I think it should be well established by now that Cryptobridge is a corrupt exchange.  I was notified that I need to verify my identity to Cryptobridge/Fractal ID in order to have access to MY funds. I have submitted my drivers license, name, legal address, source of income, a photo of me holding my license and a credit card statement. This is enough! yet CB requested my latest tax return. That is too much information. They have more than enough information to verify my identity and yet I can't access my funds. I have emailed them and thus far received no response. If anyone knows how to remove funds from this exchange please let us know it can be accomplished. I hope we, as a crypto community, spread the word so that others avoid this exchange. I hope there is a special place in hell for the thieves that work at Cryptobridge. They are truly scum. For all those who have been ripped off by Cryptobribge please take the time to post these types of warnings on as many other forums as possible.

It does seem quiet with ChainTrade. I, like many investors, do not need my hand held but certainly hope the team is making some traction in the background. Are we/they on point with their roadmap? Are any of you having an issue staking your coins on a mac? The steps to stake coins appears relatively straight forward but my arrow along the bottom right of my wallet never turns green and states that staking is not active.

Is there a masternode set up guide for mac? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Coinexchange.io also will not allow coins to be withdrawn. I realize some of the blame may lie with the exchanges but the development and marketing arms of SmartCash need to be working around the clock in order to put a halt to this nonsense. The poor roll out of SmartCash makes it hard for new people to consider investing in this coin when other coins can execute much better.

Cryptobridge is the best. This is what an exchange should be. I wish they would add Monero to the exchange.

Can someone please help with what I hope is a simple problem? I updated my wallet to 4.1.0 and the wallet successfully downloaded (I can also see my balance and all prior transactions) but the wallet remains out of sync. How do I correct this? Thanks

Hi everyone. Please be careful using CoineExchange.io. Long story short, they have significant problems with their exchange. I had recently purchased a significant amount of Smartcash on CoinExchange and could not transfer it out. I wanted to contact their support only to subsequently have issues with my log in password. I am now locked out and they have my funds. No one will respond from their end. If you do a Google search about CoinExchange you will find many similar complaints. Please beware! Do not use them! After reading many similar complaints about them, I am starting to realize I have been scammed. Good luck everyone.
