Why do you act so disrespectful to potential customers? If someone asks you a question, you should do your best to answer or at least acknowledge them in some way. can someone from BCPoker please confirm for certain... are players from the USA able to play on your poker platform? Every time I have as the chat bot on the webpage, they either don't answer or when they do, simply don't answer the question @BcPoker
thanks for pointing this out yahoo62278... I'm done trying to figure it out, because at this point if I can't get in touch with CS for a simple question like this, what happens when I have a real issue... just gonna play elsewhere

I can't speak for tech support, as I'm not in their chats etc. And I don't use BC US so I can't know for sure.One trusted user who asked about this received personal assurances from me that everything would be fine with him. But I can't vouch for every new user.
I can say one thing, I've been using VPN for 3 years and BC doesn't know my username and all this time I was able to withdraw funds without KYC and play using VPN (although today I gave my ID to a BC Poker member for the first time to get a ticket to a freeroll).
This whole conversation boils down to the fact that from my answer you can easily determine whether a legitimate player can use VPN or not.
I asked customer service (being from the USA) if I was able to play poker, and was told "yes you may"... hope this helps

when I start playing on a new poker site (and intend to deposit/withdrawal) I ALWAYS try and get any KYC stuff out of the way... I certainly don't want that weighing on me while playing wondering if I win, WILL I able withdraw it? Just another form of tilt to avoid IMO

ŵhy is geo-caching a bad thing? seems it would help to prevent multi-accounting and maybe collusion. Seems like a positive IMO... am I missing something?

is the poker room down? I keep trying to connect via the webpage... keeps saying I need to login. I've tried refreshing like the prompt says (guess there are some issues), but it keep telling me I am "offline". I kinda like the tourney schedule, but this isn't helping me consider playing here

I have made several deposits to J88 Poker via BTC grinders, at it has always been fast... I just initiated my first withdrawal using them, and received the BTC payment within 10 minutes of contacting them through the Telegram chat... VERY impressed with the speed. I've tried it, and have had a really good experience... they are quick to respond to their Telegram chat, and if they are unsure about a question, they will find out for you... I'd recommend them
