John Rice has taken his love for crytpocurrency and Deed to a whole new level. Rice, who resides in Leeds, England, first started researching crypto in November of last year after reading an article about blockchain technology.

“I love technology. It was the blockchain technology that really got me interested,” Rice said. “I studied and studied it and realized it was going to change the world in the future big time. I thought to myself what businesses that are going to use blockchain will be pioneering. I settled on real estate and advertising.”

His interest in real estate led Rice to Deed, an innovative platform that allows property buyers and sellers to secure transactions with a large reduction in agent commission. The standard commission in the industry is 6% for someone selling their home. I think that is great that AI can be utilized to streamline mundane tasks and answer questions from customers and give them the ability to access documents to actually “see” the progress of the real estate transaction.  This eliminates playing “phone tag” with the broker or agent and have their question answered of “What is the status of the transaction?”  or “Where are we at in the deal?”

Right now there are many ICOs coming out, is it really safe to participate in any of it and spend that much? In participating ICOs I have high hopes that these coins could be the next Bitcoin or other currencies that are really going up in the market.

- don't check the twitter or ANN every hour  
- a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient..

Property Investors Raise Income 33% with Deedcoin

So, seeing that the amount of new ICOs are going insane, I am often thinking about which tactics you use to find new prospects?

The new ICOs are spending sick amounts of money on marketing and influencers, and it is becoming hard to distinguish good from bad.

The only real promising under the radar project I have found this month is Welltrado. I base that on a 5.0 rating on ICObench, and a double gold win at d10e. Trustworthy sources in my book.

However I don't want to spend all my allocated money for April on that one project. So guys. Do you know any upcoming ICO projects with great ratings and real-world backing that could be worth a look? I don't give a shit about bitcoin talk  hype. Give me something real, not bought by coin drops and affiliate bullshit!

It is safer to invest in an ICO with a product but it's the ones that start from zero that gives you the huge returns on investment.  They may start at zero but if they meet every step in their roadmap, the price will usually rise at every step.
