My wallet has been stuck at block 1134602 for the last two days. Is it just me or is anyone else seeing this? Windows wallet - v3.0.2.0-supr
Our client on CoinWallet.co is now stuck on block: 1140816
Client and block explorer only showing 2 other nodes.

There is no wallet issue, only node issues, we need more people to keep their wallets open, or to run nodes on vps's etc

Splash screen for new wallet 3.0.2.0 still shows old 3.0.1.0 version

OK there was a bug in the coin we forked from, new code on github and windows wallet here: https://www.mediafire.com/?ifdawh5smb0028n
Edit: to be clear, you need to download the new wallet to receive new blocks, you can see the code change on github, it was a simple fix (once found)
Edit2: bittrex have been informed, mac wallet later, further updates for checkpoints later.
Edit3: No need to delete chain etc, just replace exe (a member asked so thought I better say here)

Seems wallet is stuck at block 1049039 for 2-3 days now.. any word on this?

my wallet is also quite slow...seems bogged down, gets "not responding" often, slow sync.
I have 15,900 transactions and am curious if that is the cause.
I could open a new wallet and transfer but then I would lose my "total minted" stat. It seems novel and petty but I like to monitor the 127,000 total minted.
ideas?

Hopefully, Aaron can take a look into this for sure.
Is there a chance we could get the code to set your own split/combine threshold merged in as well?
I am currently staking about 800k coins with each input split down to about 4k. The difficulty and % of coins actively supporting the network are high enough that those with a larger balance can use a higher threshold without any negative affects on the network.
Will look into it, but there would have to be network set window we can't risk everyone setting it as high as possible and then having blocks be slow, thats why we decided on 4k

Does anyone know what POS algo DOPE is using?
Is it a variation of POSv? I left my wallet locked for a few days and the stake amounts were exponentially greater than when it was staking every 24hours. Is there accelerating aging in the code? Does anyone know when the exponential growth tapers off? What would be the ideal time between stakes to get the highest return?

We are using standard POS currently (as per ppcoin), the wallet will split the stake into batches of approx 5000 coins, if you have batches lower than that it will join them together up to around 5000, the reason for this is network speed and security. Your return will not change no matter how the coins are split.

Server Node 10 now online, this is a bigger server than most of the other nodes and will be the server that generates the daily fast sync packs, I plan to write the code for this at the weekend

Also, what do people think about utilizing our bounty page to get some things done ? Like an android wallet with coinomi. etc.,etc
It should be done. Otherwise, what's the purpose of the bounty page if there is no bounties?Let's get some bounties going on.
Is it really worth being on there? if so, i just looked its about 0.5btc to become the top voted, we can use some dev funds for it. But not sure if its worth being on there?

6 new nodes now online, they should be fully synced in a hour or so, will then update the dns seeds ips, then start work on daily fast start pack server

Just as a reminder this is for the 'dope marketplace' meaning vendors will use it to share goods and services for DOPE. Not the 'exchange' which we'll be more partnering up with ( although slight delay in that process ). So it makes sense to have the domain with market in it.
That's why it is good to have a bit more detailed announcements about what's preparing to be done On that note we are going to buy 6-8 nodes to help with any syncing issues as we grow.
They should be live by tomorrow, also going to set up a daily fast start pack system on one of the new servers

After searching through the forums for a few hours it seems like dev is active and the coins got a good future ahead! Consider me a DOPEfiend!

Welcome, what issues are you having? i've compiled on linux quite a few times without problems (providing dependencies are met) so i should be able to help
Just thought of something i shouldve checked first, im assuming POW is over and this coin is now strictly POS?
you just need to create a empty directory called obj, it will then compile fine

starting at 53 percent is allot better than 2.25 percent. Starting up your dopecoin wallet takes a while after you install either of the fast packs.
Difficulty has plummeted down to 0.08 so synching with the rest of the network will be allot quicker. I highly recommend the new people download one of the fast packs (old one worked for me).

If the old fast sync is working for you, then you are on the old wallet, this explains why the fast start pack I issued yesterday (3rd time lucky) worked for every body else and not for you and it also explains your lack of peers, as new wallets will only allow connections from equal or newer versions, update your wallet to 3.1.0.0 and the pack start again from the pack I Issued yesterday and you should only have 1 day work of syncing to do and should get more peers, also delete peers.db

Born try to the 1st page of the OP here right ? latest wallet there and latest fast-sync.
Its not there, only see v3.0.1.0 WALLET. is this update mandatory or can i just Keep Syncing the long way?
Sorry I mean't 3.0.1.0, its not mandatory, just old wallets are no longer supported so no fast start packs will work and you wont get many peers
