Re: Why mad people shouldn't be killed
by

There is nothing wrong with "being" a "mad person" or with just "being" anything in fact. Its is when the violent actions of a person cause injury or death to another person it then becomes an issue. There many "sane" people who commit homocide and violent assault also.

It is down to wheter this person is actually violent and a threat to public safety.

I recollect a case where a violent schzophrenic was held in the tank overnight with general population prisoners and over the course of the night the voices in his head convinced him that the weakest most defenceless prisoner in the holding cell with minor convictions was somehow responsible for an assault on his sister even though his sister was not in the cell and these voices convinced him the best course of action was to murder this defenceless prisoner while other prisoners stood back in horror and then defecate and urinate on him before putting his mattress over him and sleeping peacefully on top of him until the next morning. No alert or panic button was in the cell and no prisoner did anything as many criminals are under the illusion their is some form of dishonour in ratting out a fellow prisoner although common sense would tell a normal person that the best course of action would for prisoners to form a group and overwhelm the 6ft 5 schzophrenic monster with extreme prejudice until he was subdued however it appeared all these prisoners were first time offencedr apart from the one who commited the murder.

In an ideal world both the prison service and the murder would have been punished ...ideally with the schizophrenic with the fantasy line of defence being given lethal injection  in order to attain proper justice for the victim and his family while the prison service personell would have been given mandatory prison sentences for wreckless endangerment to human life and the state pay out comoensation in the tune of millions of dollars however this did not happen. You see if there is no justice there can be no peace and this works BOTH ways whether you are to the left or the right of the political spectrum the majority of low IQ humans are these days.

You don't have the full data. I'll tell you.
This conflict began with Russia's support for Ossetian separatists.
In the early 1990s, South Ossetia proclaimed their independence, which was never recognized by the international community (except for Russia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Syria, and Nauru).

Georgia believes that South Ossetia is its ancestral land, and Ossetians are just another ethnic group. Georgia sees South Ossetia's desire to secede as the result of Russian policy and incitement. Russian provided financial and military support to Ossetian separatists.

In both 2008 in Georgia, and in 2014 and 2022 in Ukraine, Russian propaganda used the narrative that Georgia and Ukraine were committing "genocide" against the Russian-speaking population, which required a "humanitarian intervention." International investigations did not confirm these accusations.

Therefore, claiming that "Georgia attacked Ossetia" is equivalent to claiming that "Ukraine attacked the DPR and LPR."

(It's important to add that Ossetians are a distinct people who are not part of the Georgian ethnic group. It's a pity that they attempted to realize their right to self-determination through armed conflict with Russia's help, just like Abkhazia. Now, having gained independence from Georgia, both Ossetia and Abkhazia are, in effect, under the control of Russia.)

PS. Please research such things a little better. Spreading incorrect information harms the community.

I hate getting into loads of back n forth that requires time and walls of text so literally breaking it down to the most basic point that would give weight to the statement I made earlier skipping the complexities of when South Ossetia was an autonomous oblast within the Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic back in the soviet era. Anyway I am not talking about South Ossetia’s right to self-determination or the right to secession.I am making only a specific point based on legal analysis where back in 1992 after the previous conflict the Russian intervention allowed South Ossetia to become a de-facto independent republic but yes it is still seen as part of Georgia by the "international community".

I am referring to the status quo that was in place back in 2008 to stop an escalation which was broken by Georgian forces and as the Russians took responsibility for "peacekeeping enforcement" they had no choice but to enforce this and yeah anyone with an IQ over 80 is aware of Russian MO with regards using separatists to lay claim to territory but Georgia violated international law when it used force against Russian "peacekeeping" troops stationed in Tskhinvali, and from that moment, Russia’s army had grounds to use force in the "peacekeepers" defense. This is FACT based on international law whether one likes it or not without any form of bias. I understand your bias towards your former homeland but in court emotions and bias along with opinions are worthless and only facts are admissable.

I support neither Russia, Georgia or south ossetians and am just the devils advocate here. I am not part of any "community" or "company" and just a casual observer stating certain facts.

I am not misinformed nor a misinformer. Georgia could have been a whole lot more clever in how it dealt with the situation and only played right into the hands of Russia giving them the pretext they were waiting for to use military force albeit outrageous disproportionate force. All is fair in love and war....

