For dual mining mode in claymore i have 2 question.
1.Is it consume more power than normal mode?
2.Is my rig's lifetime shorter than use normal mode?

thanks you

#1 - yes, if i mine only ETH, gpu-z shows about 90-100W, if I dual mine, it shows about 110-120W. (R9 380, little overclocked, because if you are dual mine, its more unstable with higher clock than you mine solo ETH.. In my case.)

#2 - I dont know, but i dont think so.

I can't get my computer to mine.

Specs:
Sempron 145
2GB RAM
990fxa-ud7
Windows 10 64 bit
RX 580 x2 (17.4.4 driver)

I get EthDcrMiner64.exe has stopped working. It fails when it starts to build the OpenGL program for the GPUs.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, as well as different combinations of driver version and Claymore version.

I am at a loss as to how to fix this. Please help. Smiley

Hi, I am not expert, but i think the problem is only 2GB RAM on the MB

Hi,

could you please help or tell me why reported and currency effective hashrate on https://ethermine.org/ is still so random? Or explain it..

http://imgur.com/a/0ZuCw

green line reported, blue line current effective.

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal XXX.rx380 -epsw x -esm 0 -mode 1 -asm 2 -etha 0 -wd 0 -etht 500

MSI R9 380 Gaming

Thanks

reported hashrate is still in "cmd" visible.. but effective is different.
