Re: Video call for KYC verification
by
XFlowZion
on 16/06/2019, 04:54:22 UTC
I think this is only applicable for people who want higher limits in exchanges or in buying in ICO. It will sound stupid for me if they will insist on investors that has invested lower amounts and it should only be verified through documents. And for that app for  secured video call, I think it will be the projects or companies obligation to find one or a trusted third party to perform it.

Re: Binance is a threat to the crypto space
by

on 15/06/2019, 13:06:24 UTC
Agree to disagree... whenever power is centered on one person or a group of people, there will always be dictatorships and manipulation.. I see a lot of people celebrating Cz on Twitter for delisting bsv.. but what they don't understand is Cz poses a greater threat to decentralization than faketoshi will ever be... even vitalik buterin agrees to this

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.coinspeaker.com/vitalik-buterin-bitcoin-sv-scam-binance/amp/

What power are you talking about? Traders and investors trust Binance and CZ so much and that is why they are very influential and an important factor to the crypto space. The community put Binance on their top spot because their intention is good and if they are not like that then they would not possibly reach what they have now.

Re: For How Long??

I've been holding my altcoins for years now and waiting for bullrun to make a better come back but I'm yet to be confused that this is the real bullrun since many altcoins don't bother favouring from the bullrun, what is going on?Huh

I can really relate to that feeling but I guess that it is still not the time. I believe it will happen when bitcoin makes another all time high that is past $20k. People will sell their bitcoins but most of the traders will diverse it in altcoins that will make them pump just like what happen in the first month of 2018. If you still have money left then just continue to accumulate because like you said, altcoins are still not making a huge move which means they are still considered cheap.

Re: The Bitter Truth about Bounties
by
XFlowZion
on 15/06/2019, 12:33:57 UTC
I'm sure that you guys have experience doing bounty for months and when you are very lucky that you got paid then you check the value of your tokens, it's only $10-$20 in total. It is so heartbreaking to witness that kind of moment. And now I realized that maybe I'll try investing in IEOs and stop bounty hunting because it's the only thing that can make me profit again.

Re: Upcoming potential ICOs/IEOs
by
XFlowZion
on 15/06/2019, 12:22:25 UTC
As bitcoin is on its bull-run phase, more money will be poured into the market. ICOs/IEOs will be consequently benefited from that. This has been proven in 2017's end. Do you guys have any recommendations for upcoming potential ICOs/IEOs? Give some explanation for your choice if possible.

Based on my own research, Binance and Okex exchange are both doing great in their IEOs. IEOs are the talk of the town and they are giving the best roi in the past months. Mostly those exchanges that are in the top with the highest volume are the most favorite go to of investors. So forget those ICOs or STOs and try to invest again with the magic of IEOs.

Re: Are altcoins useless?
by
XFlowZion
on 15/06/2019, 02:46:58 UTC
Some of them have real use cases and the rest of 90% are just there because of the bandwagon. I'm so thankful that IEOs existed because we can now eliminate much more scam with the help of exchanges. Because I remember that there are still a few scams before that really looks very legitimate and that is what I wanted to be stopped so they won't be added to thousands of useless altcoins in the market.

Re: Will new alts projects take over the lead?
by
XFlowZion
on 15/06/2019, 02:33:33 UTC
It's not important what coin is new or old or what coin is in the top or below, the thing is that any altcoin can take the lead of they exceed people's expectation through out the years with their project development. Even if it is just a 6months or 1 year coin in the cmc but they have acquired several big partnerships then they will definitely take over the lead in the future.

Re: IEO is not for crypto startups
by
XFlowZion
on 15/06/2019, 02:18:15 UTC
In my opinion, IEO is not for crypto startups that are seeking funds to kick start their project but for projects that have raised capital already or have rich advisor and team to fund the project. Fund-raising through IEO can be very challenging for startups that need money to kickstart their project, because they will need large amount of money to conduct their tokensale on good exchanges, as this exchanges only list projects that meet their legal requirements and can also afford to pay their listing fees. So the best means to raise money or capital for new projects is to present their proposal to Venture capital firms or Angel investors.

If they don't have the  money then they can ask their VC investors to help them afford the listing on IEOs. IEOs are not just very attractive on investing but also very successful. Any startup companies will have many advantages doing it like the exposure and the name of that huge exchange that makes them popular. Though, I would advise them to choose either Binance, Okex, Huobi or Kucoin to lauch their IEOs.

Re: What would happen to banks?
by
XFlowZion
on 14/06/2019, 13:42:26 UTC
There will be a sure massive layoff in the banking industry. I can compare to what is happening to videogames stores or toy stores is going to happen to bank. The leading toy store has already closed while popular videogames stores are losing more than 90% of their sales because of games going digital. A lot of people will choose to keep their crypto even banks offer good conditions in the future because we all know how banks are very smart on making charges on everything.

Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars?
by

Moon or Mars are both low for me, it's just like wishing only for 5 digit value of bitcoin. Why can't we dream for more like bitcoin to the another galaxy? I'm really feeling that $100k is going to happen because we still have a lot of months in this year but it's okay if it will  happen in 2020 as long as it will happen.

Re: In the future, will fiat currencies be necessary in the world?
by
XFlowZion
on 14/06/2019, 13:16:24 UTC
I know it's funny to say this but I'm certain that those who are rich and feeling rich are going to treat fiat as a 'currency of the poor'. There will be famous celebrities that are going to have the 'ew' or 'yuck' feeling in their posts,  when they just saw a glimpse of it and that is when cryptocurrencies mass adoption is on full mode.