Rusia does NOT have this pretext in Ukraines case because they were not the guarantors of the separatists in the region on paper signed and sealed that would have given them said pretext. I am speaking from a legal point of view no matter if its fair or unfair and I am on point on this "specific" matter and have zero interest in the politics or emotions behind the beligerence. Unfortunately we will have to agree to disagree on this "specific" point but I am pretty clued in like every dog on the street as to how Russia uses the whole separatist stage play in order to bring regions under its sphere of influence.

Moreover, the UN delivers tens of tons of food to Gaza... so where does it go? Why is it eaten by adults?

A civilised adult would ensure the most vulernable as in pregnant women, infants, old people are fed first as a priority. It is astonishing how the mobs of strong aggressive males act like zoo animals towards these convoys ....unless they are battling to get food and supplies for the most vulnerable although I would imaging a large portion of this UN aid is being sold on for a tidy profit.

There needs to be order brought to Gaza and an actual form of administration that takes care of the citizens instead of using them for political gain.

Meanwhile Russia advances by dozens of square miles a day. Soon there won't be any Ukraine to have elections in.

Zelensky will flee to some other country, and since he won't abdicate before he leaves, he will be dictator of Ukraine lands forever. Lol.

Cool

What actual right has Russia to take a whole section of a neighbouring country when this country it has invaded never attacked Russia prior to the invasion. If Ukraine attacked Russia then Russia would have a right to defend itself including going into the territory to remove the threat but Ukraine has not actually attacked the territory of Russia until they were invaded. Now the Russians are offended Ukraine is attacking bases inside Russia? What did they expect?

What is the relationship with the name Goldcoin and the actual asset and if its related to said asset how will Goldcoin compete with the likes of  NatGold being a gold-backed digital token that's verified in ground gold  digitally minted into a blockchain based token or is goldcoin simply for transactions like Litecoin etc?

Elon is going hard at Apple right now on X. He’s saying that he’s going to sue them for anti-trust violations for featuring OpenAI and not X in the App Store. He’s posting videos of how hard it is to find the X app while OpenAI is plastered everywhere. I’m not sure going at Apple is a great idea but maybe he’s got a phone in the works.

Surprising when you think Apple has or is about to sign off on a major deal to hook up every new iPhone to the "starlink" and Apple inc is about to take over the medical industrial complex in conjunction with this deal.

Let me assure you that the only anti-trust that should be realised is a mistrust between ordinary folk and the new technocratic oligarchs who are building out your digital prison of the very near future that people will literally queue up for like rats outside an Apple store. Oh wait..

Elon is quietly building the most powerful intelligence network in the world.

Not for Tesla.

Not for SpaceX.

But for something much bigger...

They head to Europe because Europe is weak. They give them free housing & free money. The reason they don’t go to Saudi Arabia or the UAE is because those countries don’t allow useless migrants. If you want to go to Saudi Arabia or the UAE to live, you need to finance yourself. Those countries don’t allow unskilled, net negative migrants. I’m not sure why European leaders are so desperate to welcome these type of people.

Yes and because europe is ran by crooks also who are accountable only to hidden interests and lobby groups and extremist NGOs. Many european leaders are brazenly profiting greatly from this through shell companies set up in cyprus etc as stakeholders in this whole process that the tax payer is funding. Massive corruption is driving this along with social engineering fanatics.

~Snipped ~

Europeans already know many of their political representatives are on the gravy train setting up processing centres and accomodation housing while getting paid by the tax payer inflated charges for this service so yes, corruption is rife among the eurocrats and because the EU is federated it forces all states withing the federation to comply with these migration policies wheter they like it or not because NGOs, lobby groups, and other groups running experimental social theories are in charge NOT elected representatives.

Nation states within the EU were not even allowed to vet anyone coming across their border seeking asylum where the vast majority of asylum seekers are bogus economic migrants and criminals escaping justice in their own countries.

As for Africa everyone knows that their politicans are naturally corrupt and violent. It is their primitive nature. In 40 years for example the ANC has turned south africa into a proper 3rd world shithole while the political grifters and their friends have looted and destroyed its economy and infrastructure while blaming the white farmers that feed the nation all the while the EFF opposition threaten literal genocide against that last productice people in the cesspit. Same thing in zimbabwae etc. As for central africa etc that is beyond dismal but like I said it is in their nature once they become politicans.

