Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
in the world millions of the people suffering with stress. generally stress comes from our pressure, problems and tensions. so we have to avoid those all the bad stuff. reducing stress we have more ideas those are like doing exercise regularly it gives us new energy and doing yoga mediation also reducing stress. sleep atleast 8 hours per day. and take proper food in daily life. listening music, body massage and and spending with friends those are reducing our stress.
