I agree with you.  Depending on what day of the week it is, I go back and forth between whether it's an outright scam or whether it's just a staff of 2 or 3 incompetent people who are way over their heads.  Either way, it's not good.  If the team can't deliver on the promise of an exchange by the end of this month, then they damn well need to set up a swapbot and refund the investors that want out of this thing.  Bitcoin has only gone up about 8x since we bought into this project in May/June.  I'm pretty sure you can afford to at least give everyone back their original amount of money.  Otherwise, just go ahead and shut everything down and quit pretending that this project is just as legitimate as all the others that are already on coinmarketcap. 

If there are still any people here that are confident in this project and want to buy some XFC super cheap (name your price) before the exchange eventually gets here, just PM me and I can probably supply any amount you want.  I'm ready to move on, even at a huge loss.

The hype for November was encouraging but when that failed and no hard timelines were provided, I lost hope that the new blockchain and exchange will ever be available.  Showing a screenshot is no longer enough to convince me of anything.  I lost a lot of money on this project and so did many other people.  Very sad.

Frankly I'd be thrilled just to see the coin traded on ANY exchange with decent volume and see it ranked somewhere in the top 150 on coinmarketcap.   

I follow Footballcoin on Twitter and the more I read their responses to simple questions, the more I'm convinced that you and the other skeptical members of the forum are right.  They were asked when the testing would be done for the new blockchain and they gave their usual vague responses.  But eventually they replied "Hoping to move things forward in a couple of months."  First off, a couple of months does not mean extremely soon as far as I'm concerned.  Second, what exactly does "hoping to move things forward" actually mean?  Is that how long it will take just to finish testing the blockchain?  Then what?  Or is a couple of months when the exchange will be available and the coin will actually be listed on coinmarketcap?  And just "hoping to move things forward" does not sound like the development is going well.  Nothing is clear about this project anymore.  Honestly, I'm not even sure they're working with ANX to build a new blockchain.  I would assume ANX could easily give them a hard estimate for when everything will be ready to go instead of just "soon".   

It seems that their definition of "extremely soon" is a lot different than everyone else's definition.  I really don't understand why everything has to be so vague with this project.  All businesses set deadlines, so they know approximately how long it will take to get the new blockchain ready for use based on its current stage.  It would be much easier to just provide a rough estimate of the remaining time needed to the community rather than to keep providing vague answers and just stringing everyone along and angering all those that took part in the ICO. 

Does anyone know how much time is usually needed for testing?  Are we looking at a few days, a few weeks or is it maybe a few months??   

Unfortunately the game had very little advertising for the ICO so probably 98% of the crypto community didn't know about it and still don't know about it.  And the developers have been busy working on the game itself and getting the new blockchain established, so they have not been able to start a widespread advertising campaign yet that is targeted at the non-crypto football fans of the world.  I'm sure the coin will dump at first, just as most coins do, but once it has been on coinmarketcap for a while people will take notice and recognize its value.  And when it has been advertised to the non-crypto football fans, they will begin to come in and buy coins as well.  Footballcoin will do fine.  It will just take a little more time for awareness to spread and grow the game. 

I'm curious what the process will be for exchanging the old XFC coins that we already have to get the new coins?  Will this be done with a swapbot?  And what about the player cards?

If I'm reading this correctly, the DigitalTokens platform will be a decentralized exchange where XFCcoin can be traded for Bitcoin and a few of the other large altcoins as well as fiat.  Will this be the only exchange that XFCcoin will be traded on or will it also appear on other exchanges in the near future such as Bittrex, Liqui, HitBTC, Livecoin, etc.? 

Good news indeed.  Will the new blockchain and payment gateway be available for use in September as the initial road map indicated?   

I have a few questions that I'm hoping the developers can answer.

The roadmap said that a mobile application would be available at the end of July.  Is the mobile app still in development and will it be available sometime this month?

I haven't seen any advertising for Footballcoin anywhere yet aimed at football fans who are not part of the crypto community.  Has that started yet and if not, what is your timetable for when it will take place?

I have friends who want to play but don't like cryptocurrency, so they have no intention of ever buying on an exchange.  Technically they can play the game now, but they can't get the best players yet and that's what they really want instead of just the free ones.  When will they be able to purchase XFC coins with fiat?  The roadmap seems to indicate August or September, but is that still going to happen?  Since the coin's value is supposed to be determined by the price on exchanges, and it doesn't look like the coin will be listed anytime in the near future, I'm guessing no coins will be available for purchase with fiat either??

Will a debit card be available for footballcoin anytime this year so people can use their winnings outside the game?