Using Africas resources? Don't make me laugh. The west is the only reason you can actually get said resources out of the ground in a productive manner while your political class cripple its value demanding bribes and transferring all your wealth overseas instead into your tax system. Its your problem. Europeans should only deal with their problems. You all yammer on about colonial pasts forgetting the fact it was your tribal ancestors who supported one side while the other went at the other. Most African slaves were exported by other Africans.Tell me why do the Irish not spend their lives demanding reparations and spew hatred to these colonials when they endured equally and probably far worse than africans? No instead they are the highest educated and wealthiest per capita nation on earth in reality yet they are now being flodded with migrants and being told they have "white priviledge". NO the party is over now so these people need to go back home and stop stealing, raping and murdering european citizens. The qualified doctors, nurses, teachers and academics who are not fanatics can stay.

Same goes for islamists. Head back to where you came from unless you are going to respect the laws, customs and traditions of the countries you have been welcomed to or take the train. When you have migrants coming to your country and calling you a colonial white priviledged person and demand you change your laws, customs and traditions because they are offensive to them its time to remove these people legally and forcefully if nescessary along with all corrupt politicans to the pen. No we cannot go to your countries and make demands or we will have our asses handed to us so the same should be for you when you come to our countries. When you make us as welcome as your people have been made maybe this can be changed.

Why do muslims move to Christian countries and then demand mosques be built to cater for their religion when European Christians cannot go to their countries and demand the same?

Why do Arabs go to europe instead of head east to the UAE, Saudi Arabia etc?

Why do sub saharan Africans head to Nordic countries where the climate is intolerable for most of them instead of heading to say..south Africa?

Why is it ok to mock Christians and Jews and get away without being assaulted while you risk your life doing the same with islamists?

Yes ...time to close the borders before your countries end up becoming a fanatical third world shithole because every native european with an IQ over 80 now understands this and does not want to become a minority in their own countries. Deport all mass migration politicans on the same boat also  Wink

What was Iran like before the Islamic Revolution?

Iran was a great country before fanatics took it over the same way Afghanistan was a great country before fanatical tyrants took it over. I hope the citizens of both these countries make both of these countries great again but unfortunately once fanatics take over they poison the minds of their citizens with the disease of Jihad. Why do western mainly former Christian nations tolerate these types of fanatics demanding mosques and equality for their religion all the while such demands would be met with violence if the shoe was on the other foot?

Israel understands well how fanatics will literally sacrifice every last citizen of their own in order to stay in power while Israel will literally bankrupt itself in order to go an find every last one of their citizens who were taken by force by these fanatics on Oct 7th.

Let us ask the question again? If Hamas wants a ceasefire then why do they not release the hostages they still have taken captive? Why are the food banks raided before the trucks even reach their distribution points?

Trump dropping bombs on a country because they "might" make a bomb, is the most oxymoronic shit I have ever seen.
It is the same as the death penalty, teaching people not to kill, by killing them, oxymoronic shit.?

Well actually if a murderer kills a family while they sleep in their beds in their own home at night the death penalty helps bring a sense of justice to any remaining family members or relatives and eases their grief and lessens their thirst for vengeance because the state has taken this burden from them. Stop trying to simplify complexities with emotional rhetoric.

Also FYI I do NOT support the killing of civilians in Gaza anymore than any normal decent person and do whatever I can to actually help alleviate their situation. Hopefully the people there will purge Hamas out of Gaza themselves or what's remaining of Hamas and also demand Hamas release the remaining hostages or their remains.

I am not sure you have an understanding of the what goes on everyday in this region or how hundreds of rockets fired into your neighborhood on a weekly basis or neighbours chanting for your eradication daily can have an effect on your judgement.

Let God alone be the judge.

Because Israel lost 1.200 innocent civilians in a terrorist attack, it had no choice but to murder close to 60.000 innocent civilians and keeps murdering more every day. And now US must ask China to keep strait of Hormuz open, or US has to enter into open war with boots on the ground? Yes we all believe, great thinking, all praise the tan man, and if we get few more noob accounts parroting that we'll surely believe it even more! Yes all praise the far thinking orange man, and US disarming from nuclear weapons lol, just lay off the drugs man, at least before posting.