Re: The production of money... is SCAM!
by
XFlowZion
on 14/06/2019, 13:07:37 UTC
Just after the financial crisis in 2009, the journalist Scott Pelley asked Ben Bernanke on the 60 minutes CBS TV show where did they get the money for the AIG bailout in march 14, 2009? was these money of the taxpayer people?

He just said:"No. It isn't money from the taxpayers. The banks has it's own accounts with the Federal Reserve as well as you can have one with one commercial bank."

He continued: "In such way, to loan to a bank, one just simply uses the computer to mark up the size of the account they had with the Federal Reserve"

So he just literally admits they create the 85,000,000,000 usd out of nowhere to rescue the private company. This isn't the way capitalism should work and it's more like socialism where everybody takes the loses  Angry

Apparently, that is the real MAGIC my friend. That is how the rich and powerful people make us all, that are below the system look stupid for all our lives. Whenever they need a lot of money, they just create it while us in the poor sector is going to sacrifice for what  they did by means of inflation. Bank is the real enemy and I can't wait for bitcoin to make their operation shutdown entirely.

Re: How Will FB Coin/JPM Coin Impact the Cryptocurrency Ecosystem?
by

I don't really care about JPM coin and it was already hated and it won't succeed. But talking about Fbcoin, I feel already going crazy on what is going to happen when it gets release and listed. I know that many whale traders or rich traders group will use this opportunity to ride its wave and pump a lot of the digital assets. Just imagine that magic of Fb's Globalcoin getting paired not just with btc but also with the several top altcoins.

Re: Crypto Scams are a global issue
by
XFlowZion
on 14/06/2019, 12:21:41 UTC
We are living in  a modern world where people will do anything illegal on the internet just steal someone's money. I think scam is a broad topic and online scams became pretty popular. There  are a lot of ways scammers can do in the internet like love scam, online job scam, online shopping scam, fake identity scam and so on. So it means that the global issue isn't just about crypto scams but it's within the internet because every scammer is free to do what they want unless they are pursued by international cybercrime division.

Re: How to prevent fraud?
by
XFlowZion
on 09/06/2019, 02:13:19 UTC
Honestly, the best way to prevent fraud is by spreading awareness in the community. Being naive can easily become victim of any type of scam. Scam can also look legit and you'll just find it's a scam after your money was stolen. But if you are aware right from the start of the scam then you will notice the hints or clues of it being a scam. People will always try to fool people for a lot of money when they become desperate or just plain lazy but want to live a luxurious life.

Re: Bitcoin believers/investors are foolish or low IQ people ?
by

Those people who says that are their exact description. Billions of money? And all of them foolish or low IQ people? These guys are just envious and I think they begin saying more nasty things when bitcoin goes to the moon. But to be fair, there are really some foolish people who invest in bitcoin because they did not know anything about it at all or even gave a time to know its fundamental or background and they just bought it for the sake of the hype or get rich quick scheme.

Re: Be Creative and Earn
by
XFlowZion
on 09/06/2019, 01:43:00 UTC
Just happened across an article from May 2018 about a street artist who is earning crypto from his
Graffiti work by placing a QR code for people to send rewards - great idea! >
http://cryptotimes.org/bitcoin/street-artist-nets-1000-bitcoin-qr-codes-murals/

https://www.pboy-art.com/biographie

This goes to show there are many ways to earn crypto and the lesson is to be creative and think
outside the box. We can all earn crypto legitimately if we put our minds to the task and market
the idea.

Im just throwing it out there but I would love to read a part fiction/part historical novel about the
creation of Bitcon and Satoshi Nakamoto

This is purely genius! The artist don't need to be there like continuously drawing because he can get the donation via digital transaction. Normal exhibition like this is you need to be there for many hours doing your art so people will put their fiat on your donation box. This just makes me wonder if charities post their needs on crowded places with photos of kids who needs help in poor areas then I'm sure it will be a success.

Re: KYC should be for big whales
by
XFlowZion
on 08/06/2019, 07:20:37 UTC
I'm here today to drop my own point about how KYC should be use
- KYC requirement for bounties and airdrops is so unreasonable ,KYC implementation is no doubt a good idea but it should be forced only on big investors that wants to buy large amount of a token either From Exchanges
- there should be limit for KYC requirements e.g like if an investor wants to buy 10,000$ worths of tokens upward then he or she must go through KYC ,just saying

As far as I know, there are only two reasons why ICO bounties implements KYC right from the beginning or in the end of the campaign. One is because if the jurisdiction in their country and second is for not wanting to pay all of the participants. If KYC happens at the end, then there is a 90% chance that it is because of the second reason because if they already know it is in the jurisdiction then they should have told us right from the start. But they don't and they see it as a huge benefit with having a lot of participant giving them free service.

Re: The reason we need cryptocurrencies
by
XFlowZion
on 08/06/2019, 07:04:33 UTC
I always see cryptocurrency as the new hope for a better world for the next generation. If only all the people around the world knows how shady the people in the bank industry do their evil deeds. There are also a lot of complaints of theft going on in several accounts but these banks don't really care to reimburse it unless it is shown in the media. That's a lot of money and we could never know if the banks did not really know anything about it.
