If I could pick one crypto that suits for holding, that would be ethereum. Do you agree that this one is good for a holder ?

It's more established than other alts in the market and  companies are adopting it.

I like ETH same u. Now ETH is cheap price. Buy it is best choose.

I live in the US and play mixed games, so SwC Poker is the only place I can play.  As a bonus, they also spread OFC!  :-)

I only play poker on SwC Poker for bitcoin.  They're trustworthy, and I don't really see a reason to play for any other coin or token.

This seems like a pretty fun challenge.  You are going to have to get pretty hot to have any chance at this though.  Good luck!

I think they're legit.  a few years ago, I deposited some btc to play blackjack and forgot about it until I got an email for one of their promotions.  I logged on and my btc was still there, only it was worth many times more than it was when I put it there.  I withdrew it immediately with no issues.

No.  Always save some cash so you can buy more bitcoin when it crashes again.

I keep most of it on a Trezor.  I keep a little on an exchange and on my poker account as well, but only trust my Trezor 100%.

You have to download the bootstrap.  It's here. https://mega.nz/#F!kfY2CRDS!OgcjKCcUB373dzn16wCxZw

I think I have it working now.  Thank you!

Hello, I'm trying to get this wallet to work, but when I watch the setup video, it shows that you have to replace one of the files with that bootstrap download.  However, when I download the wallet and unzip it, I only have the .exe file.  How do I make it so I can see all the other files?  Thank you

Hello, I tried logging into my Kraken account on December 4th and was locked out.  I emailed support and they sent me back an email with a list of questions to answer in order to get my account unlocked.  I also completed that form they tell you to fill out if you want to escalate your issue with support.  I have not heard from the support team since December 4th.  Is there any other way to escalate this?  It would be really nice to have access to my account again.  I'd just like to purchase some more bitcoin.  Thank you!

Regarding Over-Rake Refunds
The investigation into over-raked pots has been completed. We are now loading the data to run a payout script. We expect this process to take up to 36 hours to complete. Once paid out, players will notice a transaction with type "Refund" in the cashier screen. Players will also be credited an equal amount of Bitcoin Cash, which can be claimed in the same manner as our BCH distribution process, by emailing bch@swcpoker.eu and following the instructions.

Regarding Bitcoin Cash
Bitcoin Cash claims continue to be processed regularly. If you had a balance at SwC Poker on August 1st, you may email bch@swcpoker.eu to claim your BCH. This regular processing will continue until at least the end of 2017.

Regarding Client Development
After the refund process completes, we will shift focus back to developing our new client software. This new software will eliminate many of the issues experienced by players today. The client will be developed to run on multiple platforms and will greatly improve player experience. We understand this has been a difficult time for SwC Poker, and we vow to improve the platform.

Thank you for playing at SwC Poker

This is excellent news!  Thank you for providing a timeline for refunds.  I'm looking forward to all of the degening that is sure to take place once people have a few extra chips.  See you all on SwC this week!

Looks like this is the biggest poker room p2p related to BTC and as I read the site is not as good as it was... is it safe to deposit here ?

I still play on SwC almost daily and have made two withdrawals from the site since Saturday.  Both were processed in less than three hours.  As easy as it is to move coins on and off the site, there's no reason to keep more than what you need for a session on there anyway.  The games are noticeably soft lately as well.  Take that for what you will.

With regards to client-side updates and security, we have decided to rebuild our clients from the ground up as opposed to improving our current offering. While the current PC client has stability issues on some platforms, there have been no security issues exposed.

The new clients we are building will provide a much improved player experience and will allow us to rebuild some of the features that many players remember from the past.

Not sure how I missed this post.  As long as we can still play all of the games, this sounds great!   Grin
