You can go Bitcoin Forum> Local> India and asks for a phone number from an Indian lawyer and this lawyer can go to the police to report the case and locate the scammer

In my country we are obliged to deliver documents to register telephone numbers, if in India they also do this, if you have a relative in India to go to the police to report this case, the police will identify the owner of the telephone number and will easily be able to arrest that thief

swissguy is a scammer BEWARE
What happened:: He said he was selling b365 and betfair accounts and posted a couple of fake vouches. I contacted him about buying a b365 and betfair account. Told him I'd not go first and he kept crying and trying to how me proof till I felt bad and sent the money first as it's only 150. Turns out even such a sum is a big deal where he's from (India) and apart from excuses since that point on I haven't gotten anything. Oh and he also says he's Swiss when you can clearly ascertain he's not.

You said only a nickname. I am sure he work now under other name. What is he talking about? For what you paid him a money? Users here must to know about the scam. Maybe somebodies met him.
He said he has courtsiding info and takes 1000 as entrance fee and then I send him 1000 as a deposit on his neteller Prateek Solanki ptsolagr@gmail.com.He said he will rollover that money and send me my 1000 back + profit. He recommended guy UG Tippers on skype but I think it was swissguy all the time.
It's been over 45days from his last message on skype and he didn't response...
Also I borrowed swissguy personally 150 and bought bet365 accs for 500.
Accs been blocked after make first deposit and 150 he never gave me back.
Fuck accs but I've lost 2150 for him.
