Would be glad for info.

This coin looks good and I like the idea of distribution through faucets.

Can you tell in short what advantages will have Manta in comparison to Blackbytes (anonymous coins of other DAG currency - Byteball Bytes)?

Thanks!

Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments

Hello everybody,
I have a question about withdrawals on Kucoin. In accordance to the info from devs it's already working. Anyway there is still information:

"
Tip:

1. We will process your withdrawal in 30 minutes, it depends on the blockchain when the assets would finally transfered to your wallet.

2. To enhance the security of your assets, if your withdrawal amount is larger than 5,000 XRB, we have to manually process your request, please double check your withdraw address.
"

I tried to withdraw few coins and it's been more than 30 minutes with the processing status. Why does the withdrawal not working instantly as it should? Is it a problem of Raiblocks or Kucoin exchange? Are they gonna make it faster? I am a little bit worried since they are working on it for more than 2 weeks and still have not solved it.

Both ETH and XRB withdrawal worked fine for me.
ETH took like 5 minutes and XRB maybe 20.

Thanks for info. My withdrawal also worked.

P.S. I read daily info from devs on reddit.

Is ghere any reason why onion is dropping further more even though
The market cap has gone up from 500 to 600bil after the correction?

Would apreciate answers Smiley

Maybe some guys don't believe in this coin and they took advantage to sell when the prices increased.

I also have some doubts, since I have not received the answer for my question. There is no technical information here, only HYPE and gratefulness for another airdrop. Marketing is not everything.

anything is possible, even $1,800 USD per 1 BTC, but since Bitcoin is a main currency (like USD in fiat) I don't think we'll see that. BTC remains a coin for exchanging other coins.

This question is very often on job interviews  Smiley As many wrote before I also would like to be totally financial independent. This freedom is better than new cars or other material things that in most of the cases (in my opinion) are not worth it.

The question is if it's possible to become financial independent from investing in crypto  Wink

I think that idea of working through TOR network is great and ensures very high level of anonymity.

Anyway I couldn't find any info about DeepOnion's scalability. This technology is based on PoW + PoS structure, so I have some concerns about possible ability to scale when more users start to use it. What is Onion's transaction limit? How many transactions per second will Onion manage? Taking into consideration problems with BTC and ETH I consider it as the most important issue. In the future people will choose a coin which besides anonymity is fast and have low fees. Will DeepOnion meet these needs?

Hey guys, do you know what is the current and possible Xtrabytes transaction limit (transactions per second)? In accordance to this link (https://www.reddit.com/r/XtraBYtes/comments/7jstfi/how_does_xtrabytes_compare_to_raiblocks/) the maximum is 10 000 TPS. Is that right?

Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments

Guys,

does anybody knows what is the Byteball transaction limit? In accordance to this comparison (https://www.guidetocrypto.com/investing/byteball-vs-iota-vs-raiblocks-directed-acyclic-graph-dac-coin-comparison/) the current limit is 20-30 TPS. Is that right?

It is right but it doesn't mean anything about Byteball scalabilty. For now, byteball-core is coded in a clear and simple manner to be robust and easily understood by new devs. When needed, it will be possible to optimize the code base to increase performance in term of TPS. There is no architectural limit with DAG.

Many thanks for the answer.

I have another question: In the comparison there is 30 second of maximum (theoretical) time for confirmation. However some say, that currently it takes longer, 1-2 minutes or even more. Is it possible to reduce the time in the future?

Re: Is Master Degree Important?
by
Windy_logan
on 13/01/2018, 00:07:09 UTC
I think that in today's world it is not so important. When you have a skill that is currently necessary on the market the experience is much more important. Sometimes Master Degree is usefull, but generally the employer looks what you did and what projects you have finished. I know some people with Master Degree that struggle on the job market and people with Engineering Degree that perform very well.
