My refund date for 2TH/s Rig was also May 10, and I emailed them on Saturday along with sending a registered letter. Today I called up and spoke to Kerim, and he changed the order status to Cancelled. He also told me there will be some delay in processing the refund. I answered that I can wait 30 days at most before looking at legal options.

I know there are other people here who are planning to register a criminal or civil case with the Swiss police. I can join your efforts if I feel that Bitmine are not going to pay what they owe me.

Does anyone know how much the power consumption of the Neptune will be? An educated guess? I already have an order on the Bitmine 2TH rig which consumes 3 KW so I can't have anything more than 2 KW in my apartment

Also, how high is the risk of fire on these rigs? I am concerned since we don't have smoke detectors in our old Denmark apartments, and having two units would double the risk. From what I have read on these forums KnC units have been going up in smoke now and then. Does such an event lead to a fire hazard inside an apartment?

Matt, I created my order 5 days ago when it was still saying Feb 24 shipping. I have been unable to transfer using BTC so will now do a wire transfer. If you receive my bank wire in the coming week can you confirm that my Prospero X3 will be available on February 24? BTW I also included hosting so I would expect the unit to start hashing on Feb 24 or 25 at the latest.

Also, how confident are you that the Prospero X3 Batch 1 will indeed hit the Feb 24 target date, given that there is no news on the ASIC tapeout as yet. With two months left, and the Spring Festival holiday in China that leaves barely 7 weeks for tapeout, server prototyping, and testing.
