I had a board go out on a S9 a few months ago and went thru bitmainwarranty.. And the whole process was smooth...I submitted a request for repair...They sent back a repair ticket number and address and instructions on where to ship board. They are located in Denver Colorado...USA.. I shipped board...within 2 days after they received it they said it could be repaired....They sent an invoice which is paid thru Amazon...and I had my board back a few days after that. The whole process from start to finish was about 12 days.

What friggin difference does it make?...if they pay daily you get paid every day...if its like nice hash you could get paid weekly...most places you can set your own thresh hold and get paid instantly as soon as you reach that mark...Hmm lets research..do i want to get paid at 1300 hours or 1700 hours...geez.

I was wondering why almost every block being found has the tag NYA...New York Agreement?...Slushpool blocks being found dont have that tag...is that why we only getting 1 block every 6 hours now?..Or is it just the luck has been bad.

How do you go about getting a payment that was never received?.... Ive never had a payment issue before and today about 6 hours ago I got an email saying i received a deposit from slushpool....No big deal I get deposits about every 2 days....This deposit today has not showed up in my wallet at all...usually it sits there waiting for confirmations but this time nothing.... transaction id is    b7a14a5f0e0a41759f80b8b73069d08470d6e35423a191c7640bc16db745ea91    it also said this... Warning! this transaction is a double spend. You should be extremely careful when trusting any transactions to/from this sender. What is going on?

when i name worker in that tab it wont allow a "." before workername      I have everything exactly same as 1st unit except named worker2 instead of worker1   and it connects to other pools...Im sure im being stupid but not sure what the issue is....1st unit setup looks like this works fine......URL  stratum+tcp://stratum.slushpool.com:3333

my first unit listed under workers tab at website named worker1   no "." before name.

everything looks good...this time just changed to same worker name as first unit    worker1     It fails to my backup pool without a problem...I dont want to  mine in my back up though....lol... i dont mind combining both units as 1 if that what im doing by naming them the same.

second unit worker name i have as follows      USERNAME.worker2           my first unit which running fine is     USERNAME.worker1      I have the  "." between my account name and worker name...

Quick question from a noob...I have an S9 thats been mining at slushpool for a few weeks...I just got a second one today and having issues pointing it to slushpool.... I have everything the same in address as first S9 I have    USERNAME.worker1      On new unit everything same except named USERNAME.worker2     I went to worker tab on control panel from website and created a new worker named worker2...Am i missing something?

I have an S9 i just put online here and the guy I bought it from said to NOT update the firmware on the S9 I have... He said it is the old "GOOD" firmware..whatever that means...so i will leave it...On unit it says Ver1.0 What is best for the pool?....I have a second one coming this week but unsure of what firmware version will be on that unit...I'm new to this so still learning...

Noob here just added an S9 a couple days ago....Just trying to verify one small thing...I know i just joined pool and rewards will be small to begin with... Under my rewards tab it shows I earned   0.00020383     0.00054926    0.00067383    for the last 3 blocks... Under payment tab it shows as a payment and I have not received anything. All three of the previous blocks have matured and i thought they get paid once "matured". Do I have to have more BTC to get paid ..I thought anything below 0.00001000 does not get paid. Sorry for the dumb question...

Just joined the pool hope all is up and hashing for the pool.... Worker name is LVMining....... Ordered 2 s9's only 1 received so far 13.8 TH/s...so will be doubling in a couple weeks....Thanks for the help earlier....

Hello Kano...Thanks for the quick reply. Looks like Ive found a home for my miners. A few of us here in Las Vegas decided to start a small set up and see how it goes. We all realize its a long term investment thing and understand that it may be too hard to mine from a basement... We have resources to add more Hash Power if need be... Problem I see will be during summer here in Las Vegas...but plan on using dryer ducting to route hot air directly outside. Will be registering new workers ASAP we have 2 S9 units that are coming on the March 7th Batch...They say 14.5 TH/s   we shall see. May have more questions in future but I am a quick learner... Instead of putting my money in slot machines I put it into Bitcoin atm machines and buy Bitcoin, winner every time!

noob here...just ordered 2 Antminer S9's  and have been looking at many pools to decide to start in... they are the 14.5 TH/s batch that just shipped....Will the 2 S9's in this pool be able to get me around 0.4 bitcoin per month?
