify this statement: "Neither the Swiss FINMA nor the United States Securities and Exchange Commission nor any other foreign regulatory authority has approved an investment in the tokens."

2) I believe that you are eventually looking to get approval from the SEC in the United States?

3) Do you have an approximate number of the energy companies that have agreed to be Third Party Operators? (ANSWERED - DISREGARD)

4) On page 14 of the whitepaper you forgot the "E" in Envion as the first word under Unique Selling Proposition. I'm not being a stickler, I just figured you'd like to know so you can fix it.

5) The MMUs have a 100 KW intake? Am I understanding that correctly?

6) You refer to "our partner network of firms" which has allowed you secure and prioritized access to components such as large numbers of GPUs. Can you name these firms?

7) You have a diagram of containers stacked in a pyramid shape on page 16. Have you considered cooling issues that will arise from stacking containers?

Cool Can you confirm the chemical defense system will be included in the final products?

Thanks!

An insight is only possible for a fee (90 €), and

a written explanation of why you want to view patent files.

After that, DPMA decides whether to patroll the patentee owner to ask him if they can access the patent data. Eventually a part of the 90 euro will be refunded afterwards.

Or you take the easy way and clear everything directly with the patente owner

Should we just cough up the 90 Euro and get that insight as soon as possible? I'd put my hand up to pay some of the 90 Euro and write the explanation.

Hi Envion,

I greatly appreciate how responsive your team has been on answering questions. I have a few more of my own after rereading the whitepaper. I apologize if these questions are redundant. I've done my best to keep up on the Telegram and Bitcoin Talk but there is just so much happening.

1) Can you clarify this statement: "Neither the Swiss FINMA nor the United States Securities and Exchange Commission nor any other foreign regulatory authority has approved an investment in the tokens."

2) I believe that you are eventually looking to get approval from the SEC in the United States?

Cool Can you confirm the chemical defense system will be included in the final products?

9) In addition to investment funds, what else will be needed on December 1, 2017 to secure token? Documents, passport?

Thanks!

There appears to be another token with the same letters EVN (evencoin). Could this be problematic for my ERC-20 compliant wallet?

How many different energy providers have you partnered with so far?

There will be no problem because EVN will have its own contract address.

Envion have LOIs and are working towards signed agreements. They will have notarized confirmation for you before ICO.

Thanks for the help cybercash! You have clearly gone through the whitepaper and all of the available online resources with a fine tooth comb. I'm still trying to catch up on my due-diligence and I like what I'm seeing thus far.

Hi Envion,

I subscribed to BitCoin Talk mainly to ask a few questions regarding your ICO. I've read your whitepaper carefully and I'm interested in investing on December 1, 2017. I fall into the category of investor who is living outside of Switzerland and the US. I would therefore like to know what (if any) process there may be to verifying identity, setting up a credit card account, etc. I ask because I do not want to be ready to pay on December 1 only to find out that I am unable to pay because I am lacking a document or I cannot verify my identity because I do not have a utility bill or passport handy.

How has Envion prepared for increases in inevitable difficulty increases in the various blockchains you plan on mining within? While I understand that this can be projected and hedge for over the short term, five years is a long time!

Thanks,
Jimmy

P.S. It would be nice to have a video tour of the container and the currently operating facility and perhaps another video posting of your team at work. I hope this isn't too much to ask  Grin.
