the German government is selling the Bitcoins because they need money to fix their mistakes .... At the moment we have the stupidest criminally corrupt government since World War II in Germany
They sold it because they had to. All that BTC was seized from criminals.

Re: Just tap on your mobile and get rich! What is the main purpose?
When I open Instagram, I see many people promoting projects like Tapswap, Hamster, etc, and assuming that the audience is stupid by promising a great life and a lot of money. But there is a positive point here because regular people are learning a lot about digital currencies. In my opinion, users can only make a few hundred dollars from these bots, which isn't bad, but the reality should be made clear to people. Do you think it's really that easy to get rich with just a few taps?
It's easy to become rich in a few taps. For 1% of people or less. And not with those bots. Most people won't get too much, and won't become interested in crypto. So I think that all this stuff is a cancer.

I'm just keeping my coins in OWNR wallet and keeping my seed phrase on a piece of paper. I'm using it only on my phone and doing my best to keep it clean. And not using unknown Wi-Fi.

Well, they actually do not invest at all. So I made a decision to invest on my own. But they know that I have crypto, the asked a few things, but they do not show too much interest.

Re: Is it time for Litecoin to shine again?

I think that it will keep its place, there are a lot of other altcoins that are as cheap as Litecoin, but more popular. Kinda sad, Litecoin was one of the first cryptos I used.
While you are scared, El Salvador keeps buying the dip every day.
it seems like El Salvador is taking advantage of the current market conditions and adding to their Bitcoin holdings. As of now, they own 5,700 Bitcoin, which is quite a significant amount. It's an interesting strategy and shows their confidence in the long-term potential of cryptocurrency. anyways for now i'm happy about the halving and will be celebrating it with the Halving carnival Bitget exchange is organizing, who knows if i can win some free bucks and buy bitcoin too
what are your thoughts on this Anon ?
Well, good for them I suppose. Currently, I still prefer buying altcoins. That's a dip, but it doesn't feel like BTC is cheap now, when I was buying it below $20,000 last year. I'm not saying that it's a bad idea to buy it now, but I chose another path.
LTC is a good coin, and selling SHIB for it seems like a good choice. I don't think that it has a too bright future, but there is a chance.
Well indeed that Litecoin is a good coin but it is depending in timing as Meme coin seems to be fast moving when there are a BS condition of market that favors meme coins , but litecoin on the other hand is slow moving currency and looking at its position now and from the movement what happened ? i believe that LTC needs long time before spending a good position in the market again because it has been in the 3rd rank in the past.
It seems like the best days for LTC are gone. It's kinda sad, actually, it was one of the first coins I used and it still works great.

Well, I found another reason to hate Ripple and XRP. I had enough of them already, to be honest.

Re: When will Michael Saylor and MicroStrategy sell BTC?
1. I don't think that they are gonna sell Bitcoin. But I'd love to see how the market and community would react to that. 2. I think the price would drop significantly, the biggest BTC bull is selling his BTC, imagine that. 3. Not really, I was DCAing when it was cheaper, but now I just switched to altcoins.

To be honest, I'm just buying coins that were tested over time. ETH, ADA, and SOL, for example. I'm not into new stuff, it's too risky for me.

I have about 80% in Bitcoin. 15% or so is in ETH, there rest in ADA, and a few small altcoins. I'm not really a risky person.

Depends on what are you trying to achieve. I suggest you to do your own research and make a decision. But I would just invest it in 1 coin. If BTC is not an option, because currently it's kinda expensive, I'd invest it in ETH.
my favorite memecoin is doge the reason is simple the first memecoin and the one that gave me huge profits and if it wasn't for doge there would be no such thing as memecoin hype i think doge and elon musk created the memecoin hype until now it still continues so my favorite memecoin is doge to the moon
You're the lucky one if you got profits from DOGE. I didn't manage to sell it at the right moment. But I don't think that it's a problem of a coin, of course.

Re: Are memecoins really important for the crypto market?
Do you support the existence of memecoin in the crypto market?
Have you ever invested in memecoin? Which memecoin is that?
Has your investment in memecoin brought you joy, profit or loss?
1. I don't support it, but I'm not against it, I'm just not interested in that market, I think that it's highly speculative. 2. I invested in Doge 3. I still have it, it did bring some joy, wow, a DOGE coin, how funny. But then I just wanted to sell it, but I didn't do that when it topped, and now I'm just waiting for the good moment to get at least some profit from it.

The only memecoin I'm holding is DOGE. And just because I didn't manage to sell it at the top and now it's red. I hope I'll be able to just sell it at a little profit.

Oh, I'm not panicking. I wasn't expecting it to go wild as soon as the year began. I've been in crypto for quite some time already, I'm used to stuff like this. A calm mind is the key.

I don't think that we'll be able to make him pay. he's got a huge audience that doesn't know about that or doesn't care. And I'm pretty sure he'll be able to not get caught with that.

Re: Google and X ads are the new weapon for crypto scammers
This is problem with these platform that anyone can place any ads if they spend some money. If a project needs to be verified by the team or any 3rd party to run ads in google or twitter then we would have seen a quite improvement in the ad industry as well. Though it is practically expensive to do, this is just an idea. Every time I go into twitter some ICO sale pops up or some dude asks about minting NFTs. By seeing all these, I do realize that we should cross check a project to other legit platforms if we get to know about it on social media and interested in it.
It's a problem almost everywhere, lol. People should learn how to be safe on the internet and how not to click on every link and perhaps these scams would become less big and common.
