I completed the registration process up until the point where I have to click on the confirmation link. From there, it just takes me to the new account page. Attempting to redo the registration process from there results in an error message that basically translates into my e-mail address already being in use.
So what's the problem? I'm certain I did everything right when registering.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place to ask, but every time I try to PM someone, it tells me I already posted something about 360 seconds ago. The time between the last message and the one before that well exceeds 360 seconds. So what's the problem?
Any forum activity (including logging in) is counted, messaging isn't independent of that.
