Please check that you have held your ETH.
If you have used more than 50 FINNEY during the Proof Of HODL period you need to transfer it back to your account and claim the tokens.

The whole reason why this project exist is to incentivise the HODL.
If you provide your ETH address I can tell why do you have an error exactly.

We have already provided the information on telegram for the first question.
And for the second point yes you are correct, just make sure that you have at least the registered amount when you claim. (a variation of 50 finney is allowed to account for transaction fees)
