Hi there. I made a deposit to my PD account and on blockchain it has 4 confirmations so far but nothing in my PD account yet. It game me a short error saying something about maintenance/problems and now seems to be back to normal but no coins. Did those coins just disappear in the ether (aka your wallet)?

The problem seems to have ssorted itself or they did something as I am now able to login. There doesn't seem to be any "VIP" attached to my account but I am not bothered about that.
Now there is a bigger problem. I went to withdraw 1 btc of winnings about 7 hours ago and so far there are 0 confirmations and it appears as "unspent" in blockchain. From what I've read that means the bitcoin doesn't exist yet so not sure how they're going to sort it out but submitted another ticket as I'd like my 1 btc..
Stunna what do you guys have against me? I've done nothing wrong but play the game!

Hi. Anybody else having problems logging in to PD?
I am trying to log in and it tells me that there were too many logins. (probably someone tried to bruteforce or something). I tried changing my IP but no luck. Is there a way to go past this? I find it stupid that this way, one can block whatever users they seem fit.
If I try to reset my password it tells me: "This VIP account requires further security measures to recover, please contact support". I wasn't aware that I'm a "VIP" account. Any idea of what does that mean?
Also - how quick is their support on average?
