Running exchange is hard if no volume. No volume mean no income from trading fee, not to mention the listing fee might cheap too.

Grant Thornton, the firm liquidating hacked New Zealand cryptocurrency exchange Cryptopia, has discussed how best to do so with the platform’s developers.

I use the Android App of Binance, Kucoin, & Huobi Global.
I don't activate the notification, so i can not comment on this part. But as for KYC on Binance app, it's work just fine.
Kucoin app & Huobi app also work just fine, didn't encounter such error that some user being complaining on telegram group.

Getting listed on coingecko is more easy. But the problem lies with community/ users. They more prefer seeing the project on CMC.
The first think on their mind is CMC, not listed on CMC is not good. Maybe in next 2 years user will be able to see coingecko on par with CMC, but at the moment CMC still the king.

I been on your position too with the project i work with. The critical factor is you need to listed on at least 2 exchange that already listed on CMC and both must have some volume.
I my case, our dev submit the application while only listed on 1 CMC listed exchange, then get reject. But after we listed on second CMC listed exchange, our project just getting listed on CMC

Other than Binance, i use Kucoin , Okex & Huobi Global. Kucoin deposit & withdrawal is quiet fast, the interface also nice.
Not using Okex so much, but so far the interface also fine.
Been using Huobi Global too, the interface is simple & nice but the withdrawal will the some time because they review the withdrawal manually, which take time but i think more safer.

That's why the Ambassador usually is someone from their community that already join for certain period and follow the project development.

Great idea behind this bot function. While it's fun for doing prank to friends, this function also can be used to do bad thing.
Maybe if you can add security function like if the sender going to send sms to more than 20 peoples, reject the sms.
Or something like counter to count the number of recipient, so if already used to send to many receiver, will trigger the failsafe alarm.

User need to exercise caution upon joining airdrop because some of the airdrop is not legit. Especially if KYC is required.
Users need to analyze whenever it's worth to give our precious data to unknown company for small airdrop.
We do understand that KYC is needed in order to eliminate multiple join, but this data could be fall to wrong hand.

Better than Binance?
No such exchange exist yet. But the exchange that have similar capability & UI like Binance is Huobi, Kucoin, OKEX.

Metamask is good wallet extension, so you don't need to worry about the security.
But now i don't use wallet extension anymore after using Binance Dex, many good wallet available on playstore that support multiple coin & token. So more convieience than using Metamask that still limited to ERC20

I see many people opening new exchange, seeing some of the big exchange make fortune less than 1 year. Too many exchange mean the volume with divided among the exchanges which will make the volume on the exchange pretty small to almost zero. You will need to pay for exchange operational which over time if no profit made from trading fee, then be ready to closed the business.

I think your fee is too high. Most local exchange charge only 1%. Minimum Deposit also to high, if your aim is market place then it's won't work, unless you only aim to be property market then it's make sense.
For Western Union, i believe hardly anyone in blockchain family use their service. Blockchain exist to solve the problem on traditional banking like high fee, long process.
