Нет, это не связано с этим. Ранги не снижаются в связи с долгим отсутствием или "всякими провинностями и негативами". Посмотрите, например, на аккаунт Сатоши. Сколько его уже нет на форуме а ранг не уменьшается. У высоких рангов это происходит по тем же причинам, что вы написали для нубов. Был случай, в нашем разделе был удалён один топик, после чего один из пользователей в один момент из Legendary превратился в Jr. Member.

The point is that the absolute majority of posts in your topic are not related to your service and look like off-topic posts, and some posts even look like plagiarism. If you want to announce articles on your blog, limit yourself to the title of the article and be sure to provide a link to your article. There is no need to post excerpts from the article itself. If one of the users is interested in your article, he will be able to follow the link and read the article in full on your blog.

Я тут краем уха услышал от беженцев, что украинский Приватбанк ввёл услугу пополнения своих карт с помощью Google Pay. При чём здесь крипта спросите вы? А что если, например, покупать предоплаченные карты за крипту, привязывать их к Google Pay и таким образом пополнять карты Привата? У меня нет возможности это проверить, может кто-нибудь из местных украинцев может это проверить? И вообще, возможна ли такая схема в принципе?
