@OP, why do you let these users to create more drama here in the forum if your team already made the plan to keep them silent by paying money? This isn't the first time when your team has given extra bonuses to keep these blackmailers silent. Perhaps, it is the 3rd or 4th time when DuckDice team has done the same thing. Have you seen those people to get support from reputable forum members of this forum?
Anyway, you are encouraging these types of users to do similar things again by finding a mistake or typo from your casino. We don't see this type of complaints against any other casinos.

May we know how the resolution has been done here? You were trying to speak for all other users. Did they give some compensation to all the users who weren't aware of the changes? Or have you changed your plan after getting more additional bonuses from DuckDice team? I believe that you have changed your mindset after getting more money from them, isn't it? What about your complaints on Askgamblers?Actually it was becouse you said that the issue is now solved since they paid me extras, also the nutildah and the Casino Guru emailed me and told me that the casinos have right over the bonuses to give it or take it,

I read your entire post history and I don't understand what you're complaining about. DuckDice owed you a bonus of $20 per outdated terms of service, they gave you $25, and then you opened a flag on them which says you were "not made whole." How were you not made whole? You came out of the situation with an extra $5. As others have pointed out, you're the only person to ever complain about this issue. What do you want them to do exactly?

There is a lot of reasons to support the flag against duckdice, this is not I am the only one who give me a little a bonus and called it settled, This is about I was the one who find it out, I didn't come straight here to complaint, I sent them couple of times PMs in April told them to correct it, Instead of working on it, I was told to stop making accusations and I was muted when I raise the concern in chat (As they didn't wanted anyone to know this). duckdice admit that the ToS was out dated and they misguided users and refunded me 25$ instead of 20$.
but the refund to me is not the solution, they knowingly run the deposit bonus with the same ToS for months and SCAMMED hundreds if not thousands of users.
This is not the first time duckdice missleaded with bonuses if you read the link I posted you will know that they have attempted earlier too

BTW, currently I can't see any reason to support your flag. Because you are the only one who has complained about this. And DuckDice team have given you a little bonus as compensation. And you can easily do the same wager with this amount which you did with the deposit bonus model.

Their casino ranking score will drop every time they don't respond to an Askgambler issue created by a user. It's like they don't even bother responding to any complaint over there. If you stand by your statement that this was simply a misunderstanding and not a scam, prove it by compensating everyone affected user and nnot just the one person who speak in public.
No one else complained about this yet except you. So, we can assume that most of the users are already aware of this from the beginning. Otherwise, some of them accepted the changes normally by knowing about it from the support. The information of terms or FAQ pages are indeed very important for a casino, those are considered as the constitution of the casino. Users consider the information of FAQ page as a valid source. It was a great mistake from DuckDice team to not update the information when they made the changes.Now I would like to suggest you to create a topic in DuckDice forum about this and ask for the feedback from other users. If you want to raise your voice for the other users of the casino, then you have to do it in their community first. We will see that what the other users say there. BTW, I can see that DuckDice team has already updated their FAQ page information.

Sorry for not attending to this sooner, it went under our radar for a while. Our main BTT talk liaison has been preoccupied.
The issue is that OP says he was 'scammed' because he used our deposit bonus, believing it should contribute to his levelling up. Unfortunately, this was not the case; we had to remove it some time ago because it was leading to certain abuse mechanisms.
The issue on our side? We hadn't updated a FAQ section that we don't even have a link to on the main page anymore, as we are aware it is woefully out of date.
However, we recognise it's not ok to display out-of-date information, so we have refunded the original user 25 dollars (5 dollars more than their original deposit bonus claim) today.
Sorry, it took a while, but can we please recognise that this is an over-the-top response, a scam? My lord.
Hope, regardless, since the original amount has been refunded, can we consider this matter settled now?

Hello bobstone, may I know if you have refunded to all the users the same? It was not only me who get SCAMMED but thousands of users, Your admin was informed (I got evidences) almost 2 months ago. Why the action was not taken? I Have opened a case on Askgambler.
The ToS at duckdice promised that that your level will increase, Your referral can get the commission from deposit bonus and you can increase the faucet amount to claim real money. If you think your ToS was out of date it was still live on your website which make impact.
Like I didnt cancel the deposit bonus because of your ToS. I wanted at a stag to cancel it but when I read the ToS it was horrible. so the ToS that benifits you are ok but the ToS that benefits users somehow is not ok?