Lol I never tried drugs and don't even take cough medicine but nice try to ridicule me in order to weaken what I have said. No I do not agree with the continuing actions in Gaza and a large portion of my wages goes towards charities who provide humanitarian assistance to the poor people caught up in the retribution Hamas has ensured came about because Hamas does not work in the interest of the people of Gaza but in the interests of a powerful supra national cartel who light fires across the globe for their own warped global ideaology but I get your frustration at me because the devil plays chess a lot better than we do and he already has a counter for your counter long before you have even managed to get yourself into the position you will require it. Do NOT argue with the devil, you will LOSE.If the powers that be get enough people like your goodself thinking Israel Bad Iran Good etc then they will work on getting the greatest land bridge from the middle east to europe open like an ocean and a tidal wave of extremist fanatics marching towards Italy, France and Germany if they can get that far and Russia and China to wax their surf boards and ride upon the wave while the surfs up. You have NO idea how little power elected politicans have and how globalist cartels are embedded in all the real places of power in every nation state, major religion etc and they worship their own version of what they interpret God as and mock even the most intelligent atheists as useful idiots who use facts and science to prove their causes for them. No on the contrary President Trump is trying to "MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN" like it was before 1979 ...you know , like before those fanatics destroyed it like they have destroyed every country and civilisation they have ever hijacked with their warped hatred of anyone who is not part of their gang.

You lot here who think Israel and the US are the cause of these escalations have no idea who is the cause of us being steered towards world war 3. The real powers that be ensured oct 7 happened and ensured Israel had little or no choice but to react and ensure it was on a personal level for some people to escalate to keep wolves that had been at their door off their back also. Israel was literally given no choice but to go in this direction and President Trump has made a bold and daring decision that could possibly put an end to the powers that be plans to drag the whole world into the abyss by hitting the nuclear facilities and in turn making the ayatollah's decision for him so he can also save face and make peace without any of the hard liners around him anymore because they are out of the picture. Forget about 3D chess because this president is thinking way beyond that and had quite literally put a stumbling block in the plans of the people who were planning WW3 whether you believe it or not. These same people will now try for option B where they can convince the other beligerents to go to war instead of seeing the bigger picture here in how President Trump has in one move given the Ayatollah an easier exit strategy from this provocative nuclear manifesto into one of a prosperous and cooperative future should he act wisely while maintaining his pride and dignity.

Anyone bitching about the president needs a reality check and step outside of their bubble for a moment to understand nothing is as it seems and the president is literally putting the world first at this stage in trying to bring an end to this nuclear program. North Korea et al should all step away from this madness and then the world should completely disarm from nuclear weapons.

Thank you Mr President!

The August 2008 Russo-Georgian War, also known as the Russian invasion of Georgia,[note 3] was a war waged against Georgia by the Russian Federation and the Russian-backed separatist regions of South Ossetia and Abkhazia. The fighting took place in the strategically important South Caucasus region. It is regarded as the first European war of the 21st century.[31]

That conflict started when Georgia attacked South Ossetia no matter what wikipedia says. The Russians put an end to it in 5 days and no matter what any other idiot source blabbers on about the region there is only of interest due to control of part of an energy pipeline and transit region as was the war in Syria when assad refused to do business on the Qatar transit line on account of the damage to russian dominance of energy supplies it would cause as is the same with Ukraine along with another few reasons. These wars are all about business interests however maybe that is one of the most clever pretexts presented by powers who operate on both sides of the table to bring about something that is not even remotely presented and this pretext is the most logical for the sheople. All the talk about territorial integrity is laughable and can only be easily digested by half wits. Anyone with a few working brain cells knows russia or ruzzia could lay waste to ukraine in a couple of days if it need to even if it wasn't wished for and the powers that be even as fractured as they are will continue to bring about whatever it is they have planned for everyone on a global scale. There are serious games at play here that we have absolutely no idea of the outcome but these current wars are not even the spark on that fuse. They are simply a way of organising things in the future by the old feudal ways with good old common people as cannon fodder ...much like a lethal game of chess but only lethal for the players thrown onto the board.
