I have nothing against it in particular, but its claims of being revolutionary rightfully belong to the creators of CryptoNote instead.

Mmh, Ich kanns mir nicht vorstellen, dass die chinesische Regierung auf Dauer zulassen würde, dass sich HongKong demokratischer entwickeln könnte. Im Gegenteil. Der Wille Pekings ist eine immer weitergehende Anbindung Hongkongs an den Rest von China. Peking möchte die Kandidaten für die Wahlen selbst bestimmen und den Bürgern Hongkongs nur noch aus diesen dann wählen lassen. Also gelenkte Wahlen. Wohl kaum möglich, dass da Bitcoin als Zahlungsmittel zugelassen wird. Eher rollen da wieder die Panzer.Ich bin kein all zu großer Fan von Litecoin.

Auf Dauer gesehen keine!
Immer nur soviel Geld auf den Börsen liegen lassen, wie man notfalls verkraften kann zu verlieren.
Alles übrige würde ich eher generell in einer Wallet auf einer externen HDD liegen lassen, als es einer anonymen Börse langfristig anzuvertrauen.

Hier alle Exchanger gelistet http://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/ und alles was da als zweite Coin gelistet wird geht meist auch gut. Cryptsy beispielsweise viel Handel mit Dogecoin, gleich dahinter Darkcoin <- da auf Kurs schauen.
Cryptsy & Bittrex machen zusammen etwa soviel wie BTC-E alleine schafft, aber in Altcoins.
Der Markt der Altcoins hängt bis heute leider noch immer am Tropf vom großen Bitcoin.
Es gibt nun erste Bewegungen , die einen Markt unabhängig von Bitcoin schaffen wollen. Dies würde zu einer Unabhängigkeit jener Alts führen und wohl auch ihren Wert im Vergleich zu anderen steigern.
Bis das diese Marktunabhängigkeit erreicht ist, heißt es nach wie vor. Bitcoin rauf - Altcoins auch rauf. Bitcoins runter und der Alt-markt geht unter!

PS: Ich schweife wieder ab. Also HOT COINS, der [ANC] Anoncoin wird Geschichte schreiben als erster Scam bei dem der Developer eine unbegrenzte Anzahl an Coins wird dumpen können, wohl so um den 15. herum. Bis dahin krabbelt der Kurs und geht rauf und noch "raufer". Ist einen Blick wert.
Wie kommst du auf diese Idee denn? Kannst du das irgendwie belegen oder ist das nur eine diffamierende Behauptung?

Die Fahrt nach Bochum od FFM wäre kein Problem wenn man wenigstens 3-5 BTC tauschen könnte, ohne diesen Verifickation-Schnickschnack.

Gebe dir damit Recht, dass es an den Grundideen Satoshis vorbeigeht. Aber denkst du wirklich, dass es ohne staatliche Genehmigung in Deutschland möglich ist, einen Bitcoin ATM irgendwo aufzustellen?

Mach doch mal einen Familienausflug dahin.
Ich frag mich ja immer, ob die Leute hier ernsthaft glauben, dass bei einem zusammenbruch unseres Währungssystem plötzlich sich alle in Bitcoin flüchten? Ich meine, die Menschen "vertrauen" dem bisherigen Geldsystem. Wieso sollten sie, wenn das Vertrauen darin erschüttert wird, alles in diesen ominösen Bitcoin umschichten?
Ganz einfach.a) Weil es objektiv keine bessere Asset-Klasse gibt dies zu tun. --> theoretische Beleg
b) Lehrt dies die Geschichte bereits: Weil die Menschen es in Argentinien zB. schon in der Vergangenheit getan haben. (Und gut damit gefahren sind.)
--> empirischer Beleg aus der Praxis
Schade, dass die Idee mit der Unabhängigkeit Schottlands nicht geklappt hat. Wohlmöglich wäre das ein Sprungbett für Bitcoin gewesen, wenn dann jeder die Vorteile von Bitcoin vor Augen geführt bekommen hätte.
So müssen wir abwarten. Aber ich sehe der Entwicklung von Bitcoin und Co. sehr positiv entgegen. Der Trend heißt Globalisierung, die Währung ist bis heute leider aber nicht global und Bitcoin hat als eine der wenigen Währung und als eine der digitalen Währungen die Fähigkeit zur globalen Währung zu werden.
