Im here because i see some well know Crypto investors buying into this project.

NFT growing strong and No.7 Marketcap.  Interesting project.  Watching closely.

+1 For Freewallet.io  (not to be confused with that shady eth freewallet).

I have been using XCP Counterparty's freewallet for 4+ years  i just found out today, the older version 0.9.9 (something like that) Does not auto update.

So i went to the counterparty website and updated to new version.  0.9.19  and there are many more features in the wallet and everything looks unlocked (so you dont need to hold Xchainpepe nft for example)

Bittrex have Gone Scam, just like HitBTC.

I suspect they have been bought out by criminals to launder money.   None of the "old Guard" is left.   

Im having issue there and the support, did reply once after 3 or 4 days and they completely ignored my message and replied with a question completely different and ignore my actual problem.  100% Scammer.  AVOID

Yeah, i have Yubikey on email now.     There is zero explanation why people got locked out, they just did.

The Point is. Its impossible to get back into Gmail once you are locked out.
The links are useless as you end up stuck in a loop where Gmail says they cant verify its you and so on.

These are the countless posts im seeing from people and i now know this from personal experience. Gmail think, "just make another one" Which is all fine and well unless you need your email to log into exchanges.

Which is useless, But reading online many who have 2fa backups also face the same problem.

Yes, there are many links of "help" but trust me, NOTHING HELPS.  Gmail will put you in endless loop of "we need more time" "We cant verify you"  There are many stories like mine, accounts 10+ year old with absolutely no way of contacting anyone from gmail.

Looking on official threads, the "help staff" say "my hands are tied" "nothing we can do".

It a big problem for many, but a even bigger problem for people in Crypto who will find themselves locked out of exchanges.

Exchanges need to be warning people against using Gmail. Its really that bad.

WARNING.  Do NOT use GMAIL for Exchange emails.

This happened to me recently, i have been locked out of my Gmail account with absolutely No way at all of ever getting "back in".  A quick search online and you will see posts from thousands of people worldwide, though absolutely no fault of their own, locked out of Gmail with absolutely no way of ever getting back in, even with 2FA on account.

Googles FULY AUTOMATED system is a nightmare and always leads to a dead end.

So PLEASE heed my warning and do not use Gmail.   I am currently locked out of my Bitrex account because i need to click a link in my email to log into account, you have to do this if

1. you are signing in from new location or your computer does not save locations, uses VPN.
2. you have not signed in for 30 days.

NOTE: Bittrex now for 4 days have not replied to my request for change of email, BUT obviously i had to make this request from another account as i can not log into Bittrex ZenDesk as i also need to click email link (thats im locked out of) to sign into help desk.

I am shocked that this is not more well known in Crypto, but believe me, there are going to be more and more posts about people getting locked out of account with no access ever again to funds.

If anyone here, has ever got back into a locked gmail account, please let me know how you done it.  Also to add, im signing in with same computer, location, ip as i have done so for the last 7 years, Gmail has gone "rogue".

PS: DO NOT send your DOVU Tokens to HitBTC.  They are SCAM exchange. I made this mistake!

HitBTC will tell you that you sent to a old address that no longer "works" and to make a new address.   Then they will tell you it will "Take some Time" to credit your new wallet address with the tokens you sent to "old" wallet address...  7 days later still waiting, no chance of seeing tokens again.

HitBTC is well known, very well known (now i have done some digging) to be a really shady exchange working with scammers. Avoid at all costs.

CoinMarketCap Need to remove and mark this Exchange as a SCAM.

But they dont... They let users get scammed daily. HitBTC lists many coins a lot of shady/scam ICO projects, they fake volume to keep coin "alive" so you send coin to them.

I check coinmarket cap for DOV DOVU token, a scam ico, sent the only place they were trading was  HitBTC, so sent the DOVU tokens and they never appeared ( everything is 100% correct) you can check on the "system" they have and it shows my deposit arriving on exchange a few moments after i sent it and nothing in my balance and there wont be. Its gone.

How the hell they are still operating i dont know, the FBI will shut down Silk Road, where people actually got goods and what they paid for, but here you have a outright scam stealing peoples funds daily and they are fee to do so.

My next stop is to the FBI, maybe being Russian exchange they are helpless, so i will also send report to https://www.econsumer.gov/#crnt

the more people who report them, hopefully one day they will get shut down.

DO NOT USE HitBTC.

100% Scam exchange, Do not send them any KYC, it will be used against you for fraud documents or to try and steal even more money from you.

All you can do is reach out to https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/    report exchange and one day it will be shut down, they will blame a hack of course and get away with robbing everyone, but we must do our best to prevent anyone else getting scammed.

Also reach out to coinmarketcap to remove the exchange from listings. I am shocked they have them listed.

its now 2021 and HitBTC Exchange Scam is still going strong.

You need to go to coinmarketcap, report the exchange as scam and get them removed from there.

Its terrible coinmarketcap still have them listed.

Also, it is not just the exchange thats scams, they have Telegram channel and its used solely to scam people again  with a team of scammers trying to rob people.

What ever you do, dont send any KYC, they will be using it for illegal documents and all kinds.

UPDATE: 20th January 2012. This is still on the table, i have had contact from one of the partners at Newton Partners.   
 The share holders still hold 20% stake in company / $DTB.

But we could be handed over everything that was developed and created.  I guess then, we would swap $DTB over to ERC 20 chain.  But it would be up to investors to take project forward.

NFT's are looking to have a big year, maybe something can be done along these lines.   I just dont know how we could incorporate the "Token" (dtb) into the project and have a income to keep developments going.

Would love to know if any of these scammers have been brought to justice.

I have lost a small fortune to ICO scams, nearly wiped me out completely and caused untold stress and health issues.

I wont stop until i see these scammers in Jail.   There must be a way to catch these people and stop them from destroying lives and families.
